Not much to say, love the layout of my new TH

This is my second residence I purchase fro Lennar. My first residence I purchase was in 2019. I love Lennar homes because of my famililarity with the company and what I can expect when I purchase a home through Lennar. Thank you!

This is the worst concrete job we have ever had on a new home. When we closed on this house we addressed the crack on the top of our driveway to the supervisor he said he would put another cut into the concrete where the crack is and just made it look worse. We have contacted several contractors and they even said this is the worse concrete job they have ever saw. In time that crack will just keep chipping away they said which it already is and we only have been closed for less than 2 months. I tried to put a warranty call in and they said they would open a case I had to call twice because they said someone would contact me within 24 hours. I waited no response so that is why I called again. Then all the sudden I get an email from the supervisor saying the job was completed and that the concrete was poured again. That was not true at all he did not do anything. I put another call in and asked if they could have the supervisor please call my husband and I even text him and asked him to call and nothing no response at all. Few days later he text me said his concrete guys would be out the following week and patch. I went out to driveway and of course nothing was done to top of driveway but bottom of driveway well all I can say is what a joke. All they did was put a bunch of rocks and literally a slap of concrete which they did the same thing when we closed and it chipped out and so will this one. Our front porch looks like a porch that has been there for like 30 years. Very ruff texture stains all thru it and who knows what else they did to it. Now we have to pay someone to fix their stuff they should of done right to begin with. They seem to worry about the quantity instead of quality. Also the yard was never graded right very lumpy I can't even walk on the side of my house without almost falling. Elevation was never done correctly. Standing water in between our house and neighbors. For the money we paid for this house very disappointed that I now have to spend extra money for to fix their problems because they hire such cheap help. ... More

I had a bad experience with Lennar throughout the construction process and even after completing the house construction. Construction manager was terrible, he does not care about what you are saying, even he does not listen to you. Whatever you say he simply says that is what it is. I wanted to go for the prepurchase inspection and asked the construction manager several times that was everything ready, he said yes every time but, on the inspection, day we noticed water meter did not get installed and house was messy everywhere, toilets were messy I concerned about it several times, but construction manager did not even care. The grading and house quality is very poor. They rushed me to find the cosmetic and other issue in the house within an hour. They don't let you to put blue tape as well. I always liked Lennar, but I see now the poor workmanship that we as new owner have to go through because the sub contractor get away with poor work standards. I have to submit warranty work for basic construction work example kitchen cabinets not leveled properly, rain gutters pitch towards the house and not to the down spout, paint on window frames and screens. MY BRAND NEW TUB big chunk missing and scratches because the subcontractors had cement all over the tub during construction with no protection. FYI I can only pray they taped all of the joints especially in the showers corners.. Lennar big message to you time to hold subcontractor responsible for doing poor work, charge them for all of the work and if you want to meet with me (I’m talking to the CEO and big bosses) Please contact me so i can show you what’s happening in the field. BTW my cabinets are schedule to be repaired in late August (I bought the house late February) and my tub repair is scheduled for August 1,2023. Great experience buying and getting settled!

Not very impressed with handoff and everything being done by barcode reader.

The home buying process was pretty smooth. Closing only took about 15 mins which was shocking. They were supposed to leave touch up paint but they didn’t. Other than that, I am pleased

This process was not consistent. The walk throughs that were promised throughout the process did not happen until the end. The communication was usually unresponsive on Lennar’s end from our key contacts and Katie S. was extremely unprofessional. I do want to say Henry, the building coordinator was very professional and easy to work with. Lastly I’ll say I understand there’s a time crunch in building these units but having our basement flood the day after closing was frustrating and unacceptable. The closing process was smooth and quick. Thank you.

Our home buying experience started off on the right track when Breland was still in charge. Shortly after we signed our first contract, Lennar took over and that’s when things hit the fan. Delays started happening, incorrect installations for upgraded materials we paid for, complete lies to try and scare us from fighting back, multiple project managers quitting like it’s a revolving door. Lennar isn’t a company I would ever build with again. We went into this process with an open mind and came out burned time and time again.

My loan and mortgage officer Anna and Deacon were completely unresponsive for days leading up to closing and terrible about returning emails, texts, and phone calls. Very frustrating process. Our salesperson Trent showed us online a home with wood flooring and when we asked for photos of the home he sent us two photos are night showing very little. When we saw the hole with tile flooring and were upset he just said "well it was in the contract."

Customer Care Employees leave a lot to be desired. Say a lot but do not do anything and you have to do the follow up. Just excuses is all they give you and very poor solution’s.

We were informed of our closing date. We were moving here from another state . We arrive a week in advance and on our 2nd day we were informed we needed more information to close. More financial info we tried and tried to obtain it but my husband had just retired and his statement wasn’t goi g to be able to be reviewed for approximately 2-3 weeks . 2 days before closing we were told we probably were not going to be able to even though we were led to believe we already had provided everything needed . Why would any company assign a closing date and drag people down and then say well … we need 1 more thing. We were writing letters making calls doing everything we could and stressed out. Our week was ruined we had planned to buy furniture ect and make it an exciting week but nope . So we almost went home early as they told us we would just get another date . Keep in mind it cost us 1600 to come when we came . Flying , rental car , hotel . Anyways long story short they tell us night before around 4 pm we can go to the closing the next morning . Not very smooth . No one was there to represent us as I was told someone should of been . The person who had been working with us over a year wasn’t there and did t even know we closed as I contacted her. No welcome from anyone . This was out 1st new home purchase. We have learned a lot . If you have an issue with anything sometimes they get right on it but other times you have to keep going back to submit issues . I actually like the house but I was exspecting a little more quality finishes . Who uses flat paint on walls as they can’t be washed very well. Oh well would I do it again ? Possibly but I’d def have my eyes wide open and not be so trusting. ... More

Sub standard materials after 1 year I see everything going to hoa. All new town homes and every building siding is falling off. Right not kidding. Road at end of street is caving in. Take a look at sawgrass and see. We’re still waiting for our refrigerator and dishwasher to be repairs for one month now.

Lennar made the buying experience very easy, we are happy with our new townhouse. The Lennar team was very quick at resolving any issues we had.

This has been a nightmare. I moved my whole life across country only to have non stop repairs, I have to fight for on a daily basis. The quality and workmanship is non existence. Cheap and shotty work. I have spent more money of my own to correct all my issues. I would not recommend this builder. You have to stay on everyone as warranty does not respond. I had to go hirer up and threaten social media just to get some repairs handled. All I do is cry anymore. I made a HUGE mistake buying a Lennar home.

My overall description of the house would be shoddy workmanship. I am regretting the purchase more each day. Getting repairs done is a long term nuisance and dealing with the HOA is a nightmare.

We worked remotely with the builder and a local realtor. The overall selling process was smooth. Our questions were answered in a timely manner. The workmanship and timeliness of addressing post-occupancy issues could be improved. Communication between the builder and the owner could also be better. There is still a bit of confusion as to who is responsible for what after the closing. Is it the builder or HOA?

Nice easy to close worth a good look

Leah was our sales rep and She was absolutely amazing! She always updated us with any new information and always answered any questions we had throughout the purchasing process. One of the negative things was that the closing kept getting delayed, but I understand its something that happens a lot in new construction and it’s something Leah warned us about. I would say that the main thing that I’m disappointed with is just getting items fixed in a timely manner with the builders warranty. Still waiting on several items that I submitted weeks ago. Our team here at StJohns Lake was terrific. They were on top of any and all issues during construction though final walk and closing. Since closing we had 1 issue with lighting which was corrected quickly. We could not have asked for a better construction management group. Thank you

Lennar is very professional and build houses withe good quality

Not satisfied with warranty items that has not been fixed. I have no dishwasher due to damage when it was installed. I have no fireplace because pilot will not stay on after 10 minutes. Cabinet of trash can is very hard to open. Suppose to come and fix it three days after moved in but no one as of yet has showed up. Very upset! I did not buy this new house to have problems!!!!!!!

Deal with buyers more on. Personal level rather thru the internet. Did not like that
