Purchasing went smoothly, but then once in the house and items discovered that needed fixing, well then...that takes some time and effort getting anyone to come back to actually fix it. You have to call and call, then call some more and it still isn't fixed. I don't like having to be the squeaky wheel, but if that's the only way to get them to come back, I'll be squeaking all day long.

The process was fine. I wish that Lennar added the small area of grass in the backyard and screens for the cost. But other than that all has been well thus far.

Overall, I am happy with my home. My salesperson Matt was awesome - he went above and beyond before and after the sale to ensure my needs were addressed. There were definitely some corners cut and some of the materials were on the cheap side, but I would surmise this would be true of any large corporate builder. I did not have the best communication from the construction manager, which impacted the level of trust I had in the work and quality. Since closing, the Lennar team has been very helpful and responsive to identified issues and have addressed them in a timely manner. I wish greater attention had been paid to community landscaping in the builder's plan, as our section has minimal landscaping to beautify and add to privacy between lots. The sales process was fairly smooth. Only complaint would be sometimes felt left in the dark about what step was coming next. Should almost be provided a schedule. Even if you don't the know exact dates at least can prepare for what's next. In terms of the construction of the home. We knew this before buying. Lennar homes are built fast, cheaply build. No eye for craftsmanship. But you pay for what you get. Lennar homes tend to be on the cheaper end when compared to similar homes on the market.

Shawn with Lennar Backbock Ranch was terrific. We did feel a b it pressured to close when there were numerous items in the home that were not comnplete. 6 weeks later we are still trying to get this done.

Sales started strong and communications fell by they wayside. Updates were not timely or accurate. Having difficulty with the warranty issues we have reported, overall construction is good. Service seems to be our issue.

LiZ was good. Timely and professional. Ben was our builder and i had to manage the project at end to get water meter hooked up and finally het is to closing. Delays at end cost us 1.25% higher interest rate which will wind up costing us thousands of dollars. Could give me answers about water hookup delays, so i had to go to water dept and get things moving

Home Buying with Lennar was good, their sales agents were always there when required. Since i was not a localite to the place i bought i had to rely on Lennar sales agents for my home. There are few things that could have been done better when it comes to materials and the way the appliances are put in, also since it was my first home i expected the sales agent to explain what are the postivies atleast to me to make sure i am not missing anything in my home.

The sale rep & loan part was great 5 stars. The problem comes in with walkthrough and after closing with issues. I suggest you record the walkthrough and catch everything cause everything isn’t written down they say on I can fix it now and will tell you that outlet works on finial walkthrough but it doesn’t and you call New home rep and never get response

For the most part a good experience and a good house. Overall things are nice and well completed. The wood used to build the fence and porch area is awful and alreadyfalling apart, they left the basement very messy and I've been trying to get an unpainted part outside fixed since our walk through, it's been over a month and a half and I've been completely ignored multiple times and it's still not done. Otherwise we really like our home and are glad to be in it.

Lennar is a great option for anybody looking for a starter home with good amenities. However, the quality of work is pretty mediocre and requires frequent fixes and patch work.

The mortgage process was smooth. We have had some issues with the home. Lennar has been responsive. I feel if the contractors did the job right from the beginning we wouldn’t of had these issues. Biggest complaint is I had a leak in my roof, not acceptable in a brand new home. Also had a nail thru my cable in the media box for the fios connection. A chip in my shower floor. Caulking was sloppy in the bathroom. A rose bush was missing. I feel the workers are rushed to get the work done.

They take the whole experience of buying a New Home to a level of take it as is. At first i was so impressed until it came to work on the details, Attention to details is not on the list. Ive moved about a month and 1/2 and there is still unpainted spot outside the house with bent gutters covers. Just make sure you get everything corrected; otherwise prepared to hear a lot of “we don’t cover that … , that’s owner’s responsibility”. This is what you get when the work is unsupervised. Gave 4 * in overall since Finance, and sales people overall were awesome thru this period of buying.

I like where I live now, but the workmanship is horrible. It’s taken forever to the job done correctly. They rush you into closing with 9 pages of work that has to be done .

Pros : timely updates on construction Everything included and connected features like security , ring etc is good Closed on time Cons : Need to improve on finishing, cosmetic part as well like flush crown moldings , give dimmer switches in kitchen , living room

My experience was good, until the lack of construction keys control resulted in a Burglary of my new house. Caution, upon closing ensure your keys are recalibrated to cancel all others. Purchasing a new home from Lennar was a very easy experience. My new home is beautiful. Once I moved into my new house, I found so many problems. I have had light fixtures falling out on the ceiling, the paint on the doors coming off, a cabinet door falling off, and many other problems. I do have to give Lennar credit for addressing these problems. If you have a problem, you report it to Lennar through a website. It is like filling out a ticket for your problem. You then schedule a virtual visit. Then the problem is addressed. Yes, this is a way to track the problems you have but it is a tedious process. Lennar does fix the problems but it takes so much time to get them fixed. I wish I could just report it to my Lennar consultant and let them handle it. Not the best at following up. There are a few outstanding issues. A representative has been out. Someone was supposed to return the following week for repairs n such. We haven't heard anything. We've been here 3 months. Overall, I absolutely love the area and our new home.

Prices were severely inflated and the quality of materials is not great for the price paid.

The process of buying our home was easy and we were well informed along the way. Once in the home there were a few items that need fixing or touch up. Our expectations can be that we want perfection immediately but reality is that there will always be imperfections, however new is really nice!

Need to finish some of the work.

Our seles coordinator, Julie, was great, she made syre we were comfortable with the entire process. But after we moved in, we noticed that some of our neighbors who got the keys later than us were given better service and welcome "gifts". Whereas, we only receive a tote bag with the keys only. We also noticed they hired windows cleaning service when our neighbors get the keys, but our windows exterior were not cleaned when we move in.

Overall service was decent, price on the property is more than what it should be
