The home quality is exceptional. The overall planning of the community is terrific and the Clubhouse experience equals that of a resort. All but one item on the home inspection punch list were correted before move in. The last item is scheduled. Thanks Lennar!

From our first meeting with our home sales agent, we were comforted, had all our questions answered, and felt like they trusted the quality of their homes and knew we would be happy with them. The construction manager during our home orientation had a very keen eye for detail and did not accept anything less than perfect. Our realtor was even surprise by how much time we spent at the orientation making sure everything was perfect and making sure we knew everything about the house (water shut off, electrical panel, etc...) Lennar was super quick, responsive and helpful with our home buying process. We went to look at houses, and within 2 hours we had been pre approved, and we closed a month later. Super easy process. And they work with you until you get your loan approved, they never gave up on us! And now we have the home of our dreams!
