The lennar warranty for appliances has been really hard to work with.

Very happy and satisfied buyer. From the day one the sales team, construction manager and everyone were so helpful, can't ask for more. The quality of certain electrical items and workmanship could be better but overall quite happy.

Love my new home, wish the front yard landscaping (front walkway) did not have such steep drop off. Considering going to extra expense to add short retaining wall for safety.

Warranty responsiveness has been excellent. Vendors providing the service not so much. Continue to find minor construction related flaws and submit my request for service.

House has been great and any issues we find they are quickly fixed right away. The only issue I have is the placement of of lighting fixtures throughout the house. The lights were placed lined up and centered in many places and makes my OCD a hard time.

Every house comes with it its challenges. But the best part of my new buying experience was dealing with a particular Lennar representative named Ryan. He went above and beyond to answer our many questions and always made himself available. He is a great representation of the Lennar brand.

The staff and the people were really nice. They were very helpful and responsive to all of our questions.

Quality is a little better than average. Construction supervisor was excellent. Don't let them rush you to closing. Make sure all of your quality and construction issues are completed first.

I feel comfortable in my new home. The builders got done surprisingly quick. The quality is good.

Purchased a home in Ventana community end of Dec 2019. Had a few issues which were resolved relatively quickly. One took a much longer time but was finally resolved to our liking. The construction manager was extremely responsive, the subcontractors not so much. The house was a good value for a basic home, however you will need to add the extras at your time and $$. Minor pet peeves include the backyard patio is a postage stamp size, no doorbell, front door opens backwards and no lights outside of the garage. Other issue is the clubhouse and pool are still under construction however not being built by Lennar. There are three builders in this subdivision and you can tell from the curb which ones are Lennar and that is not necessarily a good thing. All in all good value if you can do your own upgrades. ... Countertop are horrible and respond time to get issues fixed is a little lacking. Overall I love my house and the sales team was great. I would recommend Lennar to other home buyers however, there is still some work to be done with in my home and Lennar claims they will fix all issues, so for now I'll have to trust them.

We love our new home. We chose to upgrade flooring and kitchen, and the cost, while expensive, was worth it to give the home the extra bit of luxuriousness. We have had very few issues with Lennar. When we have a problem, they come out and fix it and if they haven't fixed it yet, the fix is scheduled and they're committing to upholding the workmanship and quality of the home. The purchasing experience was very easy, mostly due to the "everything's included" buying process. We didn't want the new home experience of choosing a thousand different options, masking the cost of the home. Lennar gave us, at the time of purchase, two options. We chose our flooring and kitchen design. We wish we had a few more options we could've chosen from, but overall we were happy to have most of it chosen for us and we could move in at the price we agreed on. The selling agents were excellent as was their preferred lender, Eagle Home Mortgage. Every phone call, email or text message to anyone at Lennar or related companies was answered promptly or returned the same day. Communication was great and it made us feel more confident in picking Lennar as the builder we chose. There are some odd community planning things we didn't have a say in, like the fact that the color of our home is almost identical to our neighbors, but I guess we can paint the house in a few years. The things in our house that have needed to be fixed seem entirely the fault of a bad tradesman. In each case, Lennar has stood by their workmanship and home warranty and fixed or scheduled to fix the issue. My wife and I looked at other builders and new homes going up and even after living in the Lennar home we feel that the Lennar home is a much higher quality than other builders. Very happy over all with home and process. Disappointed with follow through of amenities like pool, club house, att access, walking trails around pond. None are finished and paying Hoa fees still

The most rewarding experience I had with Lennar was working with the supervisor of the site which was Will. He was very nice and offered to help any time I had issues. I understand that the builders they are contracted with are the ones that build but any issues I found Will endured they wld be fixed . My experience was overall a positive one

Tessa has been very responsive, but there were still a couple of issues that had to be suspended because of Covid 19. Hopefully as our community resumes every day life, they will get back with us to finish up.

I've had some ongoing challenges with concrete pouring on the patio and the stone trim in the front of my house. When I asked for a replacement, people came over my house multiple times to replace it. When the subcontractor finally showed up, the stone trim was a different color (light rose vs light gray) and told me "don't worry... the color will fade." I am no contractor, but I'm not stupid and had to ask this person leave my property, which prompted the site construction team to not use them in the future. Lennar tried to this, but due to work restrictions, this has not been fixed for months, and I have to keep calling to remind them not forget about this. Also, consider an alternative to financing, as the folks they work with just do not give straight answers. ... More

Lennar is a quality builder at fair market prices. No bells and whistles and certainly not custom! Quality for the price, if you want "Estate" level building shop elsewhere.

Quite neighborhood. House is nice except 2 nails inside the house popped up, ruined the paint.

There has been a few issues with any new home built. One thing does bother me is a lot of the issues was electrical and even during construction there were issues with electrical installation. The Foreman and Sales staff were easy to work with.
