Aaron saw to it that my dead sod was replaced. Jamon did good to get a plumber to fix some things BUT, my front door does not close correctly and they said they would replace it. No communication from Jamon and no action so far in over 6 weeks. Contacted Jamon again a week later. He apologized…but still no action on my door. Please be honest, timely and forthright and don’t just shine people. It’s insulting.

My sales consultant was Awesome! I would recommend anyone to Herbert; however the builders did a poor job with building the home, molding is cracked everywhere, my stairs still creek after they told me that they would fixed my stairs during the walk through. On top of that the paint job is horrible for some of the paint is left on metal pieces throughout the house. I paid for a quality home and expected just that. I shouldn’t have these many gaps between the mold and my walls in the home. On top of that, the Customer Service Rep is really busy but hard to get a hold of. The heat doesn’t rise to my upstairs which is very difficult and I had to purchase a personal heater for me and my sons room. Did I mention the first month in my home the oven and microwave range went out three times and they were suppose to change my circuit breaker but that never happened. Wouldn’t recommend. Our project manager was great to work with and very helpful since we were moving in from out of state. The warranty team has been a challenge to work with. They are very dissmissive and will not answer your questions directly.

House is built cheap and nothing was fixed that we pointed out on the wall through before we moved in.

Builder in a hurry to get property closed but no rush to fix issues with home.

The buying process was good, but after the purchase we have some situations with the house, the dishwasher, the cabinets and some more, after 5 months nobody do anything.

We’ve had a ton of issues since move in. Starting at the very day we moved in. We went and taped all the issues- then on move in the the issues weren’t fixed and the tape was still up. From there we’ve had issues with floors, doors, plants, paint, dishwasher cutout.. etc. Also the entire neighborhood looks terrible due to trash, overgrown grass and weeds, dead trees. Mounds of dirt etc. really wishing they would get our areas that are finished looking better. Also the contruction trucks fly through and we all have young children.

The team was excellent selling the home. Being a track home builder, the materials quality was. 3/5. The price indicates that. Solving issues is a problem going thru them……there is a lot of deflecting involved so I tend to take care of things myself by spending more money. Great activities, clubhouse and social director planning events. There is ton to do if you want. I’m happy with the space layout inside my house but the workmanship is just ok…..I’m used to custom homes and this is my first track builder purchase.

We moved into a Lennar home in March 2021. The house is nice and we love the layout. It has plenty of room for our kids and whatnot. However, since we moved in we have found all sort of issues. There was a cracked (missing 1/4 )electrical faceplate underneath the stovetop range, and there were trash from wires, saw dusk, gas line caps, etc. We had 7 windows screen that was missing tabs or ripped. One window was installed crooked, 6 windows are scratched. It took the contractor about two weeks to come out just to assess the windows. They haven't follow up, and no calls or anything for almost a month now. I don't why they even installed the screens if they were ripped or missing parts. We also have doors that are crooked and the contractor came out and took care all but one. He said nothing can be done unless they removed the framing, which is a big job. I'll just live with it. The master sink is crooked, broken/cracked support underneath the bathrooms cabinets. Master bad mirror had a defect, shower door had a big scratch, master closet light wasn't attached, and the hot/cold master sink pipes were switched. Before we event parked our cars in the garage, it looked like someone had work on their cars in it. We see oil stains everywhere, and a long cracked in the cement from the garage door to the back wall. They can't do anything unless the crack is 1/4 in size. By that time my warranty would have expired. Our dishwasher wasn't install correctly. The installer forgot to install the feet (the whole unit was just sitting on the floor), and the seals all around. We couldn't figure out why steams was come out like crazy. GE tech came out and installed it correctly the way is should have. He said DON'T USE THE STEAM FUNCTION if you don't want the steam to condensed and water droplets on your floor. What?! Why even have that function then? This isn't really a Lennar issue, but they did use GE so I'm guessing it reflects on them as well. The buying experience is goo, but not great. I don't know about other builders, Lennar's QA or lack thereof needs to be address, or hire new contractors. My advise to new home buyers, check everything before you move in to your new home. Check underneath the stove, cabinets, sinks, drawers, hot/cold fixtures, check your counter top and island for chips. Good luck to would be new home buyers. ... More

If you are buying a home from Lennar, just know that there might be better options and more expensive. I like the house, the only thing right now is that we’ve asked to come and repair a couple of issues and we haven’t gotten a response back… it’s been about two months since we put the request and nothing.

Lots of corners cut during the building process. The individuals that I’ve dealt with have been good just a craftsmanship wasn’t

People are great and helpful but the time line they are given to build is causing a quantity over quality situation putting unnecessary pressure on the workers that are doing the work

we had some question for the contractor , emailed twice but no response.

We love the space, and location the agent was great the guys that we have worked with are super helpful....but cheap paint, cheap fixtures, the granite turns dark green to black has chips in it. Faucets spit, toilets don’t flush properly, paintwork on trim peeling.

Our sales rep Vivian was excellent. She was informative of the process and responsive with any and all questions. Jamal our managing rep however was the polar opposite. It started with no showing me on my initial walk through and having someone arrive an hr late to cover for him. Final touch requests weren't completed or done haphazardly (paint, etc.). I still have a broken rack installed in my linen closet I requested to be changed out in early December still sitting broken. In talking with my new neighbors, they have had similar follow up experiences. Pretty underwhelming.

Please have someone from customer service contact us, we have been struggling with fixing the open items. We have had our replacement cabinets on order for 4 plus months. We have a leaky faucet that has been reported 5 times or more. Need an important person to contact us. Our out side electrical panel needs replaced. All items reported since original report.

The purchase of my home from Lennar on the beginning was great. Lennar’s agent Tina was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the home and what was included. Dealing with the construction ma abet Matt was also great during the building process. We were delayed in closing and he kept us informed on the delays. I have now been in the house for four months with things still left from the original walk through on closing the response time in getting things repaired is unacceptable there is no communication between the department and us and one point contractors just showed up to the house at 8am. They have tried repairing the stucco on the house 3 times and still looks horrible. I realize this is not Lennar’s teams but they need to hold their contractors responsible. Almost all repairs done since closing have been horrible quality and look worse then original. ... More

I still have open issues, its small repair stuff but never got addressed.

Too many problems in the home and long wait period to get them fixed.
