Love the design of the home. But the fit and finish is not the best . The molding work is not good the finish painting is not the best. Seems rushed. Someone should do better in over seeing the finish work..

Delivery was spot on time, despite challenging circumstances, sales team was responsive and supportive, home move-in experience was good... only problem is with the quality of the finish... looks like poor supervision leading to too many issues post handover. Also, ticket resolutions is painfully slow.

The only issue I had was with submitting my Closing Costs. I used the directions provided to me and both times my wire was returned to me. I lost my wire processing fee of $30.00 and an additional $45.00 twice when the funds were returned to my Bank Account. I found it frustrating that I did what was asked and it cost me a lot of money.

There have been several minor issues that have been resolved quickly. We paid too much for the house because the housing market was crazy when we signed our contract and we were on a waitlist for a while. Now there are several houses for sale right around us. Timing is everything in the housing market. The biggest complaint I have is standing water in our yard after the house next door was completed and water runs down into our yard and pools. The water doesn’t stay long enough for Lennar to consider it a warranty issue with the grading though, so I guess we will have to live with it and ...

The sales process was fairly smooth. Only complaint would be sometimes felt left in the dark about what step was coming next. Should almost be provided a schedule. Even if you don't the know exact dates at least can prepare for what's next. In terms of the construction of the home. We knew this before buying. Lennar homes are built fast, cheaply build. No eye for craftsmanship. But you pay for what you get. Lennar homes tend to be on the cheaper end when compared to similar homes on the market.

Shawn with Lennar Backbock Ranch was terrific. We did feel a b it pressured to close when there were numerous items in the home that were not comnplete. 6 weeks later we are still trying to get this done.

LiZ was good. Timely and professional. Ben was our builder and i had to manage the project at end to get water meter hooked up and finally het is to closing. Delays at end cost us 1.25% higher interest rate which will wind up costing us thousands of dollars. Could give me answers about water hookup delays, so i had to go to water dept and get things moving

My experience was good, until the lack of construction keys control resulted in a Burglary of my new house. Caution, upon closing ensure your keys are recalibrated to cancel all others. Purchasing a new home from Lennar was a very easy experience. My new home is beautiful. Once I moved into my new house, I found so many problems. I have had light fixtures falling out on the ceiling, the paint on the doors coming off, a cabinet door falling off, and many other problems. I do have to give Lennar credit for addressing these problems. If you have a problem, you report it to Lennar through a website. It is like filling out a ticket for your problem. Great experience getting a home right away and approved. However, the Fridgeaire fridge started leaking at the bottom the week we moved in. We placed a couple tickets in to have it looked at & no response from Lennar about fixing the issue or replacing our brand new fridge. Lennar said it’s a known issue that the fridge’s ice machines leak.

Sales: Bobbi, the sales agent I worked with was excellent and knowledgable. Warranty: Heather and the virtual warranty team seem to be proactive with reported items, although several that were reported over the last two months don't have appointments scheduled and other trades scheduled their appoinments quickly. Some warranty repairs were not made properly, very disappointing. Lennar needs to hire another pool company to make the warranty repairs and charge back to Holiday Pools since they aren't interested in repairing my pool/spa issues.

Low quality building materials have presented numerous issues that could not be addressed until the home was lived in. I’m not confident in the longevity of the items used. Ease of closing and the responsive team are the only two reasons this isn’t a 1-2 star rating.
