I opened a Lennar warranty request on Jan 25th 2023 shortly after moving in. The reqest Case#05105695. Lennar warranty Customer Care Rep Jacob has been promising the repair work for months now and noboby ever shows up. The backyard and side yard floods and has standing water for days after it rains. Turning the yard into a mudd pit. When I refused to sign a work order complete document they just closed the work case.

Kristen was extremely helpful and informative throughout the home buying process. She did everything she could in which her job role allowed. It was a pleasure working with her. On the other hand, Lennar (Corporate) was not considerate at all in accommodating to a closing date that worked best for me, unless additional money was added to the transaction. There are still some items inside and outside the house that were noted and marked before and during the walk through as items to be fixed that were ignored and have not been fixed as of 4/2/23. I am also still waiting for the land developer to find a solution to the water that puddles during rainfall at the border of the rear fence line and side yard as there is no system in place for the water to drain. ... All of these people above are a huge reason why we bought and the responsiveness to any detail we may have is addressed quickly and proficiently

Overall, good experience with sales and customer care team. Not sure I would ever use the loan servicer directly through Lennar again as they were not great but everything else went smooth and we love our new home.

Lissette and James were very helpful with the final walkthrough. Very knowledgeable and will always rely on them when we have any questions

Great experience from start to closing!

Craftsmanship was not of the same quality of the first Lennar home we purchases. The process felt rushed with our walk through taking place before house was finished. There were numerous finishing issues including places where spackling needs to be redone and painting was not complete.

This is the second Lennar home I’ve bought within four years. From my experience, Lennar has greatly improved their services. I do like the educational videos, and their process for warranty requests have greatly been improved. I do like my home, but workmanship still has a lot to be desired. For example, my pavers at one spot keep collapsing, and I have noticed that there isn’t as much as a speck of the white polymer sand applied on the surface to fill in the spaces. As a result, the spaces are enlarging. I have had a couple tickets called in for repairs in certain spots, which were done, but the issue keeps resurfacing. I am confident that Lennar will have a permanent solution for the pavers. After all, curb appeal is an introduction to one’s home. They are the best builder to work with. Specially the building manager Billie was very helpful and took care of everything what has to be done. Thank you!

Construction manager Patrick Diiorio has been rude, disrespectful and unresponsive when asked about status or had any concerns. He would respond only at his will and did not bother to even respond at times. He has to learn how to speak with customers, nobody is doing anybody any favors. A lot of the things could’ve been easily resolved with better communication

Everything was good with the building experience, the communication, time lines. but there are a lot of Quality issues, workmanship and materials used. Simple things like Sodding, Attic Access, Fence, Plumbing, Tiles, Flooring ... every where the quality speaks ... Never i will again buy a Lennar Home

Since we close the house we have lot of issues especially dishwasher not working at all Lennar suppose to solve this push to Ge the front and back they never finish brick work in side lot of places paint on floor final finishing is very bad we spend lot of money now we have to do it our self every time you call they said this is not us we dont cover lots small things never finish again workmanship is very bad

It was and has been dissapointing

I bought my home at Ave Maria and paid a large premium so we could move in September 1st. We signed papers on January 31st and moved in February 1st

Very good experience but would recommend you have a professional home inspector do an inspection of your home before you accept the keys

Process was full of delays, lack of communication, follow through and poor craftsmanship When the home was turned over.

We were so excited to close on our new home! Until we walked in the door. The house wasn’t cleaned, drywall dust everywhere. The stove was sitting in the middle of the kitchen, the dishwasher or the disposal were not plugged in. So you know they weren’t tested to see if they worked. There was a huge dent in the top of the dryer that we saw a week before, but wasn’t replaced. There was 2 pages with pictures of problems we notice on the first walkthrough that still weren’t addressed on our closing day. We did not want to close because of the issues, but were told if we didn’t, who knew how long it would take before we could close. Now don’t get me wrong, they did fix all the issues in a timely manner, but the excitement was deflated. After all the problems were fixed, we really love our house now. Very poor workmanship. Things are broken, and the builder is reluctant to fix them

Less than pleased with Lennar completing items. Punch list was not completed until 2 months after move in. Carpet in main bedroom was stained and is still not replaced. Garage floor was not cured properly and still sticky. Still waiting word on when they will redo. I put requests in but still have not heard anything.

This house was definitely built for renter. Everything is cheaply made. Toilets started leaking, fridge has broken parts, front door is missing weather strips. The buying process was terrible. Lender and seller were not in tune with the community they were representing. The only reason I stayed in through the process was becuase they made eme put down 10% and would not return my money if I walked away. Never again with lennar

I’ve had a few issues with the home, but that’s to be expected with a new house. It’s the response that bothers me. Most of the plastic was left inside of the tub of my guest bathroom-it looks dirty and gross… I asked for assistance on how to remove it-no answer. One of the trees installed on the front lawn is falling over and dying… I asked for help- no response. I had other issues, but they were resolved quickly….I am grateful for that, but not getting help for these other two issues leaves me disappointed.

The loan process was one of the longest I’ve ever done and this is my third home purchase. Even on the day we were supposed to close thing weren’t done and we had to call to find out we weren’t closing that day. My family moved out of our apartment and had to stay in hotels for a week waiting for everything to get sorted. Once we moved in we found issue that had been identified durning the walk through that were never addressed. We have had issue with our dryer and other products and the local rep is hard to get ahold of and the customer service reps don’t reply for day some times. Honestly not what I was expecting from this builder or a brand new home. ... More
