The buying process was fantastic. Working with Lennar mortgage and salesperson was a great experience. However the process was rushed and the build reflects that. On the final walkthrough I did not see a completed house and had to go on faith the remaining items (gutters, weep holes, flooring) would all be addressed having to sign just a few hours later. It took 3 months to completely address the original exception list from the final walkthrough. Builder grade: put in decent brushed nickel faucets, but the cheapest looking chrome towel bars you've ever seen. Builder grade: terrible quality carpet. Builder grade: worst white/gray/pink undertone paint on ceilings, walls, doors, and trim...looks like a concrete basement. There was a huge error in the living room ceiling that they didn't mention, but we noticed it. It took several tries to correct and fix the texture. The Electrolux appliances are subpar. Overall a great sales experience. After we purchased, warranty issue after issue. The roof had 15 cracks from poor workmanship.....still no warranty resolution. Many neighbors shared the same experience with the roof.

In all honesty the town homes are beautiful but the craftsmanship and attention and caring of details were terrible, they don’t complete the house 100% more like 93% I shouldn’t have to ask them to fill in cracks or fix screen doors etc.

During original walkthrough we asked for things to be fixed. We waited 3 months for one thing to be fixed. The paint was still over the face plates that we removed. There is still a light switch no one can tell us what it operates. The front door is still has a wide crack that we are trying to find a way to repair it. Lastly we questioned why it takes so long for the hot water to heat in the kitchen sink and the master bedroom. It would of been nice if there s things were taken care of before or even slightly after we moved in.

Sheetrock, trim, paint sub par, but the unit was cheap so I expected that. I am happy with my purchase, but the quality could have been better. I have not had an issue so I do not know the responsiveness. Sales team was great to work with, but the construction quality was poor.

The workmanship was lacking a lot. Flooring tiles uneven throughout. Dry wall was not even and to many of the screws were not covered. Garage floor was not troweled properly.

I had very good opinion about Lennar before buying the house. After seeing process and the way it was constructed. My feeling is construction quality has reduced a lot. The actual purchase experience went smoothly. The workmanship & quality of the house is poor for the price paid. The appliances are very basic. You would expect more for the price paid. The quality of the engineered floors & tiles are awful. The tile work is unprofessional. The grout & caulk work is very messy. Lennar was on it when they wanted you to purchase the home… then their responsiveness and flexibility decline from there. Out of all the builders we looked into they were the least flexible with allowing anything to happen before closing, which is understandable. they are very strict with allowing anything their rules leading up to closing then almost seem to want to disappear after that. Our salesman, Norman, kept trying to sell us something we did not want and, although, we were #1 on a house, we walked in on a conversation with another prospective where he was about to sell them the house we had been promised. They have closing I had two dead trees, one front one and back. I have been dealing with a gentleman that is horrible. His name is KRIS I have probably 50 text messages of him saying they are going to replace both trees, but they only replaced the one in front, two days after I moved in I had Prince and Son evaluate both trees. I felt there were a few shining stars in my experience, but there were communication issues with finance. There was poor craftsmanship on many issues. The repairs I requested on final inspection were not all completed, and when I tried to use my warranty to fix them, Lennar never contacted me to schedule repairs. I’m not sorry I bought the house, but I am sorry the company has such lack of integrity and pride in the job they do. When you make a promise to a customer, you should keep your word.

The first home we were purchasing there was a mistake on the paperwork and they wouldn’t do anything about it. So we lost the house and they were nice enough to transfer our money to the new home but they failed to tell us that the property was not level and only that it was a little larger and that they would not do anything about it. Then when we had the first walk through we told them about some items and they told us they would have them fixed by the time the final inspection was complete but they lied about it and told us they had them fixed and or replaced but they lied to us again. ...

We purchased our current home from California. It was a fairly smooth process and going through the financial was great. We had a great sales person. However, the quality of home was not what we expected. I would say for the most part, the tile setters were the worst. Altogether the home is decent, but the workmanship was shoddy in places, with some carelessness, sloppiness, or not paying attention to details. And many issues that needed fixing that we pointed out even before closing still have not been fixed more than a month and a half later. The included appliances, cabinets, and flooring seem to be the cheapest Lennar could find.
