Their workmanship is far below industrial average. When you live in the house, you encounter more and more issues which you did not see during initial inspection. Highlighted below are few of them. 1. All the kitchen/bathroom pantry, cupboards and doors are poorly built in and easy to break. 2. Bathroom sliding doors are installed in wrong way 3. All the sinks do not have enough space to hold soap holder and some of them are not big enough to wash hands 4. Toilet paper holder are so small that Toilet paper roll can not fit there 5. Scratched bathtub 6. Upstairs bathrooms have almost no hot water coming from showers 7. Shower with slow pressure. 8. Cracked fence and door frames Above are few. I am very satisfied with the builder's responsiveness, attention, and service. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the quality of the house. I am currently experiencing electrical problems with my panel, which has been quite concerning.

Got few issues which should have been take care of on priority but it didn’t happen.

Disappointed in the attention to detail. Glue on back patio not cleaned. Nail pops on back of house. Weeds in yard front and back a foot tall Lawn 6” high with crab grass. Flooding against house. All pointed out at final walk. None addressed

House is great, service is poor. Lennar doesn't care once they have your money. Follow-up on issues is slow and you are made to feel like your issues are so trivial. A lot of money is spent on a new home, I don't think it is unreasonable to ask for even minor things to be right. I shouldnt have to fix things on my own.

Roy is fantastic, along with Lennar mortgage, title and insurance. My only issue overall is the Quality Control of the material you use. Accidentally dropping a plastic cup from the bathroom sink counter into the sink shouldn’t cause a crack and hole to appear. This is our 7th new build home and we’ve had much worst accidents occur without anything that has come close to what occurred here. I’m definitely disappointed that subpar material would be used by a reputable builder.

buying home was fast and easy

Overall I have been pleased with my purchase. The couple of issues I’ve had since moving in were resolved quickly. Well all except the issue with the construction workers loud music on a daily basis. Other than that I’m very pleased with my new home.

Be sure to measure every room. Lennar did not provide measurements of any rooms on the floor plan and no measurements of the yard.

The workmanship takes a hit when contractors are forced to complete a home for delivery, which creates build issues that the customer has to deal with after the fact.

Ok. Didnt have a great experience with conceirge

I am an investor and remote. I was impressed with ads of remote buying experience but my tenants keep finding issues with the house. Now, they don’t have the right mail box keys. I have opened the case, sent multiple emails but no on has responded yet. I don’t understand how we got the keys that are not for the house. Still waiting to hear back. I wasn’t expecting this from a new house. Earlier, we had issues with bathroom showers and kitchen electrical outlets

I really love my home...but there are a few issues I need to have addressed. I have so much paperwork I can't even begin to find phone numbers to reach out to the proper channels. I love the fact that I have a warranty on my home and that I can reach out to fix some issues I'm having.

Overall the house is nice and Lennar knows what the consumer wants for interior layout. However I feel some sub contractors need to be fired. First off our trim is a disaster. Nicks and missing chunks everywhere like they used bottoms of the barrel wood and slapped some paint on it. Second, Lennar really failed on the paint. Single coat (lightly done at that) is completely unacceptable at this price point. Third, this one we knew from the start but still needs to be mention, how much more is it to just prime the garage and not leave the walls bare. That is just straight nickel and diming. Fourth, the cleaners need to be fired. Every single trim and switch/outlet cover had thick dust. Did they even clean pre closing besides a vacuum? There are plenty of other areas that we know they cheaped out on but some is more acceptable than others. One huge disappointment for the wife was that we were in the highest package, their “elite” but our front door was basic steel. Some of the low grade packages got a nice front door with windows. Nowhere in our package info did it state anything about the front door but the color. Huge oversight and upsetting. Now for the people that state oh you get NHO time to mark it all off, they give you such a small amount of time to look over the house after they spend over a hour explaining things on the house with you. So things get missed. Plus things get marked that never get repaired before closing and it’s touch to remember where all the blue tape was. Last item. Dining room chandelier light. They leave a box for it that is center between the 4 recessed lights. However no one would ever put a table there, that would be in the middle of the walk way. Easy process. Sales support was good. Usual sales tactics. Took some follow up for aftersell warranty fixes.

First of all, Felice is great at explaining everything; she is a fantastic person and helped us a lot during the process. Mark on sales was excellent; he constantly communicated with us and was very helpful in showing us the property. From the builder, I am happy, but I also see some quality of the work is not good; something happened that makes me believe they are using non-high-quality contractors; they seem to oversee some essential things to get right and fix (ex, the did not connect the laundry, garbage disposal, minor leaks, dirty carpet with paint) and some stuff that should not be happening in the first place. I believe they are slowing down the start of the construction of the community area, giving more importance to the houses. I was inside the newly built homes several times to see the foundations and everything, and I do see some low-quality work in some areas when they break wood and do not fix it properly. So far, no significant issues have been encountered in the house; I still believe it is not worth the money, but the market is crazy. Also, the upgrades in some places are crazy expensive; I do not know why they overcharge for it; it does not seem right to me when the quality of the work and materials are not that impressive. Overall, it is a good community so far; there are no significant issues, except it is still under construction and there is some noise; parking is a mess with all the contractors and workers coming, but you have your garage, so as long as you don't have more than two cars, you should be fine. Lennar was not will to add a 220 drop for my electric car even though the house had not been drywalled. The quality of the workmanship was not good. My garage door was not properly adjusted. I called them, but no response. The paint is contractor grade flat. That is not more than colored water. There are significant gaps at the bottom of door frames. These should have been caulked. One of my blinds is broken. Called, but no response.

We have had some unexpected and disappointing surprises. Our basement has been leaking water for two weeks or more now. This is a big deal to us. We are not so confident in the recommended solutions. We still do not have internet due to the builder hook up not in place yet. Its been over a month without internet. Its costing us more money to hook up to our phone.

To automated---what is wrong with simply talking to your customer. Sales agents have attitude that they know ALL....they need education as to what is really going on with the construction instead of saying/telling customer things that are UNtrue

Fastest closing we have experienced has its pro’s and cons… we got keys in just over 2 weeks. However the timeline to push for closing was so tight it was difficult to really examine the property. I recommend a 3rd party inspection! Many aspects of the home from various trades are mediocre at best. Drywall is lumpy and uneven. Paint is inconsistent and patchy. Floor trim has zero craftsmanship and many gaps. Walls are bowed. Plot grading is horrible, the lumpy yard will need re-graded and filled w fresh top soil. Garage is minimally mudded and not at all ready for primer/paint. Cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms have no finish trim even after we asked for it to be finished. Shower is caulked terribly and had to be stripped and re-done. Garage needs more than one available outlet. Concrete was sloppily finished and brick layers exercised no care in cleaning mortar droppings of concrete. We will have to chisel it all off for a clean and smooth patio. Wood damage outside was filled with soft silicone and painted over. Its still soft to the touch. Cabinets in bathrooms have no drawers at all. Kitchen sink faucet was installed sideways. Garage door framing had to be filled due to excessive gaps between wood and drywall and the outside was clearly visible on both sides. I could keep going. The point is, make time to thoroughly inspect and know you are purchasing basic, bare bones, bottom shelf housing. ... More

Lots of unfinsh work they didn't clean the house screen door pulls hard the none shower tub has a shower spicit could of been better.

The purchasing of the home went relatively smooth. The home itself is what we expected as far as quality goes. We were a little disappointed that they were not flexible at all on anything we wanted to change no matter how minor it was. We were very happy dealing with Devon during Construction, but the warranty has been very nonresponsive and get no call backs. Who knows when things will get fixed.

I expected better quality inside and outside. Also the cleaning...they left something in the carpet, some on the cabinets... I found piece of iron under grass... very dangerous if you are barefoot.
