The location was key. I like the look of the townhouses but the roads and parking in the complex was not repaved, the gates and fences were not finished and many of the wires around the complex were not buried. Lots of outdoor things not completed when it was stated they would be done upon building of the houses.

There are lot of issues with padding and even bricks those are outside are not aligned correctly, people who are building has to be careful when they do that and also same as floor padding issues, working with Mario if he can help us Haven’t reached anything about bricks in alignment issue yet

It's frustrating that the subs try to shortcut things and it reflects on Lennar; do it right the first time!

Be sure to have all concerns documented and taken care of before moving in.

The buying of the house was quick and easy. Now if only the warranty work was as simple. Been waiting since we moved in in May 2021 to have the grading of the lot looked at since I have flooding issues from the neighbors sprinklers.

The experience getting into the home wasn't so bad but when we got in there issues started happening like paint peeling stucco peeling and a dip in the floor only after a month put in ticket requests 3 times sent pics and haven't heard back about anything somebody reached out to offer some discounts and a screen door but the issues never got fix so my rating started out a 9 when we moved in but has gone down because nobody has gotten back to me about repairs.

Horrible service for landscaping, but other than that great experience. When you install completely dead grass after 6 weeks waiting for it, that sucks because the homeowners can’t get it to grow at all!! The worst with the added features!!

The sale person Linda was out standing and the details during the building process. Ober all home was good. The attention to details need improvement our list of issues are around 10 items 3 months in.

Enjoying the new home overall. Sales Represntatives was accessible for questions. We did have have to battle Lennar to provide items/ detail work that were in the purchase agreement. Be prepared for “that’s within tolerance” when doing your walkthrough when there is clearly an issue.

I'm a little biased against Lennar, who has always been a very good home builder, because my HVAC within the home is inadequate. After the "missing insulation" was installed, the excessive heat was better but the unit(s) still do not meet demand. All ASHRAE standards and calculations clearly indicate that the tonnage is well below what is needed for this (size) home. Lennar staff blamed the County and others for their equipment selections/design. I've filed the initial claim and will continue to monitor and document. Very disappointed.

Opt for the upgraded interior paint if its offered as a roll on style paint the spray paint job is horrible and there's overspray everywhere. Look at the baseboards, window sills and door trim on your walk thru - the cleaning crew misses them every time in every room; they're covered in plaster dust... Make sure your laminate floor is quiet, no crackling or popping. Walk every room for squeaking floors and stairs - get commitment for repairs. All of your "quality concerns" are going to be handled after the fact by customer service...make sure you have their number and email addresses before they leave your walk thru - other wise it may be a few weeks before you hear from someone again. ... We moved in winter 2021- our grass is terrible and Lennar does not warranty the lawn. My dishwasher didn't work. I have already had service on my dishwasher and stove and have only been in the house 3 months. They put cheap light fixtures in. We have replaced all the fixtures in the house (or should I say the boob lights). You can see sheet rock lines on the ceilings. The back siding was not finished - but Lennar did come back out to fix. I personally don't think I would by a lennar home in the future.

Love my floor plan and the space. Quality was an issue due to the amount of houses being built at the same time. More attention could have been paid to details. Paint Job and quality of paint I would rate a 2

We moved in on January 23,2021 and on the 24th we had a major flood in the main bathroom. The water when under the sink and out into the hallway and hallway closet and underneath the wall into the living room. We immediately notified Robin, she came out and looked at the damage and said she would replace everything that was water damaged. That was January 25, 2021. As of today May 25, 2021 nothing and I mean nothing has been done. The baseboards moved away from the wall and I am worried about mold in the walls. I would like to have this fixed ASAP..

My advice to new home owners is to read the fine lines of the contract as well as have it independently evaluated. Home was contracted to be delivered in December and did not receive until January therefore delayed in homestead and could not qualify for homestead until 2022. Also had to have pods for furniture storage that cost additional storing expenses as well as labor expenses. Being a first time home owner from out of state found that lot of things were not done properly. Floors were of poor quality. Never have a vinyl floor installed as it is extremely difficult to clean and never given an option to chose the floor; No towel rack in master shower room or medicine cabinets in any bathroom or safety grab bar either. shower pan in master bedroom does not drain properly as it has to be squeegeed as pool of water retains, lawns are not properly sod as there is a lot of uneven ground; even the valves do not drain properly and had to be fixed. My suggestion is to have a good experienced quality check done by the builder and not get brushed off by their coordinators for the area as they don't like to do and that makes home owners not happy. Overall the market is over priced for what you get. The quality of the home is cheaper with no real customizable options. Staff is nice but quality of home feels cheap.

The fridge in our house won’t open far enough to pull the ice tray out. It’s the fridge we bought from Lennar

We love our home, but Lennar could improve on resolving issues in a timely manner.

I am VERY disappointed in the time it takes to get warranty claims taken care of, some we have been waiting weeks for. That is not much of customer service!

The buying process was very easy. Everyone very friendly. The seller was awesome! The only down fall is make sure you get everything in writing. When i say that i mean any extra things they say they will do, such as, cutting existing trees, cleaning the sidewalk or driveway of paint splatter or pieces of cement left. When my grass was laid my fence was damaged and never replaced.

We love the house but not used to doing all paperwork on the computer

This is my second Lennar home, first home in Texas. I was expecting more, my buying experience was better in CA.

The whole process went smoothly and I was always updated on the progress.

They don’t give enough options

The quality of the final product is above average. Multiple issues are showing up due to the poor job provided by contractors. The responsive time to resolve issues is also poor. It takes weeks before your problem is taking seriously. I was expecting better from a company like Lennar.
