Lennar needs to work on their problem solving skills and communication skills. Customer service needs to work more harder!

Still don’t have an security operating security system that was part of purchase price.No one seems to know how to fix it. Also do not have any screens for windows.

Finance and sales team were awesome. Lots of small blemishes that need to be fixed, scratched front door, over painting, missing CAT5 jacks, chipped tile on pool, terrible seams/drywall finishing. That being said, the team that fixes those issues are easy to connect with.

I pretty much knew what I was getting from a track home before purchasing it. The one thing that I thing was exceptional was the sales representative Melissa She was fantastic she send me pictures throughout the process of the build. Kept me up to date on where the construction was and was overall a huge help. She is a very sweet person. My family just loves her.

Attention to some of the detail work is not as good as it could be.

Promises made on closing day we’re not kept

After moving in found several issues with house, i.e. floors squeak, doors don’t stay closed, the cleaning crew is horrible

The house designs and final build are attractive but you start noticing where corners were cut and how cheap some materials are. Buying in 2021 was uncertain and the lack of communication from the selling agent made the whole process feel like a gamble. I feel that under different circumstances (not COVID, not 2021 buying spree, not material shortages) Lennar is a good company and the people are for sure really nice but the final product was “okay” when you start noticing the details. Compared to dealing with 15 person auctions for most homes, this buying experience was great and the homes do look great, I guess I’ll find out how durable this all is in the coming years. ... More

I like the location and the design of the house. I do think for the price they could have put in better appliances or given me, the home buyer, a chance to upgrade. The young lady who sold the house to us has been very easy to work with and offered other information to make our move easier.

The Vista Wild Blue community is fantastic. The home structures are very well built. The shortfall is with the "Everything Is Included" promotion--another way to say that is "you have no choices." The appliances and fixtures were functional but cheap and low grade. We have been here four months and already have replaced the washer/dryer, garbage disposal, all light fixtures, most cabinet hardware and all of the window shades that came with the house. We would have upgraded if we could have but no options were offered.

Most people we dealt with were easy to talk to, but that’s what they are supposed to be doing. When it came to a yard issue or something inside our home that’s where we had a few issues. I have 3 stars because when it comes to correcting an issue in a person’s new house you have to be patient no MATTER HOW MANY CUSTOMERS you have! That did not occur on a few occasions

The quality of workmanship by the subcontractors is subpar.

Overall build quality and buying experience is good but not good with responding to issues

Overall, satisfied as can be with the new home. I feel we were fortunate as to only have one major issue. However, talking with neighbors, there were too many stories being shared about their problems with their new home.

the craftmanship was not up to the standard due to multiple defects through out the house. Bad with painting job and missteps with installing of equipment/bathroom/windows. They are not paying attention to the detail

Overall a pretty good experience

Unable to reach anyone in construction on a Saturday despite the fact that our house under construction was flooding from a broken pipe.

We love the neighborhood.

Alot of attention to detail issues, wood trim gaps, rough drywall spots, uneven trim, tile work is very bad, uneven floors, uneven paint and colors, gaps in drywall, crown moulding on cabinets were way off, small damage to several cabinet pieces. Besides that the overall experience was ok. We had an issue with the plot size that wasn't disclosed to us and after signing the contract we brought up the issue and the sales person said "I didnt know" which to me is not an excuse as they gave me an answer to the question before like that had known. Regardless we ended up losing over 6500sqft of backyard. Lennar wouldn't do anything about it. Just be sure the sales rep you're speaking to can give you plot size and items in your home in writing. The price of the home was competitive to the surrounding area and home was finished in the general timeframes given to us. Good first home. Materials and workmanship isn’t the best but they are responsive to warranty issues, at least my rep is “terry”. Lennar sell a lot of homes so the cool “first home buyers” feel isn’t really there. They’re detached and focused on selling not really how i hoped . But terry helps. So does standing up for yourself when lennar people think they know what’s better for you. They work for you. Treat them that way, because you won’t really get a lot of personality from them. Overall good experience.

Overall, a good experience working with Lennar.

The sales person was available for questions and thru the process responsive. The project Mgr /construction Mgr. was very helpful and informative. And did the best job of keeping us informed The customer care rep does the best he can to resolve issues timely. The initial mortgage person was responsive and followed up , the person who was handling the final push was not very good, she continued to ask for info provided and right up to two days before closing

Experience with builder was good. On site management falls short of understanding customer service or satisfaction

Anything I asked for was always a road block

Was the first home so basically the trial house. Lots of things missed or just overlooked. No QC was done before final walk through. Currently dealing with mold in attic and high humidity in home. Will update depending on how Lennar handles these.
