We had a couple of minir issues that we let our point person know and they were fixed fairly quickly

Neighborhood, floor plan, and home finishes drew us to the home. Dissatisfied with quality and energy efficiency.

Overall ok experance. Communication was biggest problem make your realtor keeps you informed of all aspects of the buying and building process.

Don't get me wrong. We are enjoying our new home; however, we are finding things that we missed. I've notified those who asked to be notified, and I've been acknowledged, but nobody's come to look at the issues. We measured the room sizes for furniture placement and found the 4th bedroom is smaller than the house plan drawing. It's 15 sq. ft. less than what's shown on that house drawing.

No matter how thorough you are on your new home final inspection, you just don’t catch everything until you lived in the home for awhile. Kudos to Lennar for establishing the Customer Care Center to address the “nits” you discover later on.

Overall good experience …..there are parts I would most certainly change and now that I moved in I am getting more information then was shared with me. Still waiting for repairs to be made

The easiest/best part was interaction with the construction manager Justin. He communicated if there were delays or issues that arose.

Great floorplan and upgrades. Drywall, paint, and details around the house have been quite shoddy. The electrical breaker for the dryer outlet was never installed! How did that even pass inspection??

Mass produced homes Not bad considering responded to most issues quickly.

The overall experience was pretty good. There was a lack of response and “weekly” updates as it got closer to my house being finished, the expectations set in the beginning were that updates would be more frequent the closer we got to the finish line. The first walk thru was very thorough. Some issues found in the second walk thru(siding falling off my house), fridge not being level, took over a month to get fixed and it took submitting several tickets to the customer service department. The customer care rep I have now is very responsive and after I got in touch with the siding company, they had my issue fixed in a couple of days. Overall, I love my house. A few things I would change are the paint and carpet. Everything that touches the wall makes a mark and the carpet is starting to come up in the doorways. The pool in the community is still not finished(I started this journey in august 2021) and looks like it will be great for about 10 children when it is completed next summer. Our sales agent, Julie L. and walk through guide, Jamie, were terrific. They responded to our questions and concerns pretty quickly, considering how busy they got. The construction material for walls, standard tiles, and standard floors are Ok. I was surprised but not shocked to find they use 1/4 inch drywall. But so far, we don't hear our neighbors, so the insulation is decent. However, the Lennar escrow company is a huge pain. They were slow to provide requested standard docs (like disclosures or insurance policies) to our lender -- our loan officer had to ask (emails & phone calls) at least 5 times over the course of 2-3 weeks. But the escrow company wanted loan docs in 1 (one) day when we were still in the process of getting paperwork signed and/or submitted. Admittedly, the underwriters needed at least 1 day to respond. LENNAR'S ESCROW COMPANY gets tons of complaints -- especially by buyers who use their own mortgage lenders! So keep that in mind. Post-closing: We found problems with the dryer and oven. Lennar told us to deal with GE ourselves for the dryer, but did send electricians to fix the oven light. ... More

Purchased our brand new Lennar home 2 months ago. Our new home is beautiful & exactly what we were hoping for until….. After being in the home for a week we noticed the A/C was having issues keeping The house cool. After several warranty calls/visits the issue is still not resolved. Hoping we will come to some kind of resolution soon.

Lennar wants everything to be done right away as far as paperwork during the escrow process but when they are the ones that need to send or sign a document they can be slow. Our closing date was postpones several weeks because Lennar and our lender too took forever to respond. The worst came after move in though. Two days after moving in our guest bedroom flooded. They were quick to send a plumber but........it's been 2 months and our guest bedroom is still not done. And they are not even nice about it. I mean I like to be understanding and not push people but there are people that just don't appreciate your patience you know. With all that said I would like to mention Robert, our home rep, who is and has been amazing. He has done above and beyond his duties to help us. ... More

James F Was a great help though the process.

Overall, home purchasing process was good. The Lennar representatives were very helpful and accommodating. Especially, Klarissa with Stonebook/Ridgeview releases. This only thing we wish is that materials used in this build were of higher quality. We’ve already had to repair the shower after only a few months of use. The home value is compromised when lower quality materials are used in the home.

Overall experience was good. Frustrating that outdated technology like landline telephone jacks could not be switched to Ethernet ports and insisted on installing Ring doorbell and sensors. Only dryer connection is gas - electric not an option and considered a customization. Overall quality is good- delivery date 90 days later than originally scheduled due to supply chain and labor issues

The overall experience was good. The responsiveness from the Lennar team was good. It seemed like the corporate office was looking to close on many homes that they could. A lot of supply chain issues with materials and seemed like they were rushing to complete. The on-site team did their best to address issues that came up. During the walkthrough the house was a mess and still under construction. There are still items that need to be addressed even after the closing. The lennar team is working to resolve the issues. We used Lennar mortgage and they were great especially Lily. She was responsive and helpful. Jordan and Arod in sales were attentive, helpful and provided updates. I had a great expectations based on the previous reviews from the homebuyers, team and support was great but the carpentry was no where near the expectation, hope they change the carpenter or ask the team to improve the work and get the things done perfectly rather than going with a workaround fixes. There are a lot of places where we can't see unless if we bend, those are the places where they wantedly skip the work or if it is done, that is just a work around! I have raised a lot of carpentry request post moving in, its been more than a month, there are no fixes applied yet!

Overall we had a great buying experience with Lennar. We did go through a less than attentive sales person early in the process, but that was resolved by the regional sales manager stepping in and picking up the slack towards the end. I would recommend Lennar for any future buyer.

Was told walk thru was on a certain date and closing to follow , but after 3.5 weeks of rescheduling and stories we finally closed, there was no consideration or reimbursement for staying in a hotel for that period of time as the building was no wear near finished upon our arrival in Florida,

Cindy from the sales team was amazing! Troy was wonderful in assisting us with resolving credit issues. The quality of the workmanship was subpar and the fact that I had medicine cabinets linen closets, and ample storage space in my 2 bedroom apartment and not in a $300,000 home makes the value for the price paid less than great!

We have lived in this since 1 June. The craftsmanship is average at best. Very cheap paint on walls. You can’t even brush up against them because you will leave a mark. Caulking is chipping a long with the cheap paint. Driveway is already chipping concrete and upstairs has spots where creaking sounds are heard while walking. Lastly if you want to have a nail poke your foot, just come walk on our carpet, especially when entering or exiting a doorway. You’ll put shoes on! It’s unfortunate that it would seem profit is priority over quality because people just want to chalk it up as being “ a home owner” expense. If it’s done right the first time with the proper materials, I believe in the long run they make more money, but there inline is the problem, people want there money now and have no loyalty. People at a company for an extended amount of time is just not the case anymore. . I gave the overall buying process 4 stars, because it was very good. They people of this organization are respectful and talented professionals. Lennar has that process down for any one to understand and feel comfortable buying a house. ... More

The paint job mostly on the inside of the home was the worst I ever experienced. There are whole strips of wall not painted. They missed along the base boards, corners and doors. I tried to get it touched up by they still did a sloppy job missing most areas. During the walk through the Lennar rep used blue painter tape to also mark missed areas. It appears the painters just took down the blue tape and didn't touch up all missed spots. Every neighbor has complied about the interior painting. Even your own reps said it was poor. But they had no control of the painters, it was common knowledge how poor the painters were. Very frustrating. Also, the open shower enclosure just floods the bathroom. Poor design. many post- Move in craftsmanship issues; we expected that there would be greater attention to detail… lennar project leaders were prompt and courteous relative to submitted claims to fix the issues; however, we believe many of the issues should have been identified / resolved before we moved in
