I’ll write review when all issues have been fixed

Really just to much to type. We had several changes in contructuon managers. Major communication issues and many things overlooked due to changes. Several push backs with closing dates. Very stressful process with many false promises

Where Lennar fails is communication. From the day I put my deposit down till I closed (which was about 10 months) I only heard from Lennar when they needed my money. As far as communication with me during the building process there was none..none at all. If I wanted any information I had to call. As far as after I moved in communication did not improve. I would E-mail for information and not hear anything thing back when I turned annoying I was then informed that yes, I received your E-mail but I'm waiting on information. So, no communication at all.

A mixed review -- I'll break it apart to the home buying experience and the post-move in periods. The home buying experience was relatively easy and Lennar's financial team did a fantastic job helping me as the customer understand what's included, what's not, and facilitating all the paper work. The inspections were all ok, we had a 3rd party home inspector check it out and everything seemed ok, no big hang ups. The post-move in period is a different story. After we moved in, we've had a series of problems that are all a part of the warranty, but it's been non-stop and a real pain to have contractors coming in and out of the house. To provide a few examples, the dishwasher wasn't operating, the furnace and hvac had all sorts of problems that led to water damage in the ceiling and the inconvenience of not having AC during summer heatwaves. I had two significant plumbing leaks after moving in. Customer service was very responsive but it was especially inconvenient to have contractors in and out of home for over three weeks for repairs. That was in addition to basic paint/cabinet repairs to address poor workmanship. I was expecting better quality for the price.

Tasks aren’t being completed to the satisfaction of the homeowner. Work is shoddy at best. Unprofessional builder.

I was promised a lot of things I never got, paint color, flooring, special water heater... even though it was on my contract, they just reduced the price of the home to settle me down.

The house was to be completed around the estimated date of Feb 23rd. The sales office representative told us that Lennar we would receive $200 a day for the amount of days that went over a certain date until official closing. The amount of days were 5 total and we should here received $1,000. That commitment was not honored. We sent the information as requested and we received nothing.

I had a great home buying experience. Everyone from office sales people, construction managers, Lennar reps, etc. have been extremely helpful, informative, and very courteous. I would recommend to everyone to buy a Lennar Home

Javier from Lennar Loan processing has created a very stressful and not pleasant at all. The loan processing and interest rates were delayed and once we were pushed to the corner , they didnt leave us any option but to take the loan. He misguided us when we had an option to go with the private lender.

A lot of issues with doors, dead grasses, and sale lady never answer or reply email.

Initial times Lennar Sales person and Lennar Mortgage were very polite and professional. But later both of them were pressurizing to close the Home buying even though many of the activities are pending and some of the closure credit was changed at the last minute.

We are so pleased with our purchase. We couldn't have built a better neighborhood ourselves. Everything from the interior touches to the community amenities is five star! We're absolutely in love... with our home!!

My experience has been difficult especially with Lennar Mortgage and Allen at sales office has been amazing and is trying but could have done better. They don't realize we are deaf and required accessibility at home but not willing to work with us to ensure our home equip with, so we have to pay extra which is not fair as hearing customers have those all set included while we deaf have to buy equipment to go with. That's really annoying. Builder and office need to be sure they're sync as their floorplan are different than office shows so it's a problem when i noticed errors when they built my house. Offices need to ahead with TV/Internet services once they open new homes here, so they have time to survey and set up ready for us move in especially I'm working at home remotely so that caused me a week missed job due to no internet services. That's really stress me the whole week searching services but had to go with one for now till Frontier to get availability hopefully July 1st and hopefully to buy out the termination fee from current to frontier as my job requires 1 gig whereas my current is only 250 mbps so not great one. It's frustrated. I feel that they owe me for that termination fee as soon as frontier completed and availability in July or so. They said pls complete QR and asked me to call with virtual video. I was like duh I'm deaf so i cannot use virtual while I'm using my relay service as interpreter to call. I called and said I'm deaf so no way I can use that kind of technology. They need to do better when it comes down to deaf customers!! I've been with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for 20 years and 38 years in mortgage industry. I've work with several builders similar as this Lennar. Honestly, they are way much better than this one. I however do love my house than my old house. Through they could do better. I'll be working on ring system that was given to me a box to set up. I was like oh boy we are deaf and not sure if it's requiring for us to hear which is a joke and insult us as customer. Was told upgrades were included with no upgrades available. Mortgage was difficult to reach and misrepresented the taxes and didn't explain very well. I received 7 or 8 estimated closing documents and not one was correct! Would not recommend

Happy with my home , great after service from Lennar after we move in our home.

Not a great experience. House was dirty when we went to move in, lots of unfixed items and very disappointed. Felt like it was a last minute rushjob and they were just trying to get out of the neighborhood. Not sure I’m able to recommend Lennar.

So far we are enjoying living in our new home. There have been a couple of minor problems, but we input a work request to resolve the problems, were contacted for a video meeting of the problems and they were taken care of in a couple of days. Neither of the issues reported were super urgent.

We were the first to close in this new Heber development and couldn't be happier. Brett and Eddie running the site did an amazing job. The quality for the price is unmatched in this part of Utah. They have excellent subcontractors. They finished the build on time during one of the worst winters in decades. Would buy another home with Lennar in Utah. Thank you, Lennar!

Process was not what I expected. Got a lot of push back from agents. It’s been 45 days and I still have not gotten the grass installed.

Lennar has a solid but average process and quality. I have purchased a few homes in the last few years and they don't do anything to set themselves apart and have some questionable procedures that really need to be updated.

The entire process of selecting, designing, and having out new home built was surprisingly easy. This was our first home, and the homebuying process was very smooth.

We purchased our current home from California. It was a fairly smooth process and going through the financial was great. We had a great sales person. However, the quality of home was not what we expected. I would say for the most part, the tile setters were the worst. I have never seen tile layed so poorly with very uneven lines in the grout.The grout was messed up; different colors everywhere. Kind of embarrassing when I have somebody come to my house. I felt like I was looking at floors that were installed by people that had done it for the first time. Everything was very dirty especially the floor. The windows were very dirty and smudged and the backyard was not cleaned up at all. ... More
