We bought a Model from Lennar. Everything in the Model were purchased in the home buying. Only wished more time was given during the walk thru (2 hours) to discuss items in the Model requiring fix or touch-up. The only statement we were given was we bought the Model in an "AS IS CONDITION". We were sadden that Lennar sells a new home in an As Is Condition. Inasmuch, we were still excited to live in a Smart Home. Wished the builder would have provided additional Smart Devices instead of receiving just the minimum to get the home started.

The value of Lennar is great. We have had a few issues which have been resolved quickly. The sales team is great. Viet was very helpful and kept us updated throughout the process of our build w pics.

I guess you get what you pay for.

Lennar is the home for anyone who is happy with the exact model presented. During the purchasing process some inquiries or requests were received with a 'No' Sorry. Lennar also put a limit on a reward card presented at the time we closed on the purchased, when ready to use Lennar had pulled the funds back, so missed out. Be careful of any promotions or giveaways. The Construction Manager has been wonderful and quick to respond on some mirror issues.

My home included a lot of stuff that in other communities are expensive upgrades. Very happy with my new home.

Would change a few things, however, overall pretty good.

My house is beautiful the issue is the small things like paint splatter all over the flooring, or how a baseboard is separated from the wall, making hole in a closet while making a repair and yet not fixing the hole. The issues I have involve the workers lack of professionalism and realizing this is someone's home that they have worked very hard for. The plumbing works, the roof doesn't leak, and all the wall are up it was just these little details that if they took an extra step would have made a difference. I still love my home.

The Homes are really nice and provide many features....The quality of materials used verses the price point is not the same. I would expect more custom features such as kitchen doors as glass and not the inexpensive particle wood. Regulating air and heat in a two story home is difficult and that must be checked prior to new owners moving in....Overall, I am pleased with this home, there are just minor issues we wished could have been looked at and reviewed....

Listened to my concerns, fixed my problems and never gave me a hassle about anything. Quick, reliable and great customer service

After living in the house for a couple of months, my wife and I notice that there are paint spatters on the carpets and other flat surfaces, uneven floors on the second floor, poor grout cleanup on floor tiles through out the house. Agreed that these items are not huge issues (except for the uneven floors upstairs) but with these issues, 5 stars is not possible.

Difficult to contact to resolve issues. Poor landscaping prior to moving in, was told it would get fixed however, I have been waiting 3-4 months for new sod I was promised.

The quality of the home is very good and any issues are typically addressed quickly. There is an issue with the vinyl material used on the floors as it keeps chipping. I am currently negotiating with them to replace the floor with a higher quality material. I am confident there will be a positive outcome.

Lennar does there best to guide you through the complete home buying process.

Interior doors are not the best quality. Garage door is thin no insulation. Garage needs to be insulated. To few electrical outlets in garage. Trades need to talk to one another( paint on hinges on doors, nails coming through door trim and being covered up, floor grout not finished up )

I would not recommend the Lennar financing team. That is the only reason I would not rate Lennar 5 stars for Trustworthiness and Responsiveness to issues. The finance team could not get my settlement statement correct even right up to closing. I almost walked away from purchasing the villa due to their constant mistakes.

Lennar homes are undoubtedly beautiful with first class materials. Unfortunately there is a markedly disconnect in the quality control and some workmanship. It is understandable that inevitably there will be some issues with a new home, but most of us in Dorado are in agreement that the issues we have been facing are not becoming of half million dollar homes. Many of our issues have come down to outright LACK of quality control. In one case the only thing that needed to be done to see the problem was to look up at the wall. I am very happy with the response from the team that addresses these issues, Overall I am and will be a Lennar customer for life; with just a tiny bit of effort these can be the best homes in the market! ... Well designed with minimal wasted space and material. Typical material quality for a mid level home. These are not custom homes but provide good value for the money. We have had very few problems to date, however our neighbor has had many problems some major. We improved some of the areas of the house to provide a more custom house, but the basic floor plan is very well designed. If this was a custom house I would have made a few changes but overall this floor plan works very well for our needs. It would be great if Lennar had a high end package that would allow you to upgrade to even higher level appliances, water heater, jetted tub, heated tile floors, and better landscaping..... but ..... this keeps construction on a very basic level that the quality can be monitored. ... We have been running into some cosmetic issues which we addressed immediately especially since the warranty would expired whiting a year. After that you on your own This is a beautiful house that has mostly everything we were looking for base on our family dynamics.

The home is very well built And the included automation is amazing like the ring and integrated wiring for WiFi where there are no dead spots. There are just a few small things that are becoming noticeable like the garage door not closing all the way and the door knobs being loose. Nothing major. Lennar is very responsive and ensures to get things corrected very quickly. Overall I am very happy with my lennar home.

Steve our sales person communicated well to make the purchase enjoyable. Moved in on time as promised . Homeowner orientation with dru and Danny and Amazon went well. We love the layout of our new home and the neighbors on the block. Excellent community layout and amenities. Had some minor issues with the house but Igor has taken care of them. His communication and follow up is outstanding. We are very pleased with our purchase decision and recommend these homes for over 55 active adults.

The area to live in is great. Very near a brand new Publix Market & shops, many golf courses within 5 miles. The houses are very well built and priced correctly for the area.

Lawn Contractor did horrible on grass installation. To many gaps in sod when installed and not enough topsoil to allow grass and shrubs to grow properly. Have dead spots and lots of weeds. Almost break ankle each time I mow. Its like mowing a corn field. Inside finish paint peels to easily. Appears to not bond to prime coat. Even after walk through with warranty manager paint still chipping and peeling. Caulking at doors and floor have already separated in several locations. It appears the floor tile installers didn't remove adhesive in several locations. It becomes apparent after use and cleaning. Touch up painting left paint drops on floor? Did they drop clothes? Had to tighten all door knobs and toilet paper holders. Towel holders were placed above electric outlets in bathrooms. Not good locations. Noticed tile has cracked going into first bedroom. ... More
