Employees of Lennar have been great to work with. Lennar's opportunity is to use some better quality when it comes to door and trimming out the home. Need more attention given to detail.

Well first off the price was kinda steep, didn’t even get pre- plumbing for a water softener, no garage door opener not even ceiling fans for the owners suite or the living room. Then they just put together a wooden step in the back yard for when you walk out to the backyard, very cheap.

We loved the process of buying our home and the smart home features. However some of the craftmanship and materials ie doors and cabinetry are poor or super basic The paint is already scratched off on some of the doors and the bottoms looked warped wood. We will go through the processs and hopefully the ticket system works.

Overall experience was good, the workmanship of the house isn’t the best. I understand you are only as good as your contractors and sub-contractors. But I really wish they had higher standards to building a home. From the concrete work, to other parts of the house it’s just put together cheaply. You spend your hard earned money and hoping that nothing breaks because barely anything is under actual warranty. Like I said overall experience is good but the quality of the home and workmanship is subpar at best.

The landscaping was not well done even after repeated requests. Also the drain leaked just 5 days after we moved in due to the negligence during construction.

Overall we are happy with the purchase of our Lennar Home. I’ve noticed there are minor things that are somewhat of an annoyance when it comes to the quality of work performed- not square walls, minor imperfections throughout the home. Watching the houses go up around us in the neighborhood it makes sense because it’s happening so quickly. However, all issues are very minor and we are truly happy with our purchase. No regrets here and would recommend Lennar to friends and family!

I was told that i am getting a smart home from the beginning till the completion of the deal. However in the end, i found out that my house was not a smart home and lacked many smart item. When I complained, few items were added but few still left out.

Was very unhappy with lack of communication from Lennar Mortgage. Would take days/week to get a response. Now that my loan has been sold to another management company. I have the mortgage reporting twice on my credit report.

I think the quality of workmanship should have been better supervised because we found many mistakes/imperfections that I feel should have been caught during the building phase. As a first time buyer, I was able to identify a lot of mistakes and I am left wondering what else was shortcut on or simply subpar which I have not yet identified. Also, now that the closing has taken place, it seems difficult to reach any of those involved in the process prior. As questions/concerns appear, i believe it would be extremely helpful if someone or a small designated team were available to address such concerns. ... More

In General we got very good relations starting with the first visit with Mr Kevin, through signing contract , inspection with Mr rick and Miss Brittany. All was fine throughout the closing. Your people did very good job. Thank you and congratulations

We were excited to move into our new home only to find several issues needing to be resolved. Although there has been response to issues there did not see to be a sense of urgency. It seemed to be more of a "we have more homes to build so we'll get to you". Recommend Lennar hire more help to oversee construction as it is happening and not subject homeowners to seek "after close" resolutions to issues that should have been corrected before closing. These are $500k plus properties and should be afforded better attention to detail.

We had a great consultant when we were serious about look that showed all the options and was very upfront about everything from the beginning and did a great job at keeping us posted as it was built. Overall price for a brand new house…. It’s great. You can tell that they are mass produced for some of the rushed jobs and less than average quality on some things, but that’s gonna happen with mass produced homes. With a good final walkthrough and private inspection, they will take care of the touch ups and things noted. There have been a few minor things since we moved in. Some of them have been handled quick and some we have no idea where they are at with coming to fix it. They don’t seal the granite and grout so be prepared to do some finishing on that. Appliances are decent, mid level appliances. Overall for what you get with the brand new house and the warranties, it’s a great deal and totally worth it. Would do it again. Just be prepared to thoroughly inspect, and be persistent if there is something not right or needs fixing. Need to advocate for self but Lennar has been pleasant to work with. ... More

Many issues with appliances not working and minor detail flaws

We have had multiple major issues that should not have passed through the construction stage. We have multiple counter top issues, the wrong colored glass slider, and the new GE appliances are damaged and installed incorrectly and multiple bathroom vents leak during heavy rains. The warranty service manger is helping deal with the items, but as a construction professional myself it is disappointing that these items were deemed acceptable. When you pay for a new home you want the quality that is expected for what is payed. You will always have finishing issues and small items like drywall, flooring, etc. but the major issues that we have had to deal with should not be the allowed standard during construction. ... More

I felt like the buying process overall was fairly smooth, but I more so had issues with the quality of work and how many things needed to be fixed. For a new home, it was surprising how many initial issues we had. I felt like they rushed some of the work. For example, there were paint marks everywhere on the floors and door handles. Some of the materials felt cheap including our floor and the interior doors. I will give Lennar credit for coming to fix everything, but just surprised at the amount of issues for the amount we paid. Its an amazing neighborhood so can't complain about the area.

The quality in some places is not really good, fences, grass installation, wall constructions, paint and price is really high vs quality.

We worked remotely with the builder and a local realtor. The overall selling process was smooth. Our questions were answered in a timely manner. The workmanship and timeliness of addressing post-occupancy issues could be improved. Communication between the builder and the owner could also be better. There is still a bit of confusion as to who is responsible for what after the closing. Is it the builder or HOA?

Leah was our sales rep and She was absolutely amazing! She always updated us with any new information and always answered any questions we had throughout the purchasing process. One of the negative things was that the closing kept getting delayed, but I understand its something that happens a lot in new construction and it’s something Leah warned us about. I would say that the main thing that I’m disappointed with is just getting items fixed in a timely manner with the builders warranty. Still waiting on several items that I submitted weeks ago. Overall it was a good purchasing experience but I will recommend they have a better system scheduling warranty issues after closing. ... More

Process went very smooth aside from current promos advertised all over the place not being true. (Blasting 4.75 rates then taking a 10k deposit and saying that couldn't happen is a bit of a problem) maybe I am the ignorant one seeing a promotion more than once and not reading the VERY fine print (when promo available) all that being said we got the rate we wanted after offering to back out and are very happy with our home and purchase!

I can put up with the noise of new construction around me (2-3 blocks away), but the workers play music so loud that I can't hear my own TV.

I feel the house was rushed. Half of the doors get stuck when opening and closing, makes it very hard when you have a sleeping baby The fridge doors was misaligned, husband was able to fix it Floors by the fridge constantly crack, seems there is a gap Lastly, nails were left exposed in the stairs, my daughter and I have both been punched by it House is beautiful but since they are building 200 homes in Mountain Crest Lake Stevens, a lot of the details were missed.

The overall purchasing experience was pleasant. Our consultant was wonderful and helpful. Our customer care representative is great, always helpful and knowledgeable. However, our loan officer was terrible, non responsive or helpful. Our paint is already peeling so the quality is not great. We’ve received information in our closing docs that we’re now being told they will not honor so that’s disappointing. We do love our home and the community so that’s a plus.

Beautiful home. A lot of issues more related to the contractors than the builder

Issues identified during walkthrough are still not all addressed almost two months after closing.
