The female loan officer was a total nightmare. She had no clue how to talk to us and couldn't explain what she wanted.

The homes are beautiful and look great. There are some things that could use improvement. The loan process was very tedious, was nowhere near this much issues with my first home. A lot of confirming useless info that was already provided and needed resubmitted which tells me they were too lazy to look for the documents. The home inspection was great, we pointed out the flaws and we got them fixed, my issue was sod was delayed which was understandable, but if we were the first home to move in without sod, I imagined we should be the first to receive sod, not other houses that came after ours. Other than that, no other real issues stood out. Everything was handled professionally. I feel like the quality of work obviously isnt that what they put into their model homes. But if that's what they're trying to sell then that should be an expectation, those little things count. Or else you feel like, okay they got my money and now they don't care about my service. ... We love the house. However service after the sale is not good. We have issues that we have shown our construction manager and they have not all been dealt with yet.

Some issues along the way but that's to be expected during any new home buying experience. Very responsive to any issues that have come up.

Didn’t get a choice on anything in the home (covid supply issues). Craftsmanship isn’t the greatest, subfloor unlevel and was supposedly fixed with float, lots of Sheetrock repairs during construction, repaired but can still see where it was. Trim on doors where locks go is cut wrong on all exterior doors. AC wasn’t zoned right, plumbing fixtures feel cheap. Overall it’s a good home but seems like tradesmen didn’t care about doing a quality job

Overall, this has been a good experience. Now that we are in our home we are finding some issues of mediocre workmanship. A couple issues have been resolved but we still have a major issue that is still pending. Lennar has addressed the issues but the contractor has not followed through. I would probably NOT purchase another spec home since no changes can be made to the options in the home. It was a matter of needing a home as quick as possible.

Attention to details not a big concern to Lennar.

The material and workmanship can be improved. What looked good at first sight, later on we found certain things were not up to the mark.

Overall staff was always great! We just had a lapse of bad communication due to a member leaving the company. The house is good and we are ready to build great memories!

Love the house, but when I requested a pretty serious heating issue be addressed, there was no sense of urgency, to the point where the issue is still not resolved and it's been almost 2 months. Also noticed a crack in the tile the day we closed in December and the Crack has not been fixed. Had we not put tape over it, someone else besides me would've gotten cut .

They don’t give you the option to make any changes or upgrades. The walls are so tiny, like cardboard . Still, some work needs to be done. Thou that is understandable because of the supplies shortage. The water heater was misplaced, the doorbell wasn’t working, but the good thing is that they fix it. Other than that and overly satisfied.

It was more stressful than it should have been because of the closing date!

My experiences differed depending on the stage of the home buying process and which department I was dealing with.

There are certain expectations you have when paying hundreds of thousands of dollars for a new home. I will say that Lennar has done a great job of making things right over time but with a rush to build homes, there are details missing that shouldn't have gotten by. They need to slow down and ensure things are done correctly the first time. The most upsetting for me is the low quality dishwasher that was put in our home. I certainly expected more after being a homeowner for more than 20 years. We are still happy with our purchase overall and hope that Lennar takes steps to improve.

Good people working for the company. Responsive but generally the company went cheap on some areas such as materials for the walls and sound proof material between apartments. Low quality elevator, drywalls, cabinet material, etc.

Builders need workers that care about the work they do.

The offer process was extremely stressful & drove the home prices above where they should be. They did not honor the people who were on the waitlist for several months, waiting for their homes.

Customer care is good, they solve the issues but not as fast as it must be, the workmanship is terrible and the materials are scarce.

Overall, the experience was relatively easy. Like all home buying, it is an extensive process, but it was as easy as I think it could be. The concerns that we had were all addressed.

Buying home experience was great. Once we moved in found so many little things that need to be fixed. They are building too fast and cut corners.

A nice over all experience. A bit disappointing on quality of materials and hardware. Quality of workmanship could be improved.

Our Home Seller Rep Kerry and Build Manager David were awesome! We did experience some issues along the way and we are still waiting on things to be fixed, but our last build was a terrible experience with CENTEX. Overall the wife is happy so I guess I am too.

Lennar is a massive homebuilder. Given the current housing market situation in Florida, my wife and I are more than pleased with our purchase and price point. Just go into the process knowing that all the finishes and custom touches you like will likely not be added in the price. All the major areas of construction is of good build quality.
