I am very happy to buy new home from Lennar Sales manager, Keibby and construction manager, Fernando they are both good men and women They help me out step-by-step for building new homes and give you the answers all the time. OK let’s be real for a moment. After 23 years military service I know people, their products, and the need for a great product. I had a 3rd party home inspector (my friend) look at this “new” build. This is his exact words - “I haven’t come across a new build this well built, I’m seriously impressed”. Then I had a slight issue with my front door and they treated it like a 4 alarm fire! I AM SO IMPRESSED! I have bought 8 homes in 26 years that’s a home every 3 years and NEVER have I come across such professionalism or care!! I love my new home

Working in the new construction industry can give some anxiety to buying new construction. Lennar Tampa was so easy to work with from sales all the way through to warranty! Our sales associate Brittney was so kind and genuine, our construction manager Mina has been fantastic and did an excellent job managing the build process ensuring things were caught and addressed way before closing, the warranty team has been amazing and really responsive to answer questions and do their part to help and follow up after service!

All work was performed quickly even though we were 2 hours away. Allowed my to give my daughter ability to perform any required local tasks.

I enjoyed the buying experience from start to finish. I didn’t even think I could purchase a new home, but Lennar process.

I haven’t had an issue with a single one of their employees. But Scott has been the best. He has been there whenever I’ve had any issue sometimes within hours of my problem. Several other places I went we’re not willing to help us out when Lennar was able to jump through hoops to make sure we could get what we needed.

What an incredible experience buying a home from Lennar has been. From start to finish, everyone we met and worked with was top notch-professional, caring and really good at what they do. We love our new home. Quality and workmanship is excellent. Very happy with Lennar!

Everyone was great process was great

Everyone I met, starting from the sales to lenders to construction managers to final turnover coordinators, was personable and professional. I almost felt no pressure in making the decision and experienced no pain in all the transactions and procedures. It was a dream. I am a LENNAR believer now.

This has been a great experience purchasing a home from Lennar. The final walkthrough explained everything about the home. However, the thing that I was most impressed with was the way they handle any issues after your close. We noticed 2 weeks after we closed that it was a crack in a window. We opened a case and someone reach out to resolve the issue within 24 hours. They provided regular updates and the was friendly.

Lennar made our dream of becoming homeowners a reality and it was such a seamless process. Will was patient and kind through all my ups and downs of the emotional rollercoaster I was on. He helped keep my eye on the prize and didn’t let me give up hope when I thought it was too good to be true. Our house is amazing and everything was built with care and quality. I’ve already recommended them to good friends and family. An exceptional experience from the moment we met Laurie who truly listened and understood our needs to closing and signing and getting our keys.
