The home looks good, but 2 weeks after the close of escrow the toilet of masters bedroom that has been clogged during construction erupted and poop was was all over our toilet, shower and bathroom. Though Lennar manager responded on time but we were displaced for 2 weeks. We were promised compensation, we left message for the person who was supposed to compensate us he ignored our call and Lennar never call us. It was such a disappointing experience.

The warranty service is poor and so much of process even for the small fix.

Over it is ok experience to work with Lennar, the final walk through by construction manager and customer care rep, they are not that knowledgeable any question asked it is pretty much "i think so " and "i am not sure " answers.

Great experience getting a home right away and approved. However, the Fridgeaire fridge started leaking at the bottom the week we moved in. We placed a couple tickets in to have it looked at & no response from Lennar about fixing the issue or replacing our brand new fridge. Lennar said it’s a known issue that the fridge’s ice machines leak.

House was not totally complete for closing. It has been two months and we are still trying to get uncomplete items taken care of. These are not warranty issues these are items that were not completed during construction.

We have a lot of issues in different areas including electric and flooring issues, currently are in getting repair but takes too long since report is done to got an response

Sales: Bobbi, the sales agent I worked with was excellent and knowledgable. Warranty: Heather and the virtual warranty team seem to be proactive with reported items, although several that were reported over the last two months don't have appointments scheduled and other trades scheduled their appoinments quickly. Some warranty repairs were not made properly, very disappointing. Lennar needs to hire another pool company to make the warranty repairs and charge back to Holiday Pools since they aren't interested in repairing my pool/spa issues.

Jeff Merk, Shayla Norton, Marc Friedlander are amazing and if I decide to get another home. I would pray and hope I work with them. But walking into my home I seen a lot things that were done that is not up to standards. Quality of workmanship could be way better for the price of the home. I feel like I shouldn’t have to do something of things that need to be done.

It was good not great

Experience was overall pretty good but communication was lacking at times when we told it was on track then suddenly we were closing two weeks early which would have been nice to know since that changed our first payment date. When it comes to warranty issues most are dealt with fairly quickly but we do have a few big issues that we are having trouble getting taken care of. I also wish they had an option to include landscaping for the back yard as an option especially since we have a strict HOA. Love the layout of my new home and all that comes included with it, however, the smart home/connectivity features have not been very smart and frustrating. Both the sales and customer support staff are great to work with...need better security of the outdoor electric panels to prevent theft of breakers.

The home buying process was great! Ashely was AMAZING!!! She was there for us throughout the entire process. As for the builder Lennar, they make BEAUTIFUL homes/layouts. However, because they're rushing to complete everything, they're half-assing important details. We've had MULTIPLE issues since before closing and well after closing. Issues from electrical to appliances to sod to plumbing, to name a few. I don't think it's Lennar's fault, however, they're not overseeing that these things are in proper working condition prior to closing. No one should have to close and then have to deal with these issues weeks or months after moving in. We literally have spent the first 4 weeks after closing trying to get things fixed. It's frustrating. And when an order is placed on their site, it either takes time for them to get back to you or you as the homeowner need to contact either the plumbing, electrical. appliancce companies. Not fair at all! And I'm STILL dealing with issues 8 weeks later! ... More

good experience to buy a house

Nice home design, but too many flaws in quality and workmanship. These are some of flaws; no space for laundry in laundry room, ethernet and TV cable connection on wrong side of the wall, door bell deflective, garage door don't close evenly, and no room for towel rack in the master bathroom due to shower door hits the rack. It took warranty staff to fix my garage door five times, and door bell twice still not fixed. Waiting for this coming Friday appointment.

Most of the materials were of good quality. The carpeting and padding was disappointing.

Very pleased with purchase process. Lennar staff was very responsive to my inquiries in general

The location is what made us buy with Lennar. Lennar does not let you choose which lot you would like, nor the interior they just tell you we have this for you take it or leave it. One thing that makes Lennar stand out are the employees they are very responsive and helpful (appreciate the team)

The end result is a beautiful home! My two issues: the sales agent, Julia was very arrogant and condescending! This is the 6th house I’ve purchased and not new at this! She demanded I select a lot that I didn’t want as “there are 10 other people waiting to purchase each model!” Also, when a model depicts an open bannister railing, I shouldn’t view my finished house and be told that there is a wall instead and that this was an option but you can’t have ANY options!! This was not explained-we we’re rushed and treated unprofessionally! Treating home buyers with courtesy and respect goes a long way and Lennar missed the mark on this one! ... More

Low quality building materials have presented numerous issues that could not be addressed until the home was lived in. I’m not confident in the longevity of the items used. Ease of closing and the responsive team are the only two reasons this isn’t a 1-2 star rating.

We are very happy with our place, however I am going to leave very honest feedback with the hopes that things are improved for our future neighbors! The appliances, materials, and equipment are all high end and good build quality, but the finish appeared sloppy and in our opinion did not meet the standard. Paint was slopped on doors, tiles, windows, light fixtures, light switches, appliances (Fridge, oven, microwave, etc.). The door jambs had plaster/paint all over them. It appeared very rushed. Our cabinets had a lot of nicks and scratches. The railings, baseboard/trim, and crown molding have paint imperfections (mostly dripping paint that dried in place, but very obvious) but also the corners don't fully connect and have gaps as if they weren't cut to proper length. We did 3 Re-Walk's to blue tape everything we could find and we still have stuff like hardened glue substance on our shower tile that I cannot scrape off (The builder tried). It needs some sort of chemical remover or something. The builder was responsive and tried to address everything. Construction: We totally understand that we bought a pre-construction home and the surrounding construction and street conditions don't bother us because we expected it. Its part of the process. However we were told we would never be blocked in and that the construction teams were notified not to block the entire street so we could still get in and out as needed. However, at times we were blocked in on almost a daily basis between 8:30-5:00. We typically have to go flag someone down, who often doesn't know who drives which vehicle so it takes upwards of 10 minutes to get multiple people to move vehicles around. And that's just to come back 30-45 minutes later to do the same exact thing because they blocked our garage again or the whole entrance to the street. In one instance we had a real medical emergency and we were EXTERMELY thankful and fortunate that my wife was not blocked in, but an example of why this is a little more than just an inconvenience. Trash: Its also been more than a month and we still have not had our trash picked up. I'm not sure how many times my wife has called, but enough that she feels uncomfortable calling again. We've been told multiple times that the team has been updated or notified that this street needs trash picked up, but it has yet to happen as of today. I hope this feedback is helpful for someone. I really do love this place but these are major concerns we have been dealing with since early July. I hope this feedback helps drive some sort of improvement that our future neighbors will be thankful for! ... More

Make sure you check EVERYTHING. We have had issues with gas from the stove the sprinklers and I’m noticing some craftsmanship flaws (vent cut outs too long so there’s are cuts not covered by the vents) and a space on the kitchen floor thats not level. First world problems so all in all a lovely home that I’m proud to own. Can’t wait until the HOA fees will be worth it (pool, parks etc)

Hoping they correct all defects. Only in home 2 mo . We will see if they correct all defects to model home and construction standards...
