My husband and I bought our first home last year. We love the area. We wish that it was better planning on the set up for guests parking ( guests’ spaces for the homes in the back). We noticed this property is about to be huge, hope they are planning to have another pool, dog park and playground for these kids to go. Besides that Lennar has been good. We noticed some things could be better, but it’s not a complete turn off. We would buy again from Lennar.

The team was very responsive and helped with subsequent issues that arose after the house passed (such as appliance issues and etc..)

Bathroom room fixtures are of less expensive value. One bathroom the fixtures have already became loose. For 236k, you only get a cookie cutter type home with tiny closets in extra bedrooms. No storage space.

Fairly decent house at a reasonable price. Lawn grass to the rear of the house attracts a lot of weeds. Windows should be in the bathrooms

We are happy with our home purchase. There have been a few issues but so far are prompt u to o give attention to them.

My experience with Kenneth has been very responsive, efficient, and professional.

The sales team in the office was great. As well as the ease of buying the home. Any issues I had after move in was quickly resolved. There was a problem with the hot water heater that took a couple of trips from Casa Mechanical but it was eventually resolved. Hopefully once the new water source from Lake Granger is in place the problem won't happen again. However, I have to say I was left with a lingering disappointment and some hurt feelings. I completed a survey and did not score it with all 5 stars. I was being truthful because of the hot water heater issue. No buying experience is perfect and frankly unrealistic. Buying a home is very stressful for the buyer. Well, my customer service rep asked me why didn't I give perfect scores? He said that they heard about it in a meeting. I felt like I was being scolded and blamed. I felt like he was being totally inappropriate with me and should have kept his comments to himself. I scored my survey the way I felt at the time. ... This is my first home purchase ever, so consider me a novice in home buying despite my research done ahead of time. They do earn your trust but in the beginning, it is so full of selling you this and that, false promises, etc. For example, my salesperson promised me a sound proof door considering that was a deal breaker to buy one of the last remaining houses in the community. 6 months later, still no door and learned that this should not have been made. I hate having to out work orders in only because I know the house is settling and it may require to have the contractors come out more than once but that's just me feeling like a pest. I love the 1 year maintenance warranty as the house settles. I wish somethings would have been disclosed upfront a little more and not oversold as they were good things, when they are not (appliances, etc). I never experienced Lennar homes before but am impressed overall with the home and the "Everything Included". LIke I said, first time homebuyer and it was a nerve wracking experience but they helped make the transition easy. ... More

There are a lot of chips in our tiles and our home is not square in most places. However, Gabriel and his team have been incredible in responding to our issues. Also, we purchased our solar (instead of taking the PPA). The solar company you use is awful, and I would recommend not buying from your company because the issues we have had. It is estimated that we lost a months mortgage payment to their lack of diligence, and inept ability to communicate where their customers. I honestly have told people to go to other builders due to your choice of solar company. Other than that, I love our home.

The house we bought overall is excellent and, especially with the lot size, is a great price. There were definitely some issues that required us to call out techs multiple times after we moved in.

All of the people involved from Lennar were easy to work with.

Good experience.

Lennar has been great to respond to our limited issues. Wish the quality of paint and finish was higher.

I love our Lennar home! You get so much more for your dollar because they include so many extras. The technology included is state of the art.

Rare to find a 3/3 model with a bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. The built was a few months as I bought during pre-construction.The house was completed right on time.

Very pleased overall. The selection and construction process were smooth. The communication with the sales consultant and construction manager was excellent. We were even able to meet with them additionally beyond the scheduled times. Any concerns and questions were answered promptly. The only items that required any follow up were minor issues related to the subcontractors not ensuring their details were completed before moving to the next job site. This required multiple service requests to correct the issues.

Great builder. Sales representative is amazing.

Overall we were happy but I wouldn’t say everything was perfect.

Very simple process. Answers and time line straight forward

Charging too much for any add days.

Overall a fairly painless process. Could have been better communicating closing dates / times and last minute changes. Sales rep was somewhat out of the loop and did not keep me well informed. Post close typical builder issues that have been addressed with the warranty.

Apart from minor issues everything else is good
