No issues, except for the Mortgage company, worst I have ever dealt with

This was such an easy process. Of course I was prepared for almost any problem that could come up in the mortgage process. As far as the building process goes, it was smooth and my Lennar homebuying rep was in constant communication and responded quickly to our questions. I would highly recommend Lennar to my friends and family.

The home buying process was made easy to understand with the great team at lennar.

Buying the home was easy , I DID NOT expect to have SO MANY issues with a NEW home.

Our overall buying experience was great. Products is good quality but we expected few things could have been better in home. But I understand Lennar excluded them to save some money. We wished they are included like security and lights here and there to complete the experience. However, there are few people who made this process much smoother. Terri from sales and Esso from building manager team are really awesome and provided exceptional service. Even customer service team like Nina did great job in addressing any issues as soon as possible whenever we had any questions. Great team overall. ... More

its been 2 months since my closing, i have tried numerous times talking with paul lacy construction manager regarding the paint all over my driveway they haven't replaced them to this day , getting ready to hire my attourney

Some person has bad attitude while going to closing process.

Our experience was fine. Our sales rep started out really accessible and helpful but became impossible to reach as time went on and as he became tired of our outreach. The home is what it is, but we had no illusions. Most of it is fine, although we wish we had been able to make personalizations (would have been happy to have paid for them) for our new construction home… especially since it took longer to finish than initially planned. We’ve found a lot of places where the builder tried to save money and where subcontractors cut covers, but we expected that. We also have reason to believe that the subs left trash in the walls and urinated in the showers rather than use the portable bathrooms for the worksite. But I imagine that happens on most sites. Our construction manager was good, though, and stood by his word to correct things we identified. And the warranty team seems similarly stand-up so far. ... More

From being promised the wrong interest rate to having the closing date moved (not to mention several times) on the day of because of negligence from a laborer on sight. I would not recommend working with this specific San Antonio branch. The communication within Lennar was clearly poor and made the experience excruciating.

We were highly impressed with the quality of building materials in our new home and with the beautiful landscape plantings.

Horrible experience. Would never consider buying a Lennar home again

Everything from purchasing the house and moving in has been great. I am very frustrated over the planning and execution of getting a driveway landscape irrigation and sod. It is very frustrating watching people that moved in a month after us get all of that stuff done while we are still sitting with a dirt yard. It has been planned twice and it has been moved twice and we were told that it was going to happen minus any inclement weather, but 85 and sunny does not seem like inclement weather to me.

The landscaping was started later even after the weather was clear and sunny Landscaping put less flowers into our yard than the house across my house 2311 southwind. The only plausible justification is to appease new homeowners and not listen to the current homeowners. Lastly, I have been told “you don’t know if the lawn is getting water by seeing it dry since it was installed”. Landscapping missed putting the additional Sprinklers and you can see with your naked eyes that entire patch of lawn is dry Please put more consistent flowers like the house across 2311 southwind and put an additional sprinkler ... I really like how Lennar works with home buyers. Lennar provides the full service, one stop shop when it comes to the purchase of a new home. All services work together to ensure a great home buying experience. I would highly recommend Lennar over other home builders in the area.

The experience up to the point of sale was good. Build quality was average at best and poor in several areas - electrical sockets were not flush to the wall with a visible gap, corners overlapped and no effort to fix, broken counter top slab was still used and too late to fix, AC filter was shoved incorrectly causing issues. Customer service post sale was poor to average - you can raise tickets but no way to follow up or even know what ticket was submitted(if you raised many), they ask to sign off with just a request number with no clue on what it refers too, no ETA on fixes, no way to track requests. No way to upload pictures with issues and report on after fixes. ... More

The specialist I was assigned with this property is very poor with his follow up process. I would reach out multiple times and needed to involve my realtor to get a response. I am also disappointed is some of the workmanship of the property: every door has paint missing on the edge due to only a thin layer being sprayed, patio boards are uneven and appears hastily assembled, and there is a 1/16th inch cut tile in above my stove due to not measuring the tile correctly which gives a cheap appearance. For the amount paid I was hoping for better finishing work with the property.

Somewhat lower quality and missing features compared to the one year old home we just sold. Sales person Navida was wonderful and very helpful. Negatives that stick out are the cheaper doors and windows, interior paint on carpet, doors, and light switches. Also, dead sod in the backyard. In addition, the delayed opening of the clubhouse and reclaimed water for irrigation are irritating. These are issues that will be addressed when we return in the fall. We love the look of our home location and of the community.

The salesmen were very helpful and walked us through everything we needed to know. When it came time for the walkthrough there were a few things that were promised to be fixed that never got done before we moved in. We have brought it up through email text and call for the past 2 months and still have had no one come by to fix the simple things they missed.

Lennar staff is very attentive to my needs and concerns. Professional and outspoken in excellence.

Make a good inspection when buying

It would have been nice had someone told us before we bought here that 85% of the development were investors. Would have looked somewhere else for sure.
