I would highly recommend their product!!

I was disappointed in my experience as the communication from all teams involved was inconsistent and created financial burden for me. I went through three different mortgage people with no awareness of the changes happening, my move in date changed multiple times with no communication and my sales team just blamed everyone else. This is a big company and the multiple failure points was very disappointing. Take ownership within each team for each family.

Everyone at Lennar were very helpful the houses are beautiful

I was looking for a home in a certain price range. Ava showed me a couple of houses, but they were not quite to my liking, then….. she showed me a house that I liked AND the price had been reduced and in my price range. I signed a contract, got in touch with the loan officers (Candee and Ernie) . Everyone was patient and professional, from “looking” to “closing” The closing was fast, convenient and easy. I have owned a few Lennar homes, knew what to expect and am not disappointed. Lennar builds a quality house and I have never had issues with any of them.

Tract home, but the guys in charge of construction oversight are good and experienced. Structurally good, so far. Windows are better quality than expected while we looked at homes. Insulation is very good throughout the home. Cabinets are tract quality. Painting and texture was good, not perfect. Floors are good. Leaky dishwasher, so waiting to get that fixed. Appliances are GE, so... Lot grading is good. Fences won't go too much more than 7 years. Neighbors are great. Good mix of old and young. Mostly ex Commiefornians. Overall got what we paid for. Fair price, good location. Happy to be here. Hope the state does not go wacko like where we came from. ... More

We stopped at an open house January 3rd and closed on our new home January 23rd. Brian, Lily, Ann, and several others expedited us through the system (including a VA Loan). Outstanding. Our only complaint is the garage door has never worked with anything except the wall buttun inside the garage.

I really recommend Lennar

We had an amazing experience with Paige (our contact), Lindy, Kaci and I believe Gabby with the Lennar mortgage team! That customer service was great and process was smooth! Zach our salesman seemed fine, but through the process showed to have deceptive tactics, meaning later in the process. Nothing that was put in writing so we had to chalk it up as a loss. Dealing with Austin the person who walked us through our house and had us accept the house had deceptive practices, promised things to be done that weren't, told us they use flat paint to cover up their crappy finishing on the walls, told us we would get a discount to sod our back yard with the company Lennar uses but when I asked for the companies information he back tracked and said the discount isn't guaranteed we could just ask. Donald the construction manager is a great guy but promises work to be done and doesn't follow through. Todd the director of customer care, told us we need to temper our expectations of the work done in our house, that we need to use matte or eggshell paint so we don't see the crappy finishing on our walls. He also told us to stay away from painting dark colors so we don't see how crappy the walls were finished. He came to our home and told us the entire time our walls were a level 3 finish which is their standard but when I did a little research and talked to other professionals in the industry I sent him some information on level 3 finishing not being the standard for habitable homes as room walls, that it is the standard for walls in unfinished spaces or under textured walls, he back tracked and said he was mistaken on the level but that our walls were the Lennar standard. If you would like pics etc please let me know. We have gotten other professional assements on our walls and multiple companies have said our walls are messed up, and it would be expensive for Lennar to fix them which is why they are gaslighting us to try to accept crappy work. They have agreed to fix some of the walls but denied fixing others because the level didn't rock enough, it rocked but not enough for them to fix! We had a leak apparently due to a busted pipe and they told us we had to cover it because we didn't winterize our home. We moved in less than 24 hours before the last ice storm, so we had less than 24 hours to winterize our home! They replaced the pipe but told did not investigate the leak further. Two days later our carpet in our master bedroom was soaked. Todd said it was probably from multiple days of use from the busted pipe, but they were just going to close up the wall knowing we had used the hose for an entire week and the water probably was going somewhere before it started spilling out in our garge, but they didn't care to investigate all they were concerned with telling us is that we are responsible for fixing. We had some repairs done, our hood vent was crooked, our mantle was crooked, our built in bench was cooked and poorly cut out but the trim guy that was assisting fixing some of that told us all of our quarter round was put in wrong and he doesn't know why they did things like that. We had to hire him to do some trim work Heath told us they wouldn't cover. I don't trust anyone except the mortgage team with Lennar. They all will gaslight you to death instead of just admitting crappy work was done and fixing it. ... More

Great home layout. What you see is what you get so there are no questions on what you’re buying. Totally customize to your taste as its interior is all white. Neutral color floors also makes it easy to add rugs and color. I recommend Lennar homes.

We started the process of home buying in Nov '25, and it was completed in Feb '26. This may not seem like a long period of time, but it was a very stressful and nerve-wracking time. Other than the length of time it took, everyone and everything was handled in the most professional and courteous manner. Thanks to everyone who made this journey so much better.

Overall disappointed with this purchase, starting with the closing day. Documentation was not available until the afternoon prior to closing and it showed a charge for taxes not due. Amount due at closing was not as agreed. The paint in the whole townhome is basic, low quality, whole townhome needs to be repainted. Garage is very small, you either park your car or place the trash can in it. Bathroom cabinets have no drawers. There were no finishing items in bathrooms, like toilette paper holder or towel holders. The AC unit outside if very loud and noisy and it is placed next to main bedroom where the noise can be heard all the time the unit is working. I was impressed with Lennar's ability to address any concerns while building the house, as well as documenting each step of the way. Everything was done professionally and on time. Overall, a great experience.

I was excited about having an all-in-one home buying process. The financing side was easy, and the loan officers were helpful and responsive. The only issue I experienced during financing was the third-party verification process they would call and sometimes keep me on hold for hours while confirming information. It wasn’t ideal, but it was manageable. Unfortunately, my experience with the construction team and the overall quality of construction was much less positive. The construction manager repeatedly made excuses for repairs that were not completed on time. The paint work throughout the house was inconsistent and spotty, and during our walkthrough we identified a broken cabinet that needed to be replaced. It was also frustrating that the construction manager was not transparent about the status of repairs. During our final walkthrough, the house was still a mess and many of the repairs from the third-party inspection report had not been completed aside from some paint work. Despite this, he told us the remaining items would be completed by the end of the day and asked us to sign the closing documents before the repairs were finished. When I refused, I was met with more excuses. When I returned for another walkthrough, some of the repairs had been completed, but the construction manager continued to make excuses and even told me the broken cabinet had been replaced when it had not. Instead, it appeared cosmetic fixes such as filler and paint were used to hide the damage rather than properly replacing the cabinet. Now that I am living in the home, I have identified additional items that were either not addressed or were hidden during the initial walkthroughs. This has been very frustrating, as many of these issues should have been resolved prior to closing. It wasn’t until I threatened to pursue legal action that someone finally reached out and ensured the repairs were completed properly. That part of the process was frustrating and disappointing, especially after what started as a smooth buying experience. ... More

The lennar mortgage experience i was worst. The mortgage consultant from lennar tried his best not to provide the credit which lennar promised. Basically he tried to make money for lennar by not giving the credit that was promised to the consumer . Be very Careful when handling with lennar mortgage

The process went smoothly with good communication during building home. The only problem is there is nothing that requires new homeowners to maintain their properties in less than 2 months large amount of properties look like ghetto because of lack of maintenance with weeds above your knees blocking sidewalks. Just ridiculous for a new neighborhood. Sad that these aren't things dealt with for other homeowners by Lennar or the city of Hanford.

The entire process of buying the house went smoothly and without incident.

My tenant noticed gas leak smell at home and only resulted to finger pointing. Lennar pointing to Appliance Company and the Appliance Company pointing to plumbing and Gas Company. The Gas Company then pointing to the others. When nobody is taking ownership I expect Lennar to bring all of them together and get the issue resolved. My experience has been very painful 2 months into the purchase. Also at the purchase time I was not told that HOA is going to take trash ownership too. I was expecting trash to be another utility that the tenants owns and pays for. It makes no sense for it to be including in HOA. ... More

Shawn is an amazing human. He answered all of our questions. We love our home. We have nothing but issues with the appliances. The refrigerator leaked water, the dishwasher didn't work, and now the stove is broke. Thank goodness one of us doesn't work so we could be home for all of the repairs. We are now waiting for a new memory board for the stove, the clear button is suck down and turn everything off.

i'm not sure i would buy a lennar home again. my appliances need to be replaced. air filters were full of grime and dust. lots of issues already and i'm in month #3. lenders were extremely rude and condescending. one lady was nice... lots of loud construction and i've had trash thrown into my yard. i don't know if i feel safe here. buyer beware

My Lennar management team recommended a realtor group to me for selling my property. Shortly after I interviewed and agreed to work with them to sell my home, I was blindsided by that realty group being added to my Lennar contract. Through the seven months of attempting to sell my home with this recommended realtor group, I had an absolutely horrible experience with delayed or no responses, minimal efforts or outreach to sell. I wanted to fire them, but Lennar, without discussion or consent, added them to my purchase contract as my realtors, tiring my hands. Finally, post closing, the same realtors who should be guiding me through warranty, walkthrough(they completed because I was deployed), discrepancies and hoa questions, are nowhere to be found. Lennar gave me as much incentives and moved mountains for me to close, but the experience with the underhanded realtor group attached to my contract caused my property to not sell and me to close under duress and financial strains. I would not recommend Lennar to anyone with the exception of my agent. ... More

Overall, my experience purchasing a home from Lennar was good. The buying process was straightforward, and the sales team was professional and helpful during the contract and closing stages. The home has a modern layout and finishes, which we really like. As with most new construction homes, there were a few minor issues after move-in, but the warranty team worked in a reasonable amount of time to address them. I would recommend that buyers take their time during the final walkthrough to make sure any small items are noted. We made a big move from Central New York to Florida in the middle of the winter and we couldn’t have been more happy with the outcome of our new home. The cherry on top is the fun pool and every evening with a beautiful sunset. Thank you from my realtor to the salesman and everybody else in between to make this happen.

Very thorough process when buying a new build home. Very understandable. Learned a lot ,watched it being built in the late stages . The Lennar builder inspector was great,showing us everything we to know.

We highly recommend Lennar Builders. Over the years, we have had three homes built by different builders and have never been as pleased as we are with this home. The quality and workmanship is outstanding. Chip, our Construction Manager went above and beyond to make sure everything met our expectations. The project stayed on schedule the entire time. We are very pleased with our Lennar Home.
