Overall assessment of our experience is just Fair. Below is the explanation. Delivered product supposed to be an exact replica of what's in the Model Home. Disappointingly what you see is Not really what you get. Builder must own the right to modify, because they do. Several delivered features do not replicate those in the Model as they were supposed to (per SC). Master shower layout, flooring, cabinetry, and others to name a few. Communication with builder/construction superintendent literally Non-existent. 'Take what you get' approach. Oh.... and better be grateful. Also noticed some subs trying to cut corners. Overall experience was good. Follow up builder repairs prior to move in were slow. Still waiting for island repair 2 months later

Keep buyers informed every week or so on the progress of your new home build.

It would be beneficial for a Representative of the HOA to be involved in the Purchasing process to provide valuable Information to buyers regarding HOA rules and regulations re: front and back yard landscaping etc. I am finding it challenging to adhere to all the regulations for Installing landscaping. It would be helpful to provide some HOA Approved Business Referrals to members for an easier transition. Thank you.

Overall, the process was relatively easy. There was a month delay in our closing date due to supply chain issues out of Lennar's hands. I was disappointed that we were not able to pick out any options in this home as the builder decided what options they were putting in and that could not be changed. Complaints: it would be nice to be able to have the builder move closet shelving up or down to accommodate more shelves but they would not vary from their 'plan'. Also, the hot water takes FOREVER to get hot in not just our home but everyone else's in the community, even with a tankless heater. The builder offered no help with this. ... More

Responsiveness to issues were dealt with quickly thanks to rob

Overall good experience. Delayed in construction made us accrue unexpected and additional cost that we were not expecting to pay. Price of house was higher than comparable properties in other developments. However, team has been very responsive and helpful to any issues after moving in.

Lennar didn't allow us to add any electric outlets or improvement to the house. It comes as it is when other builders allow for add-ons.

Second home with lennar. Enjoy the new floor plan and updated design options. Customer service from representative was not at the level we would have expected given the investment we were making financially.

Quality of material and the appliances provided are very good. Responsiveness to issues is very slow it almost took 2 months to address one issue out of 5 raised

Its was a good experience buying lennar home with minor hiccups.

Lennar employees were helpful and courteous, however the tradespeople they use make their jobs difficult. Too many repairs and redos were required. The average quality of work for the price of the home was not there. My guest room had to be repainted and taped, the backsplash in the kitchen redone and the siding glass door had to be replaced just to name a few.

Great experience, very professional builder!

Overall our home was built fairly well, but there were some issues we brought to the attention of our new home consultant that had to be brought up multiple times before anything was done. Some issues were not relayed to the construction crew/building manager, which led to multiple appointments for repairs after closing.

The female loan officer was a total nightmare. She had no clue how to talk to us and couldn't explain what she wanted.

The homes are beautiful and look great. There are some things that could use improvement. The loan process was very tedious, was nowhere near this much issues with my first home. A lot of confirming useless info that was already provided and needed resubmitted which tells me they were too lazy to look for the documents. The home inspection was great, we pointed out the flaws and we got them fixed, my issue was sod was delayed which was understandable, but if we were the first home to move in without sod, I imagined we should be the first to receive sod, not other houses that came after ours. Other than that, no other real issues stood out. Everything was handled professionally. I feel like the quality of work obviously isnt that what they put into their model homes. But if that's what they're trying to sell then that should be an expectation, those little things count. Or else you feel like, okay they got my money and now they don't care about my service. ... The initial experience wasn't great and even after moving in I feel like the sales team don't value the residence...no welcome gift, no follow up. BUT the building team lead by Eric have been amazing in addressing concerns inside the home from paint to drywall to electrical to back ordered items. He makes you feel like he cares that you are there and wants you to really feel at home in your new home.

The buying process was made easy by my sales rep Dion. He embodies the best of Lennar home buying expierience.

After the deposit was given, There were no changes/addition's allowed to the house.

We love the house. However service after the sale is not good. We have issues that we have shown our construction manager and they have not all been dealt with yet.

Quality of the home is great but I was quite disappointed with the communication of the builder. I got almost no updates unless I pushed really hard. I also was amused by the fact that the home didn't come with a fridge for the asking price.

Appears interior trim work was rushed, many gaps.

Some issues along the way but that's to be expected during any new home buying experience. Very responsive to any issues that have come up.

Good experience overall but too many rules

I had amazing response times from sales and finance team. They made it possible for us to acquire our home. Response to fixing our issues has been quick. I have been disappointed in the quality of some small items such as heater grates and landscaping details that don't reflect our almost $900k investment. A lot of the work has been sloppy with need for repair/replacement. I will say Lennar has been super responsive in having contractors repair. I will share more in the future if our needs are not met, but so far, so good in terms of post closing issues. Hats off to Brad who quickly addresses issues. I love my home overall, however there are many items pre-closing that have not been addressed. ... More
