With the limited choices the builder provides when selecting your home, you would expect minimal issues at Move in. This is not the case. Doors are not hung straight. Appliances are junk, but you are not allowed to upgrade. Paver entrances & driveways are splattered with paint, with no follow-up to pressure clean them for you. While I could go on, if the Builder had a Process of Inspecting a Home and correcting obvious issues prior to Closing, they would earn 5 stars from their Buyers.

Customer service post purchase is worst

The home was delivered on time

Good value compared to what else is out there. Surprisingly poor workmanship in certain areas. Some issues are taking a long time to resolve. Closing could have been better with funds owed due with wire transfer difference

Friendly and professional but be prepared for many issues with finished quality and timely response to address issues…especially with the numerous small contractors they use to complete homes…

Overall, the experience was relatively easy. Like all home buying, it is an extensive process, but it was as easy as I think it could be. The concerns that we had were all addressed.

builder's management is good, but home quality is not good all many window area crack, some roof tile is broken and gutter leaking at corner et.

Buying home experience was great. Once we moved in found so many little things that need to be fixed. They are building too fast and cut corners.

Experience was okay. When I moved into the home I started noticing the workmanship of the home. I just felt like they rushed to finish the house

Our Home Seller Rep Kerry and Build Manager David were awesome! We did experience some issues along the way and we are still waiting on things to be fixed, but our last build was a terrible experience with CENTEX. Overall the wife is happy so I guess I am too.

No communication from land development company. No idea when the sod/irrigation etc. will be installed or future plans for property.

lennar 2300 sqft homes doesn't have walk-in or slide door pantry and no bonus /media room, I feel these are basic features in any 2300 sqft homes , also their closets are small , at least for bedrooms they could have given french doors. These are all very standard features , and considering Lennar is popular brand I never expect them to miss these features even in mid size sqft homes , The floor plans are not so great , and price is very expensive for what they offer compare to Dr.horton and Pacific ridge and Mainvue,

Microwave plate broke, No body came to see, outside door not sliding

The cupboard/cabinets in kitchen are extremely compromised with quality. We did felt that the cabinets in rented apartments are much better quality than what we got.

This was our second purchase of a home with Lennar. This go round I was a little more disappointed than the first time to be honest. The builder the home was very smooth until drywall started going up. Several issues that were pointed out with drywall and paint whenever fixed. The major issues with our hot water stack was resolved which I’m very thankful for it.

Lennar is a massive homebuilder. Given the current housing market situation in Florida, my wife and I are more than pleased with our purchase and price point. Just go into the process knowing that all the finishes and custom touches you like will likely not be added in the price. All the major areas of construction is of good build quality.

We have family in another state that bought Lennar a few years ago so when this home became available I was pleased with the opportunity to purchase.
