First off I'd like to say when we moved into our home it was 99.9% perfect any little odds and ends were taken care of within days. We hired a an inspector and along with the inspector and the building manager I was able to trust the entire building process. I was very pleased with the whole process we bought the home with cash so that was a little bit different and we were really not given anything we had to look for everything keys etc etc but that was the only negative. I especially want to thank Sonia our Lennar sales representative along with Richard our building manager he was amazing. My homebuying experience with Lennar Bridger Pines West was smooth and enjoyable. The sales team was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and helped me choose the best floor plan and design options for my needs and budget. They also kept me updated on the progress of the construction and the closing date. The mortgage and title services were also provided by Lennar, which made the process more convenient and efficient. I was able to close on my home in less than two months from the date of contract. I am very impressed with the quality of workmanship and materials that Lennar used for my home. The home is well-built, spacious, and energy-efficient. Very good experience, just wish we could have made some changes while construction was underway(i.e. prewiring for AV or lighting fixtures).

Everything was quick they help us alot and explain us everything about our new home

We have been looking around for new house for more than a year. During that period we had visited many sites with many builders. Finally we landed our decision with Lennar , mainly because of 1) quality 2) price 3) service and overall experience with sales agents, service agents, site supervisor and on time closing!

Our Lennar sales rep (Joel) was really great throughout the entire process. He showed us various styles of homes and condos that Lennar was building here at Rienda Ranch, so that we could compare them and decide which worked best for us. Lennar's "Everything's Included" policy was also what made us decide to buy a Lennar home instead of from another builder in the area. They included as standard things like soft-close cabinets, high-end GE Profile appliances and roll-out pantry drawers and trash/recycle bin drawers. The Lennar Title/Escrow process was really easy to follow from start to finish through the Lennar track software. Also, as cash buyers, we appreciated that they kept on building several different neighborhoods to completion even during the time period when interest rates were going up; while other builders were limiting construction or even temporarily suspending construction in some neighborhoods due to decreased demand. Lennar truly cares about helping to ease the housing shortage in Southern California; even during those times when they need to provide incentives to buyers to help keep the sales and closing process moving along. ... Both homes purchased from Lennar have been great. We were in our last home for four years and had no issues with it. In love with our current home and excited to make new memories here with our little family. We've only been here for two months and have come across minor issues, all of which were promptly addressed and fixed. Based on my experiences with Lennar, I'd purchase from them again.
