Material are cheap...we need call to repair some items

We just closed on our condo , we have so many issues from the poor general contractors hired they don’t care and it shows! I worked for a large builder and we would never deliver products like this to our client’s! I would have never purchased a Lennar property knowing this now! So sad we are still waiting on issues to be resolved

There was a glass breakage issue. Bathroom tiles had cracks.

Unfortunately I have to say that I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the construction in general of my Townhome. I was very excited to get a Lennar home due to reputation in the Texas market ( I moved from Texas ) thinking I was getting a well made home. During my walk through I was surprised of how many issues the house had , holes in the wall , unfinished paint every where, doors that needed to be sanded and painted, windows frames that needed to be finished, grout on the tile not cleaned, areas in the bathrooms where the tile need grout to seal the tile, a half wall in the master bathroom completely crooked, carpet completely loose in the second floor, I can go on and one with all the details that still need to be repair . During my final walk through I told the construction manager how disappointed I was that most of the issues that I asked to be fixed still were not fixed, the response that I got was “ well this is not one of the most expensive of Lennar homes line “ …,, waooo I was speechless with that statement. Now Im dealing with the Waranty , which is been a nightmare, and still dealing with the horrible customer service from a rude person that communicate through text messages only and acting like he’s doing us a favor. He’s not respectful of our time and wants to schedule things any time . We’re busy professionals in our house , and the repairs need to be accommodating our schedule not the other way around. If I knew I have to go through this nightmare I would not buy a Lennar house. ... More

I am very disappointed, with quality house.. the floors leaking glue… don’t have wiring to my lanai light… cable running through my garden.. I spent already 10,000 just to make that little bit better.. my front door has quarter inch opening on the bottom.. wind and dust go through it make loud noise… Any those issues.. I discuss with manager …. Nobody care .. I talk to neighbors they have same problem if not worst.

Once you pay, they no longer prioritize your concerns.

So much problems with the house.

The sales process went well. Good communication etc. on the other hand, Lennar support after closure is terrible. They do not promptly respond to issues nor take accountability of damages that you observe when you start living the house. I am still waiting for responses to several service requests. My impression is that they do not want to fix the issues.

It’s definitely quantity not quality home! They are thrown together!

Not what we expected at all.

The house design and sales agent were great. That is where it ends. At best the craftsmanship is poor. Lack of attention to detail is on full display. When you are paying near 500K for a home, one deserves more than shoddy work. Lennar is not responsive to requests for service and fabricates excuses why they are not liable.

Closing was in November 2022 after two months and I'm still waiting for kitchen and bathroom cabinets to be fixed, broken bricks in driveway, broken tiles in bathroom, broken walls, broken front door, missing garage remote, house is dirty and with spiders etc etc.. I talked to the construction engineer and he laughed at me

Finish work in the home was poor. Appliances damaged, drywall finish was terrible. Front door won’t close flush. House was very dirty soon arrival. Oil and paint on driveway, roof issues overall very disappointing.

For the price you pay, the quality of the work and materials used are very poor. While their ticket opening system is very easy to use, getting the issues addressed is a whole other matter. Service is extremely slow...if at all. Inspect your house very carefully before you sign anything.

I think the overall quality is poor, have had to have flooring repaired three times. Now we need to have the grouting re done and have only been in the house 2 months. The tree that was planted outside our house is dead. It was in poor condition when planted.

Very Bad experience

The window of the home was given broken and 2 months after closing many issues are not resolved yet. The people just focus on closing tickets without resolution.

The house was not move in ready.... Was told not to worry they would take care of it within A-day or 2.... It has now been 6 weeks.... A small example of things not working I was told ring doorbellThat was included in my package I was told that's my problem it's not part of the move in ready Which I personally think is BS but anyways life goes on

I have crooked colum in the front in my house the superintendent promes to fixed he never came back the selant around the the doors and trim is very bad I have paint in the floor in all house the vents in the matter rom not working the doorbell doesn't work l have paint I the floor in the front of my garage bad experience with the home the $416000 dollars bad contractors the grass in the back yard l have big Holes my son he fell and broken bone

Appliance Issue from start and had to go through warrenty to get it fixed.

I understood the quality of Lennar construction when I entered into my sales agreement 6 months prior to closing. A new home construction had MANY issues all of which could have been addressed with better project management. When I brought issues to their attention, I was "yessed" and none were fixed prior to closing. Lennar rushed my home into closing as it was the last day in their fiscal quarter. I closed at 9pm that night because they couldn't get a certificate of occupancy and once they got conditional approvals, they closed clients. I HIGHLY recommend NOT rushing the walk through as that's where they get you. Their contracts allow them an unlimited amount of time to address things. If imperfections or in my case a bathroom GUT, wasn't caught on the walk through before closing at 7:30pm it would have fallen under a "warranty" issue. My home is still lacking many things that was promised long after closing. The builder doesn't respond to text for calls. Very frustrating

Everything looks really nice and beautiful but when you get close and look at every little thing it is really not done properly. Responsiveness to issues has been super slow and I am having a lot of issues that are not being resolved.

Number of work orders have been submitted and issues with the house are still continuing. Customer service has not been helpful at all. Can you address these issues as soon as possible
