The first day (all of my pictures are date/time stamped): 1. the front door weather stripping seal at the bottom of the door was 80% off 2. the back door paint was bubbling and peeling, and though I pointed it out to Mike (the builder), he said "that wasn't there before, what bumped it." I was excited to buy the home but Lennar is very cheap. They showed me houses and didn’t show the difference in what I bought. I don’t have a sprinkler in the back yard, wasn’t told I was paying for outside water, was rushed whenever was sent a form to sign the same day since they were delayed. After buying I had an is***** with an appliance form when I moved in and it took 3 weeks.

The craftsmanship was dismal at best. There were several is*****s noted in the initial walkthrough that were not and have no been fixed. The conception of a virtual walkthrough was completely unreasonable. You can’t see is*****s through a phone screen. That policy is ridiculous. House grading is not correct- Water pools and damaging grass. Office personnel unclear about details and gave incorrect information. Unwilling to fix is*****s that they caused. The process seemed rushed. As a first time home buyer, this was not a good experience.

The fence is literally falling apart and the assessment was it's ok and they will not repair it. The fence was poorly stained and someone was to come out here weeks ago to fix and no one has showed up. The access stairs to the attic is very shaky and does not close properly because it is out of alignment. Once again I was told that is the best they can do, I just need to put some muscle into it. The water shut off door in the garage won't open and when I try it feels like the entire casing will come out of the wall. We are enjoying the spacious one level home with much storage. However we have lived here since May 13th and still have dirt. Our neighbors across the street who moved in this week were notified that their landscaping will begin presently. We’re very disappointed to be ignored.

The builder was very responsive. My loan package through Lennar wasn’t provided in a timely manner. The 3-4 hour delay impacted my buying experience. Within 1 month, I also had to make a warranty claim for a Sod repair.

Missing mail key with no communication from Lennar. Overspray paint on windows, trim floor. Instead of cutting tile to fit- used caulk to fill gaps. ***** is left on everything in chunks. Clearly missed painted doors, walls. Grass was dead and we were given the project managers word that he would resolve if it didn’t grow. I choose to fix all of these is*****s myself. The dishwasher installed is a joke - we replaced it immediately. Trees planted in back yard are about 10 feet on the outside of our property line.

I had many is*****s, it's a new build, fine it happens. What is unacceptable is the lack of communication, and unwillingness to remedy major is*****s correctly without a major fight. In the warranty claim chain, you talk to someone in a call center who basically has no ability to escalate anything, and you're at the mercy of the construction manager assigned to your case. If the customer sevice rep and construction manager don't care to do a good job for the customer, the customer is basically iced out, and is forced to call the emergency line ten times over the course of three weeks until ...

Review I became aware of a new community being built in the ***** area by the power of social media and algorithms. I immediately fell in awe with one of their floor designs and decided to personally visit this community. I arrived with no appointment and the experience was amazing.
