Multiple issues have come up. We reach out to the construction staff, they bring someone to fix it and they rarely fix it. Our wall are warped; our floors are bumpy and uneven; there is paint all over our wood floors; our doors are paint splattered; the house is always freezing; overall it feels like a cheap house. Lennar has sent people to "fix" these issues. Nearly all still exist. You do not get what you pay for, you get poor craftsmanship. The other main issue is the construction crew itself. We moved in July 2021 and the construction crew blasts music starting at 0700. Loud, incredibly loud, that reverberates in our entire house as they are literally in our backyard building houses. The construction noise isn't an issue. I spoke to two construction managers at Lennar. I phoned Lennar over 5 times. I finally had to call the local police after 3 months of it. The police even went to the Lennar mosaic office and told them the music is too loud. We're to the point they will fine $1000. That is how little Lennar cares about the people they're building these homes for... They don't. ... More

Quality of materials and workmanship is extremely poor.

Dealing with Lennar for the past couple months has been nothing short of pure misery a complete disappointment. You open a warranty request and they keep you ignoring you. Multiples times I'm been trying to hold the warranty service from my community and not luck.

We still have issues that have t been fixed. We still have tape on places in our house (closing was end of April!).

I am def going to be writing a review. To news channel 8, Facebook , Instagram , Twitter. I am shocked at what my house looks like. There is not one piece of molding in any room that is clean and hole paint streak free. Not one. Two doors in house don’t close. Which they were told at walk through never fixed. Holes in both showers in tile. I am saddened that I spent this much money for a place that the inside is literally embarrassing. I have pics which I will be sending you. I will also be sending to social media as I can already tell I am not going to get this stuff fixed. The blue tape during walk through was ignored. Heck some blue tape is still there and was painted over. Very sad. Many people warned me about Lennar. But we ignored it. Totally full of regrets. They tell you things that are not true. When you move in the grout and seal for your wood baseboards pulling out from the wall and theTile in my shower the grout has holes in it my wood floor had spots on it that were left by whoever put it down my sink was scratched badly both sides and they tried to say I did it. They finally fixed it. My garage door broke after about a couple of weeks and no one would come fix it. I am 72 and.my son couldn't.be home so i called the garage door CV company and a super nice man drove an hour at.no charge to come fix it late at night. All my doors were cut but never sanded properly on the sides, top, and bottom some barely have paint on them, some none. I cut my arm on one because the edges are so rough. I was given the wrong mailbox key so my mail was going to another person and it took two trys to get it changed. I didn't know toll I did y j.g e walk t hff rough that I had to seal all the tile in my home and I had cut myself very badly on th ed front of my shin; five inches across and five down and couldn't seal my tile for weeks. I couldn't use my shower until it was done. I am going to be paying for all this to get fixed out of my own pocket. I was told that no one sees the inside of doors so who cares. Well I do. Next Gen Homes are Amazing

Love my townhouse. However I am almost 2 weeks moved in and my sons room and his bathroom have no power. Had to send in a request and it could be weeks before someone comes to fix it.

Everyone was helpful which was great because this is my first home.

Lennar made our home buying experience easy. They stood by us every step of the way. Their sales reps, mortgage people and interior design people were knowledgeable and pleasant throughout.They took particular attention with us since our home buying was done remotely, I would happily recommend Lennar if you are looking for a new home.

The build is nice. Just little things here in there.

I had a great home buying experience, the process was so smooth and seamless. the Construction Supervisor Brett is an awesome person, always present and ready to help. even after moving in he is always near by monitoring the other home builds and always ready to answer questions and help when asked. I am happy with the quality of work in our home as well, i have not had anything stand out yet. the Tough market was a bit of a negative factor, we had been first on the list for the desired Lot for almost 4 months but when the time came we had to sign a contingent offer, which allowed Lennar to bump us if some one came with out the contingency. So we felt pressured to risk the deposit and remove the contingency. In the end we are very please with the process, the home, and the staff. Thank you Lennar Maple Hills Team ... More

Overall process was great. There some hiccups towards closing with Lennar's lender, stuff that could have been avoided if the documents we provided were processed earlier, instead of the week before closing.

Lenar homes are awsome..it is easy to work with them including sales,loans and other stuff. I like to recommend them please make complete the backyard,fence and all other necessary in home like blinds...and include that amount in loan...

Lennar Portal is absolute garbage!!! The purchase of this Lennar Home was purely possible because of Marina’s compassion and you dont even want to know who she is no woner you cant fix the problem! By the way your survey system is also a pile of you know! But you obviously don’t want the truth! Listen to your employees! They have told you the Portal is awful!

Next house I buy I will de looking for Lennar.

Hello! My expirence doing the financial process with Lennar it wasn't pleasant as I was actuallyexpecting. The person that it was in charge of requesting information seemed she didn't know what she was doing. She made the process stressful. We had a back up Lender and the process was simple and way easier. The day that we received the keys was another stressful day since the garage didn't open and one of the keys open the house once, but didn't work again until Lennar come and fix them 2 weeks later. When finally we come inside the house I almost cried because the house has stains all over and the floor was dirty. The house was not the way it was promised. On the orientation they told us that we will receive a voucher for paint and we haven't receive it. So far I love my house and the community. Also, it is easy to report something when it breaks and Lennar makes sure everything is fine. ... More

The home is well built. Well thought out. The lennar team was great to work with. It was a very smooth process until the end. The in house team of Lennar title was the worst ever. I have used Fidelity and Old Republic on several transactions and they are the gold standard. Unfortunately Lennar doesn’t give you a choice to use anything other than in house title and it doesn’t even meet a Bronze standard in my experience. Our home was ready early. We were not prepared for this and it has cost of several thousand dollars. The lack of communication from our sales associate was very poor.

i had issues with lennar mortgage... but once lennars real estate agent found out he immediatly started the process to fix the wrongs.. David was extroridnarly effective an helpfull. from that point on i would give Lennar 10 stars if i could.. once the closeing finished we were completly overwhelmed with the quality, professionalism, and compasion Lennar showed l.. i would recommend them 100%.. The lennar mortgage company well i had issues with them, maybe you wont so you can try then them make your opinion...

The process from the start was awesome. Our home advisor helped us negotiate when our realtor didn't. She thought we should go in at full price. The Lender was slower than molasses, but the title company was quick and efficient. Overall, I would buy another, larger Lennar home in my near future.

Escrow was a mess. They waited until the day of closing to share that I needed more money to close. I didn’t need a celebration when I did get the keys but it would have been nice that someone from Lennar was there
