I love my new home! I had a really good experience with my salesman Lee and with John who I did the walk through with. All went smoothly.

House is a good value for the money, but the issue is that nothing in the house was functional of done correct. Light fixtures don't work, I have to hire an electrician to correct them. No crown molding, all exterior light fixtures are loose. Nothing was ready on time. Water main broke on the side of my house and toilets overflowed all over my floors. I am very disappointed. House looks good on outside but beware of how things are put together on the inside. Shoddy craftmanship.

On-site construction team leader Allen Bailey and on-site customer care support Andres Pelaez are fantastic. They simply handled issues with professionalism and respect. We truly appreciate their dedication and they made our experience with Lennar pleasant.

Closing was delayed many times. Last time delay was the day before closing and being out of state we had no place to go. It seems once you had the money, we had wired full payment 2 weeks before closing, that's all you care about. Lennar Wanted documents signed when items were not complete, just trust them. Closed in February still have a check list of items not completed. Amenities still not complete but HOA fees are still collected.

Everyone at Lennar was wonderful from the first person I spoke with until I closed on my home! I highly recommend Lennar for their wonderful customer service and great floor plans!

Lennar was great to work with while buying our home. They did everything to help us get into our home smoothly. With any issues they had quick response to fix the problem.

After a delay of about four months we got close to closing and there was another 10 day delay. but we were still haunted about monies and paperwork for closing. Then when closing was actually imminent we had our walk through, After much follow up and nagging the punch list was promised to be completed before the closing. It wasn't and we had to resort to other means to make the unit move in ready. After all that we still didn't have hot water for 2 weeks. Lennar is still out of control

The buying experience with Lennar is as one might expect, A large company getting through a lot of detail in a streamlined manner. Some things fall through the cracks and they do a pretty good job of fixing those things. From a buyer’s perspective it seems like having the ability to make changes in the home at an early stage makes the purchase more attractive. Being unable to decide what the end result will be makes the home a cookie cutter product. When you are putting up your life savings it’s hard to understand that a company doesn’t understand that 8 or 10 different homes isn’t enough of a choice in possibilities to make thousands of different personalities happy with their finished product. People have different day to day lives. They want a home that works for them. ... More

Overall pretty good experience. Fairly responsive to small issues. The only negative is that it was super late after the sale process that I was advised that the extended lanai was no longer offered. Was a big selling point for us.

We love our new home

Stucco not applied correctly. They were in a hurry and it is now peeling off the house. Front yard graded in the freeze. Is now lumpy and undermined with roof runoff and needs to be completely redone.

Sales staff and mortgage staff were amazing. Great experience.

The staff was courteous and friendly. I feel I got a good home for the price.

We had the worst experience with the warranty person!

Looking to maximize profit for stockholders, Lennar overlooked the homebuyer by selecting mostly average quality (at best) features throughout, i.e., kitchen and bath cabinets, baseboards, door moldings, closet shelving, etc. Top that by not painting the garage or by selling upgraded "luxury" kitchens which don't even have a refrigerator and you have Lennar at its best. Heavy use of sheetrock mud, paint and caulking attempts to hide many of the workmanship flaws. It cannot be overstated, inspect EVERYTHING for operation and flaws prior to the developer's walkthrough and give them the list. Once closed, it's more difficult to get things done and they have other priorities. After two months, I still have "blue tape" places where work needs to be done and Lennar's representatives said the items would be addressed. ... More

Neither the concrete subcontractor or the irrigation subcontractor showed up at the time I was told they would be here. I have not heard from either of them. The floor in the garage looks like a spiderweb. I am concerned The cracks will continue into the house and ruin the tile .I do not understand the lack of response from your subcontractors. On my final walk-through I mentioned to your representative I thought someone should have been in the house much earlier to take care of things that were still being done on the day of the walk-through. His response was “ I got here after the build was complete so it is not my house.” Not a good response. ... More

If I could turn back the hands of times I would have never bought a home with this builder. My salesman David was to sum it up the worst if you get him run immediately. Tiffany my loan officer tried to get me to close on a house I wouldn't be able to take possession of just so they wouldn't have to redo paperwork. It's been a month my front lawn has fallen into the street my cabinet fronts are falling off, I have standing water in yard and they never relaid the sod so now its mud and weeds and they stripped it from the edges so the grass doesn't even meet the sidewalk. Our new Lennar home experience was excellent. We are happy to have found a great community to retire in Delaware.

This was an purchased as an investment property as good thing this was not our main residence. We had our walk thru with the main project manager and gave him a punch list of items that needed attention and or repaired. None of it got done (even after we closed) and they had us submit any issues once they got their money to a website to submit any further claims or issues. After a week of calling they came out and fixed some of the issues and we still have several items were still waiting on hat need attention. This has been ongoing on for over a month now. Very poor customer service and the quality for what you pay for is very subpar. I would avoid this homebuilder if you can (especially if this is your main residence) ... More
