Contacting the customer service with issues after purchase is not the best. They also hound you to Rate them with “10s” on their surveys, which is a turn off.

All walkthroughs; initial and final needs to be better. At final walkthrough our home looked like it needed a lot of touchup that a 5 year old can see. Not sure why this was taken care of before we went so we could spend limited time we had on important issues. Aesthetically it just was ready. People who giving the walkthroughs especially for us the initial walkthrough here wasnt very good as the guy seemed like rushing us and gave us very litttle info on the home, eqiipment etc

Satori is a nice community, but Lenar was trying to save on things that really doesn’t worth, small details that you have to fix for yourself because their customer support doesn’t work. There are many walk away they brought to us broken from first day, electric lids not in place, the worst light poles I never see before, they don’t put soil below grass and never pick up construction sand, so if you want a nice grass you need to do it by yourself in your garden. Little details that cost you and your community extra money!

For a home at this price point using builders best materials for little things like toilet seats (one which I've already had to replace in less that 6 months after purchase), light fixtures, etc. We expected at least a step up from the cheapest materials.

Love the floor plan and materials. Workmanship could be better (sloppy drywall, paint, and caulking; numerous electrical shortcomings). Slow to non-existent follow up by subs on punch list items and newly discovered issues. Still waiting after 4 months on about 10% of the items.

No basis to star rate last 2, so we provided a non-committal 3 stars each What does Trustworthiness mean in this context? And fortunately, we haven't had to judge that. But, I really don't know what you're looking for in the last two. We're basically happy with the house and the community. Annoying items: 1.No ceiling lights in bedrooms and living/dining rooms Lennar rep (mostly very nice and helpful) said some want lights, others, ceiling fans. Our solution: ask the new owners before finalizing. What a thought!?! 2. Ditto for kitchen faucet. No flexible hose spray nozzle. I don't think I've ...

Great quality and floor plan. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase, however, the buying and closing processes were not easy. It took several months to resolve issues that were identified at the pre-closing walk-through.

The quality of the homes was average compared to the price. My biggest issue with my home is that the bestroom is too small for $330K a house.

Before signing off on the last walk thru sheet make sure ALL of the issues have been completed, we've had issues that have still not been completed. Make sure your drainage in the backyard is correct, When it rains I get a huge puddle in the middle of my backyard, water comes from underneath both neighbors fences, so I will be replacing my fence in about a year. Thanks. Something as simple as painting the PVC pipe in the front so that it matches the house still had not been done and its been 5 months.

This is a nice home - there were some “ glitches in home . The service / tech guy seems somewhat distance in fixing or repairing things around house . He showed little or no enthusiasm when he’s over our house . I believe there should be choices who we can pick to come out fix / repair homes - not just this fellow .

We understand that Don is a busy man and he has gone above and beyond to ensure any issues we have had with the home that they are addressed. We have however had a work order placed for 4 months now for stains appearing in our granite as well as electrical concerns with a few of our outlets blowing the circuit breaker. The electrician has called us and has not been very willing to work around our Work schedule and the granite has not been replaced as we have been told there are other additional processes that need to be done to eliminate the stain before the granite is replaced. We are enjoying our home. My issues: kitchen stove should be upgraded, same with dishwasher. We would have preferred to upgrade and pay the difference. Buying a package deal is a first for us and the last. We upgraded several items after moving in and that is such a waste when you tear out new materials. Our selected items when we signed our purchase papers where changed without the option to have the original selected items. Phil, the onsite manager, was great. Jorge is very responsive to our needs for repairs. Your sales agent did not meet our personal satisfaction on several ...

We did not have any real issues with the purchase of our lennar home. We did get to monitor the entire construction from vacant lot to a finished home. The workmanship is not very good and time over quality is their MO. We have had minor issues after moving in and Lennar took care of them

Lennar is very responsive prior to closing, after closing I have discovered many issues with the house and the response has been slow. The quality and workmanship is not the best and the HOA management company, employed and controlled by Lennar, is very picky and intrusive.

Lennar responded:
Hi William, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear about these issues. Please email us at corporatecustomercare@lennar.com with any outstanding items, so we can research and follow-up for you. – Lennar Customer Care

While the sales contact I worked with did seem like a used car dealer, he did stay late to get the sale. Lennar hasbeen caught with their hands in the cookie jar a few times. Lennar owns Eagle Mortgage and Eagle Mortgage owns the appraisal company. This allows them to get to closing quickly, which is very nice for the buyer. It also makes it very easy for lennar to put loan packages together that it shouldn't. I am lucky, most of the process was easy and efficient. It's not the best build quality in the final touches, but it is a solid house.

The home is above average in construction but there are a number of things that need to be fixed. The construction appears to have been rushed and a number of items still need to be done even though it has been a few months since closing. Trees that were promised to be replaced by the agent haven't been replaced. We were told it was too hot to replace them this past summer, but no effort has been made to replace them since summer. Always get things in writing, even though I didn't do thst.

The sales process was painful. I lived out of town and responses were poor. There was no flexibility during purchasing phase. The construction manager “Henry” was phenomenal and provided answers where he could. He insured all of my concerns were addressed and directed me to the appropriate person if it was out of his jurisdiction.

When a person purchases a new house, you would expect the work to be of better quality. These contractors are supposed to be professionals and do better jobs than myself. We shouldn't have to have painters come back, sidewalks fixed, plumbing fixed, fixtures replaced, garage siding repaired all within the first 2 months. The CM was awesome! He was very willing to get people back in and make the repairs. We passed our 60 day mark, so no more CM helping us. The current customer care rep has been good so far and brought contractors back to make repairs. With the price one pays, I would expect ...
