Build quality seems to be done as cheaply as possible. All interior items are builder grade or low end. Only one outside faucet is also example of cost cutting measures. One disappointment was the poor installation of the sod for the homes yard. Soil prep was poorly done and I have to keep removing rocks under the sod, causing it to lay unevenly. Cannot evaluate all aspects of build quality at this early date. Will see how everything holds up over time Lennar employees were friendly and helpful during the purchasing process. Projected closing and inspection dates were all met.

Overall good from Lennar. Materials used could be higher quality

We bought our house on a specific lot because we fall in love with the model and the yard space, and the only notice prior buying was that in the corner side we couldn’t placed nothing heavy(pool, boat, truck) because of utility easements, but we were going to be able to place the fence up to 1 to 2 feet from the sidewalk. After closing, come to find out that because of the easements, we are losing 10 ft from the sidewalk on a side that has over 75 ft long (thats yard that cannot be fenced and kids won’t be able to enjoy) yet we have to maintain it. Did a walkthrough with Corry, he open a box for the smart home kit and showed me a marked paper supposedly stating all the sensors were in place. He stated that all I needed was internet to set everything up once closing is done. We did the closing, waited two weeks for the internet company to install the internet, when box is opened, one sensor is incomplete and 2 others are missing. When questions were raised to office staff, answer was “there is nothing we can do since it was brought to our attention after closing and who knows what happened with that equipment “ . The least they could have done (since they do this every day and know what to look for) is to make sure customers are not being taking advantage of. Sales process, mortgage process, and closing timeline were all a good experience. Final delivery of home was rushed, and several loose ends. Probably needed another 2 weeks to fix the final details in the home before walk thru and closing. Took me approximately 1 month to work thru all the fixes required and still fine tuning the details that were left incomplete or needed attention. Final end result will be very nice. Ticketing system and warranty on the work are very good.

The home buying process was amazing. It went very smooth with very few problems. After we moved in we started to see many problems with craftsmanship. Walls that are not straight. Carpet tacks that we step on in bare feet. (Fixed these by tapping them down) when internet was installed the company any was told we had multiple outlets, only one was available. The plans clearly showed others. The internet people said at least we had one. Other townhouses next to mine they actually wall boarded them over. This is why I have given the company a lower score. I really hope that we do not find more problems with the construction. ... More

With any new home there comes issues that can't be seen initially. The need to close fast has also created conditions that were annoying and in one case very hard to deal with. While we love living in Ave Maria it was built in part of the Everglades and there are conditions with pests, mice etc. can cause a lot of consternation. Small issues are dealt with and the service reps try hard to make things right. I realize there is not very much you can do except complain but that's all.

All in all the experience was good. Found a few minor details but nothing major. Maybe a little disappointed in the quality of the appliances. The range does not have a self cleaning option and no icemaker in the refrigerator. Also had to change out the shower head in the master bathroom due to very weak water pressure. Other than those small issues I am very pleased with my home.

So far a good experience, have some issues that I am being assisted. No upgrades available.

You cannot know it, unless you experience it. Great staff, easy process, lots of assistance to help you get what you want, when and where you want it.

Unfortunately we are still waiting for the original punch list to be completed well after a month of us closing on our home. Many items that needed to be addressed were never completed. The new home on the day of closing was filthy inside and the driveway was very muddy.

Before closing house was not deeply cleaned. Issues with land scaping. Rain water damaged the backyard two times. Not sure about the future. They did not give any sample of colors.

As a first time buyer my experience was really good.

I thought the team overall did a good job. I am not super impressed with the construction process. They did everyhting so fast and somewhat sloppy. It all turned out okay, but slowing down and paying more attention to details should be emphasized to the trades. Especially drywall and carpet. More otions would be nice also.

We felt a lot of pressure to close our home even though it wasn't ready. We should have been able to wait to inspect the home then have another week before closing for items to be repaired. We were promised items on our punch list would be completed prior to our arrival a month after closing but they were not done.

no direct phone interactions, need to wait for answers for loan progress, repairing, still, i have not received site map from the selling agent, it was a very frustrating experience.

The houses were put up too fast and there was a lot of mistakes that lennar made in our house . I had a wonderful project manager that was on top of getting most of them done to this point. Some others were not as lucky as we were with our project manager .

Price is good, but there is little attention to finishing. There are many doors poorly cut and painted. There is a generalized rush to close even if the details haven’t been fixed. And when asked for support on warranties, Lennar reps do not respond promptly

We lived out of state and was bought the house site unseen. When we contacted lennar we had a salesman contact us. He was pretty good at keeping in contact until the closing. There were a few issues that had to be addressed, however, most were taken care of before the closing. The fact that we cannot get prints to the house is a little irritating considering if we need to do any upgrading or remodeling, we don’t know where anything is running in the home. We understand the prints are property of lennar, but the prints could be stamped and given to the owners. Steve, our construction supervisor has been absolutely amazing. He went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable with everything. It would have been nice to see that there were actually houses going to be built behind us before we put the down payment down. We would have chosen another lot. We also had to go to another builders website to see the community space that is behind built, so that may want to be updated on Lennar’s website. ... More

The Lennar staff are great. The workmanship I see after being here is disappointing. My 60 day list has over 20 items that need to be looked at. Some should have been done before closing.

The home buying process was fine; wish the price was lower than we paid. I feel that the house was built too quickly, we’ve since found some issues with one outlet, painting, and the carpet and padding feels cheap. This was a spec house so we had no say or choice in what was put on the house or included in the house.

Sloppy work. Paint drops prevalent throughout home. Appliances included were very low quality.

Nothing to say that is real positive.

I would like to start from the beginning, our sales person Holly was inadequate, couldn't get answers to our questions and wouldn't go to her superior to get answers. Then our construction manager Kevin came aboard this is where questions got answered. Kevin is the biggest asset to the Lennar Team without him I probably wouldn't have purchased this home, he made the purchase effortless.

Hardware in use were good quality, however the contractors Lennar used need more training w/o any doubt
