The location is good and builder delivered the unit as promised date. I also mortgage through Lennar and that process went smooth Didn't notice any changes in structure or design than advertised while taking possession. However my unit price was advertised higher than other unit near by or in the community. I wanted to go for a end unit and I was told that that unit is 16K higher price. Hence we decided to go for a middle unit. The day I booked my unit, very next day that end unit price was reduced by another 25K which is much less than the middle unit. I even raised this during closing and ...

1) We don't like kitchen cabinets without handles; 2) There is no gutter to receive rainwater from the roof, causing erosion in the garden of the house; 3) Some of the drawers in the kitchen cabinets are stucks. WE HOPE YOU SOLVE THESE PROBLEMS SOON!

We closed on our Lennar house on July 10, 2025. Our Lennar sales guy was great! We feel like we got a good house with a great view for a great price!…..however, after closing, we noticed many shortcomings in the quality of our home. All the walls were painted with a cheap commercial grade paint, so plan on painting ALL your walls. Lennar doesn’t furnish toilet paper holders, towel bars etc! They also don’t install gutters along the back or sides of your house, only the front! Within 6 weeks of closing, we’ve already have a roof leak. At least Lennar is sending a roofer right away, but ...

Good but NOT Great

The sales process was friendly and smooth, but the closer I got to closing I ran into issues with the dishonesty and unreliability of the quality assurance manager. Thus, issues with the workmanship of the house that needed to be completed prior to closing, didn't occur until afterwards and I then had to take extra measures and time to get them addressed. Now that I've officially moved in, I've run into a few quality of workmanship issues (HVAC, cheap paint, faulty electrical installation), but they've been pretty quick to address the issues through the warranty portal. Overall, I'm happy ...

I did a remote closing and it went smoothly. However, some of the items that were supposed to be taken care of before the closing: General cleaning, Fire alarm chirping, cabinet hardware falling off, Tile floor stains and missing garage door openers were not addressed. I closed on 5/228 and started moving in a month later. As of this writing the fire alarm is the only item addresed

The overall experience with Lennar was good, especially from the beginning with sales. The sales team was great, straightforward and professional. The Lennar mortgage team was also great to work with but I will say they treated someone else I know who purchased a first home in the beginner series with less concern and value thank they did us with a higher priced home. They should be no less important. As far as the home itself goes, I believe it might be lacking in quality materials and workmanship. Corners seem to have been cut to save money. We have only been in our house a month and a ...

We love our home. The process was great with Lennar helping us through the process. Sometimes to many times redoing paperwork. Needs more windows in some areas but it's what it is. Wiring for garage door is to thin. I still don't get why they would not have a garage door opener included. We spend enough it should be. This area needs a whole house serge pertector we were told it had one. It doesn't. Laminate on floor is to thin. My dogs hate the grass. They do not like walking on it. It's like something hurts them. Ground needed to be compacted more where our grass is.sprinklers we should ...

I like my home but it has been a headache since first doing our walk through. I can’t believe that Lennar is okay with the condition of their homes when it is time to close. The house was dirty. Walls, floors, cabinets, windows all dirty. It has been 60 days and we still do not have grass. I want to plant flowers but unable to. I would not suggest Lennar home to others. My first new built home was Cambridge. They were so much better

We love our new home & neighborhood. However, Lennar really went the cheap route during the building process yet still charged us top dollar. Horrible flat white paint throughout the home, grade 1 air filters in the vents, bottom of the line appliances, messy touch up’s after walk through resulting in paint splatter all over new carpet and flooring…I could go on. The buying process was also overwhelming with repeat documentation required with short notice.

Mixed emotions about this product. Great floorplan, great purchase price, but the quality of workmanship and the quality of materials (e.g. cabinets) was disappointing. Some would would say "you get what you pay for'. The bundled golf package was a plus. Lennar Title and Lennar Mortgage experience was great. The sales experience wiht Adriana in the sales office was great too. Some stress with trying to move in because of a defective smoke alarm that chirped so much that we wouldn't be able to sleep causing a delayed move-in. Working with support to resolve.

Lots of systems not functioning after move in: irrigation system dead, dead grass, electrical braker issue with appliance, paint peeling on front and back doors, no caulking around sinks, bathroom shower tile grout not sealed, drywall concerns.

Since Lennar is a production builder and gets their building materials all put together most of the walls are not plum. Craftsmanship of the trim pieces (mop board, quarter round, and door trims) are below average because they use a lot of silicon to hide the imperfections. A positive note is that the term "Everything included" is nice and is something that other builders don't include.

The purchase process was more difficult than expected. Had to make numerous requests because the electronic system was challenging. Identified numerous blue and green tape items and some were missed or not repaired. QA/QC Program is in need of revamping or people really need to administer it. Upon closing keys did not open my doors. Dishwasher was not installed correctly. They are working to address these things now.

We love the layout of the house and the location as we are close to family now. It is a 55+ community however the amenities have not been built yet. Lots of lighting. Bright. No security system or irrigation system. Interior finish was average. The employees were very helpful.

All the way through the building process everyone was great but after closing I began to realize that the materials used were at the lower end of what is excepted by building code. I am constantly having issues with my breakers and live alone and don't cook much. The response time is great to make arrangements to fix it, but the wait time is days, so I am unable to use my stove or microwave. This breaker refuses to stay on where others work when they want to. If I had children in the house I would be screaming by now. The joists upstairs squeak so now I have to move furniture myself prior ...

Lennar provided a large home for a reasonable price. build quality and materials were good. Repair and warranty process moving forward reasonably well. Overall pleased with the experience and closing on time, actually a week early. Believe we have excellent value for our purchase price even though our buy was near peak of market. Lennar construction rep, Dalton, was great in showing us use of home and maintenance rewuirements at closing. Only down side has been A) a few quality/workmanship issues which they have begun fixing buy ideally should have been corrected before closing, and B) many of the amenities that were supposed to be open prior to Christmas are still a couple months away.
