Have to argue with construction managers, they will agree with the issue but reluctance to fix even structural issues also some of them I left as I am not able to continue my argument. After closing customer care will not accept those issues .

I would definitely like to appreciate the builder to assist me to get an end unit town home which was initially an interior unit that we booked. My only concern is the mortage rate of interest which is exorbitantly high for me now 6.375. The overall quality of the town home is good. Kitchen appliances, Kitchen Marble quality, Toilet parts, hoses would have been slightly better. There are things that could have been slightly better in comparison with the price I have paid for. However I am overall happy with whatever we got. This is a bit of an early stage for me to comment on the other areas now but I believe I would get complete cooperation and support as and when needed. ... More

Unfortunately congress butchered all value in this country.

Pay close attention during your walkthrough. We found many issues including: damaged cabinets, broken tiles, poor paint work, etc. Don’t ask for any deviations from there plan as they are generally not very flexible. Warranty team has been very helpful.

Great job overall. Response could have been better by Lennar Mortgage. Would like to disc this further. Deepak

My experience with overall good, There was an issue at signing causing me to not go to closing on my closing day, which could have been rectified in a timely manner and it was not. The construction of the home was ok, there were issues that were quickly address and the team is friendly and on time.

Overall process was great with our lender and the overall walkthroughs and check ins.. they were very knowledgeable. My only gripe is that some of the issues we’ve found in the home that a worker cut corners and wasn’t found during inspection because they have a really great inspection process. We have a light in our pantry that turns on during the day when you don’t need it.. and doesn’t turn on at night when you do. We have a small wall that is not straight and and not level leading into the entrance to mother in law suite. Overall I feel the price we paid we should have gotten better quality from the individual companies that contract to build the home. The buying experience was easy

The materials used in home are cheap and the construction is not so good. This is the townhome. We always hear neighbor tv sounds and also when they walk in their home, we will hear bang bang noise.

It took days to get a virtual meeting just to explain the problem and then weeks before anyone responded to fix the garbage disposal. The furnace didn't work and it took over a week to get anyone here to fix it. It was in the 30s at night and we were freezing. Don't like the delay for the virtual response. Better for Lennar, not me. Other small problems also took a very long time to get attention.

Love the design of the home. But the fit and finish is not the best . The molding work is not good the finish painting is not the best. Seems rushed. Someone should do better in over seeing the finish work..

Delivery was spot on time, despite challenging circumstances, sales team was responsive and supportive, home move-in experience was good... only problem is with the quality of the finish... looks like poor supervision leading to too many issues post handover. Also, ticket resolutions is painfully slow.

Lack of communication. Short on customer service.

The only issue I had was with submitting my Closing Costs. I used the directions provided to me and both times my wire was returned to me. I lost my wire processing fee of $30.00 and an additional $45.00 twice when the funds were returned to my Bank Account. I found it frustrating that I did what was asked and it cost me a lot of money.

I had a good experience , overpriced homes

There have been several minor issues that have been resolved quickly. We paid too much for the house because the housing market was crazy when we signed our contract and we were on a waitlist for a while. Now there are several houses for sale right around us. Timing is everything in the housing market. The biggest complaint I have is standing water in our yard after the house next door was completed and water runs down into our yard and pools. The water doesn’t stay long enough for Lennar to consider it a warranty issue with the grading though, so I guess we will have to live with it and figure out some landscaping solutions. ... More

The sales process was fairly smooth. Only complaint would be sometimes felt left in the dark about what step was coming next. Should almost be provided a schedule. Even if you don't the know exact dates at least can prepare for what's next. In terms of the construction of the home. We knew this before buying. Lennar homes are built fast, cheaply build. No eye for craftsmanship. But you pay for what you get. Lennar homes tend to be on the cheaper end when compared to similar homes on the market.

Shawn with Lennar Backbock Ranch was terrific. We did feel a b it pressured to close when there were numerous items in the home that were not comnplete. 6 weeks later we are still trying to get this done.

Sales started strong and communications fell by they wayside. Updates were not timely or accurate. Having difficulty with the warranty issues we have reported, overall construction is good. Service seems to be our issue.

A lot of back splash from the paint and back door problems and landscaping problems water not draining properly

LiZ was good. Timely and professional. Ben was our builder and i had to manage the project at end to get water meter hooked up and finally het is to closing. Delays at end cost us 1.25% higher interest rate which will wind up costing us thousands of dollars. Could give me answers about water hookup delays, so i had to go to water dept and get things moving

My experience was good, until the lack of construction keys control resulted in a Burglary of my new house. Caution, upon closing ensure your keys are recalibrated to cancel all others. Purchasing a new home from Lennar was a very easy experience. My new home is beautiful. Once I moved into my new house, I found so many problems. I have had light fixtures falling out on the ceiling, the paint on the doors coming off, a cabinet door falling off, and many other problems. I do have to give Lennar credit for addressing these problems. If you have a problem, you report it to Lennar through a website. It is like filling out a ticket for your problem. You then schedule a virtual visit. Then the problem is addressed. Yes, this is a way to track the problems you have but it is a tedious process. Lennar does fix the problems but it takes so much time to get them fixed. I wish I could just report it to my Lennar consultant and let them handle it. Even though I have found so many issues with my new house, I love the home and where I live. ... More
