Cindy was very friendly and attentive. She addressed and resolved all our concerns and was always there when we needed her. We appreciate the excellent quality of building material and appliances. We only wished the sprinkler system was included :)

My home buying for me was a great experience. I had no issues with the sales person the contractors. My realtor was very great all of the personnel that handled everything that needed to be done with my home buying was excellent. I had a few hiccups, but nothing major and it was resolved in a timely manner, I would prefer Leonard to all of my family and friends. The price of the house was excellent in my price range that I was looking for everything was just great and I am just loving my new home. I am a first time homebuyer and it was a great experience for me and I just want to thank all of Leonard’s personnel. Lennar, as a production builder, has truly impressed me with their commitment to addressing issues and demonstrating respect for their customers' concerns. While just about no home is perfect, I can confidently say that our home is exceptionally well-built. Lennar's responsiveness to warranty requests has been outstanding, leaving me with a sense of confidence and trust in their dedication to customer satisfaction.

Eugene was an incredible sales person who listened to our situation and guided us to a solution that enabled to buy our amazing new home.
