Overall assessment of our experience is just Fair. Below is the explanation. Delivered product supposed to be an exact replica of what's in the Model Home. Disappointingly what you see is Not really what you get. Builder must own the right to modify, because they do. Several delivered features do not replicate those in the Model as they were supposed to (per SC). Master shower layout, flooring, cabinetry, and others to name a few. Communication with builder/construction superintendent literally Non-existent. 'Take what you get' approach. Oh.... and better be grateful. Also noticed some subs trying to cut corners. Responsiveness to issues were dealt with quickly thanks to rob

After the deposit was given, There were no changes/addition's allowed to the house.

I had amazing response times from sales and finance team. They made it possible for us to acquire our home. Response to fixing our issues has been quick. I have been disappointed in the quality of some small items such as heater grates and landscaping details that don't reflect our almost $900k investment. A lot of the work has been sloppy with need for repair/replacement. I will say Lennar has been super responsive in having contractors repair. I will share more in the future if our needs are not met, but so far, so good in terms of post closing issues. Hats off to Brad who quickly addresses issues. Mix feelings about the house

The Construction Team was exceptional. They provided frequent updates and pictures. During celebration walkthrough issues were identified but resolved in a timely manner. Both Sam and Flavio were great and responsive during the construction process. Wanda was a God send- Literally :-) and a pleasure to work with. There were some issues with the financing team during the process. We loss Shelby as our representative and received someone that had not reviewed the files so the process got a little cloudy, Diane saved the day for the finance team. We have identified some issues during the 30-day warranty period, but Rob is on top of the issues, and I expect to see the issues resolved soon. ... More

Me and my wife were very excited to buy this house until the day of closing, there were a lot of issues that weren’t done and they are taking a long time to resolve issues. I have been in this house for a month and a half and still having things that need to be corrected.

The house overall seems to be well built. However,the response to punch list items is almost non-existent.We have been here seven weeks and still no working dishwasher.Also,some closet doors not installed,missing lights in lanai,stucco damage in summer kitchen,cleaning issues in summer kitchen and another half dozen lesser items on the punch list.

The quality of the work is just OK, there were many small issues like uneven subfloor and scratched windows when the house is ready, most of them are sort of fixed, however, you can't expect too much from them: for example, there are still uneven subfloors after the fix, and the color of the tile in the bathroom still look different after been repainted twice by their workers. After all, Lennar only deserves 3.5 stars, but since I can only choose between 3 and 4, I would add 0.5 star for the customer service representatives that worked with me and make the final rating 4 stars.

It’s been 2 months and still haven’t had our 30 day..

The lines between ceiling and wall were poorly taped, so much of the house has a bead of gray paint on the ceiling along the edges. The walls were clearly beaten up and patch jobs were attempted along with poor paint cover. Essentially, for a brand new house, it looks like we need to repaint the entire thing on the interior. This is the largest and most obvious issue.

Went fine till the end. Quality of finishes was below expectation. Sloppy work by finishers-grout on baseboards, poor seams on door casings, touch up paint in wrong sheen. Just sloppy. Lennar staff was great. Just poor oversight of subs.

Decent price for the location, very good price for size of house and lot given the current house situation. Materials used is a joke; from the pre-installed kitchen appliances (the stove vent doesn't even vent anywhere HAHA!), to the paint, the floor to the roof. It is all of the least expensive material. I can appreciate cutting costs for the homeowner however to what end? The homeowner will more than likely have to replace most of the cheap material very soon anyway. Oh and their warranty program is a joke. I still have paint all over my floor, someone came by attempted to clean a small portion of it with paint thinner then said just keep washing with soap and water, that'll do it. Riiiiiggghhht.. ... LENNAR is very responsive during whole process

I love my home, and I have learned a valuable lesson. Lennar does not follow through on the process

We were really involved with the building of our house from Day 1. We checked the construction progress everyday. We took a lot of pictures every step of the way and let the Building Manager know when we had issues. You're the buyer, take control!

Customer service post purchase is worst

Experience was okay. When I moved into the home I started noticing the workmanship of the home. I just felt like they rushed to finish the house

Microwave plate broke, No body came to see, outside door not sliding

We have really struggled with the responsiveness of Lennar to repair items. The virtual assistant is a nice concept, but many of the repairs even six weeks later still have not been complete. This has dulled our overall desire to represent the company in a superior light. There are individual workers who are committed to their job, but many of the subcontractors are often late or they do not show for schedule appointments.

Overall the home buying process was fairly straight forward, however when I finally closed and moved into the house, the home was unfinished, there were chunks missing and scratched in my cabinets which should have been fixed when they were first installed since they were that obviously damaged, my attic access was the wrong size and was makeshift put together, the workers left a huge mess in my back yard and front yard of trash, pipe endcuts, and also the A/C wasn’t even hooked up so for the first week there was no A/C or heat. I would’ve been ok waiting and extra couple weeks to move in to have these issues fixed, but they said the home was finished and move one ready. ... More

Document after Document requested,sometimes for the same Document. Right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. Now the house: Lennar took short cuts or cost saving measures. After moving in found no water spigot for the back yard, no towel racks in the bathroom, no medicine cabinet in the bathroom, poor workmanship in gluing floor, no insulation in the garage. Inspect the house very carefully before you buy.

I have had a few issues and the response has not been great.

Mostly all good, just still need two areas of stucco replacement completed.
