Coming from Wisconsin the bathrooms are normally close enough that you don’t need to waste water by running in down the drain for 30 second to get hot water. Also the change of design of not having a land line option in the house is a bit disappointing as when the next emergency (earthquake or fire) in the area, we know cell phone will not work. I also don’t understand why we have no option for electric appliances when there are solar panels on the roof. These items make me question the architect that designed the buildings.

Very sad new homeowner. When I saw all the pictures of this property there was a tremendous amount of shrubs and trees blocking the property behind me and I was told it was a nice farm house, when I arrived at property after signing all paper work from out of state the house behind me has a gas station that is right in view of my house and a working business with large semi trucks? I pay $370 per month association? wow what a major disappointment and what about resale? I think I am not in a very good position. I feel like I was deceived by Lennar

The customer service process and the orientation process is poor. I was not fully oriented to the property and a customer service rep was never identified until several weeks later. Also, Lennar is slow to fix basic issues when brought to their attention. I still have not received certain materials that I should have been given at the Orientation/Walk-through.

While I appreciate the efforts of the folks we've worked with directly, there is so little quality oversight. They are building these as quickly, and as cheaply, as possible. There is an apparent lack of quality in virtually every element of the construction. A month in and we have massive cracks in the drywall, drainage issues, paint issues, door issues, electrical issues, HVAC issues...

Defects started to show after 1 week and they say that is what they have to work with - there is nothing they could do - the fire sprinkler cover fell - it still is off - so there is a hole in my ceiling - the patio door lock destroys the wood frame - the tankless hot water has no hot water - my list can go on and on - I would love to have given a great review - but right now It really is bad

We had months of delays relating to windows. Not an issue caused by Lennar. After move in multiple issues to get fixed and I have currently been without water in my kitchen for over a week. Island countertop had to be replaced and I still have no water. Very displeased. All other issues taken care of better than this. Taylor was great to work with, but the subcontractors are horrible.

Aaron saw to it that my dead sod was replaced. Jamon did good to get a plumber to fix some things BUT, my front door does not close correctly and they said they would replace it. No communication from Jamon and no action so far in over 6 weeks. Contacted Jamon again a week later. He apologized…but still no action on my door. Please be honest, timely and forthright and don’t just shine people. It’s insulting.

My sales consultant was Awesome! I would recommend anyone to Herbert; however the builders did a poor job with building the home, molding is cracked everywhere, my stairs still creek after they told me that they would fixed my stairs during the walk through. On top of that the paint job is horrible for some of the paint is left on metal pieces throughout the house. I paid for a quality home and expected just that. I shouldn’t have these many gaps between the mold and my walls in the home. On top of that, the Customer Service Rep is really busy but hard to get a hold of. The heat doesn’t rise ...

Builders warranty sucks because basically there is no warranty on the sod they laid down I put in a work order and it took 2 1/2 months of me hounding my warranty guy and he even came out and looked and agreed with me that they screwed up but his boss was a jerk and won’t pay to have it fixed

Overall, it's a smooth purchase process, with great online interface. However, the materials used and electrical appliances quality are horrible. Paint, fridge, water heater, AC heater, Wifi switch, all require repair No matching paint for fix up The fridge has damaged connector and wont dispense filter water The water heater switch was not connected The AC air heater has a loose cable and wasn't fixed for over 2 weeks. Not actively fixing the issue with Wifi switch.

The design of the home is great. Unfortunately the trade partners they select to build the house is poor. The subs slap things together and then leave it up to the finish crew to REALLY finish the house. To make matters worse, their finish crew is short- staffed and it takes FOREVER to get things complete.

Building a house consists of many jobs combination. When one job is complete, the other previous job is demolished or severely damaged. As the result: no supervision or any kind responsibilities from the workers and management. For instance: installing a very expensive quartz countertop with no supportive brackets underneath! They tossed the heavy stone countertop straight onto the wooden cabinet without 3 or 4 supportive brackets at all! Other then the sales person I used who was terrific, other issues were very difficult to have addressed. Phone calls and emails to customer service go unreturned until you threaten to go to corporate. The house overall is very nice however there were several repairs that had to be made that were mostly cosmetic in nature. I would be hesitant to buy from this builder again. Sorry Lennar but you asked for it!

I applied and paid for the upgraded kitchen. This was supposed to come with Electrolux appliances but instead, I got Frigidaire appliances without consulting me first before making the switch. Already, the refrigerator isn't cooling just almost 4months of usage. The heating/cooling system is not functioning properly. In the summer, the cooling system was not cooling on the third floor. Our project manager was great to work with and very helpful since we were moving in from out of state. The warranty team has been a challenge to work with. They are very dissmissive and will not answer your questions directly.
