Too bad you folks are so busy trying to close sales, because it does take away from buyer attention & needs. It must be nice to pre -sell your entire inventory. It shows that You are building homes of good value!

With the limited choices the builder provides when selecting your home, you would expect minimal issues at Move in. This is not the case. Doors are not hung straight. Appliances are junk, but you are not allowed to upgrade. Paver entrances & driveways are splattered with paint, with no follow-up to pressure clean them for you. While I could go on, if the Builder had a Process of Inspecting a Home and correcting obvious issues prior to Closing, they would earn 5 stars from their Buyers.

Friendly and professional but be prepared for many issues with finished quality and timely response to address issues…especially with the numerous small contractors they use to complete homes…

lennar 2300 sqft homes doesn't have walk-in or slide door pantry and no bonus /media room, I feel these are basic features in any 2300 sqft homes , also their closets are small , at least for bedrooms they could have given french doors. These are all very standard features , and considering Lennar is popular brand I never expect them to miss these features even in mid size sqft homes , The floor plans are not so great , and price is very expensive for what they offer compare to Dr.horton and Pacific ridge and Mainvue,

Responsiveness to issues has been a problem.

Our first home that we purchased brand new. As we have lived in the house, we continue to find ourselves solving one problem after another. This community has extremely HARD water due to the city having well water. Everyone I'd well aware that residents would need water softner, yet the home had no room to install one. We had to get various companies to come out to give us a quote and pick ONLY the one who could install water softner components in two different locations, which asked for TOP dollars. Entire process was long and frustrating a d we had to use hard water until water softner was installed. There should have been room allocated in the closet for it. Extremely disappointing experience. The community mailbox is located on a steep slope and doesn't have appropriate access to get to it. You have to walk on the grass that's a downward slope and stand next to the mailbox slanted without having anything to hold onto and get your mailbox opened with a key to access your mail, all while being in extremely cold and snowy conditions. How can an elderly and a tiny woman feel safe checking her mail? She has to have family come and help as it's hazardous for her to do. This needs to be resolved. Please consider better ways. ... Builder lacks an eye for details. For example, the concrete pad for the air conditioner is at about a 15 degree tilt with chipped corners. The dishwasher is no doubt the cheapest on the market and has leaked since day one. The garage floor and front porch were covered in drywall mud splatter and paint.

It was good experience to purchase house built by Lennar, however, the finish touch of garage is not satisfied at all.

It was hard to reach people and questions were left unanswered. Voicemail was full and responses to email slow. When I did find someone to speak with they always tried to be helpful.

GOOD Very good experience love it

Well I am disappointed, my whole floor needs to be redone. They barley fixed any of the things they said they would on the walk through. Said “it’s under warranty my guys tried just make a checklist.” Used some cheap material where the caulking was suppose to go and had left a water buildup from a loose pipe in basement tried saying they had just cleaned it. Lying straight to my face, I hope they honor the warranty and if they would just slow down and do it right there wouldn’t be any problems. Good luck if your shopping with lennar I hope you get better quality than my duplex.

After moving in customer suppory and service by the Lennar team was very good.

Response time to requests for repair is unacceptably long

We absolutely love our home and the process from choosing options all the way through to the construction meetings and home walk-throughs and closing. The process was pretty straightforward with regular check-ins and updates. Our biggest area of feedback is the warranty follow-up now that we are closed on the house. Understanding that trades and materials are delayed at this time, but need more communication and scheduling updates from the warranty team. Other than that, we love our house and the building process with Lennar.

Our rep Amanda is gone. No informatuon was given of who to contact. No paint was left for the touch ups. Big issues as we cant find the same paint. Sherwin-Williams would not have the paint till maybe may 2022. Facet was broken. We moved 7 months . We were told wear and tear. Will not get it fix

In my opinion for the price point people are paying for these homes there should be much nicer products being put into them. I also think the buyer should be given more options to pick what products are in the home they are buying.

In general, I had a good experience working with the company- I wish they can be more prompt with complaints. We still have leakage in our powder room and outside faucet.

Material quality used in house is very cheap, the vinal floor and carpet are of very poor quality.

The location was key. I like the look of the townhouses but the roads and parking in the complex was not repaved, the gates and fences were not finished and many of the wires around the complex were not buried. Lots of outdoor things not completed when it was stated they would be done upon building of the houses.

There are lot of issues with padding and even bricks those are outside are not aligned correctly, people who are building has to be careful when they do that and also same as floor padding issues, working with Mario if he can help us Haven’t reached anything about bricks in alignment issue yet

It's frustrating that the subs try to shortcut things and it reflects on Lennar; do it right the first time!

Be sure to have all concerns documented and taken care of before moving in.

The buying of the house was quick and easy. Now if only the warranty work was as simple. Been waiting since we moved in in May 2021 to have the grading of the lot looked at since I have flooding issues from the neighbors sprinklers.
