Still have some issues with water in side yard after it rains. A sink hole in the front yard by side walk. Hole in garage that mice can get in the walls

Poor quality of finish work and materials. Carpet seams show and nap goes in opposite direction. Tack strip nails come up through carpet( don't walk bare foot). Cabinet quality very poor and counters had 1/2" gaps at cabinets. Repairs were just cover-up, not repair.

Service Requests are being closed without resolving the issues. Arrogant customer support representatives.

I purchased the model home, it was in a good shape but I don’t like the fact that there no warranty on the house.

Upon moving in found out that my water had been turned off. Lennar had the city turn off my water which cost me $100 to have it turned off after hours. The day after moving in I went to do a load of laundry in the upstairs laundry room. About 30 minutes into the load water started pouring from the ceiling and into my dining room downstairs. I immediately turned off the water to the washer but it was too late. It turns out the drainage hose from the washer wasn't secured properly. Severe damage had been done. Repairs took 9-10 days and included commercial fans, ripping out floors, insulation and repairing dry wall. I felt extremely well taken care of by the project/construction manager who really expedited the process and looked after me but I felt like if it wasn't for him it would have taken much longer and that there wouldn't have been attention to detail. Please make sure you see your exact home before you purchase there was some confusion on the pitches versus what I received are what I thought I was gonna be receiving I had already signed my contract to build and then found I wasn't given everything that I seen on the picture so I had to pay an additional $1000 down and over 18000 more in upgrades to receive what I want other than this my home by an experience was great

Unhappy with grading and finishing yard work

The finish work was pretty bad. Lots of warranty issues for the yard, the flooring, the bathtub, cabinets, keys to my house, and no internet, just a few. Everyone has been very nice. I know they are very busy, but i don’t think there should be this many issues in a new home. I’ve done my own spackling and touch up paint, and pulled 5 large bags of weeds. My side and back yard look horrible. I have no complaints about any of the people I’ve dealt with. I’m not sure who would be to blame for all of this. I do love my home in spite of All the issues. I’m just very frustrated.

Poor built in quality/material and accessories.. Warranty team- very rude and long wait time to fix

The walkthrough was so fast that we miss a lot of issues. Once the walkthrough is done , then you are informed that the second walkthrough is only to cover that everything that was identified in the first walkthrough was fixed. Then you are informed that a new issues identified after the first walkthrough is going to delay the closing time. Basically the builder put you against the wall. Then after closing the builder informs you that any new issue goes through the insurance company. Also, there is only one time fix for almost all the issues. Very disappointing

From last 2 months we are following with lennar and sunnova on solar activation . No response from both of them . Lennar moved to new vendor for home that are still not sold , they left people who already purchased. This is unfair. If anyone willing to talk on this please contact us.

Let’s see…a 55+ active adult (retirement) community (old people) where the house thermometer is so small you can harder read it. Makes absolutely no sense. A front door that is 8’ tall which means you must purchase a customized screen door to fit. Super large,oversized garbage and recycling cans with no where convenient to store them.

The home I got it’s not the same as model house! So many details they are not finished. The builder used the cheap materials. For the 2210sqf I paid 471.۰۰۰in my Neighbourhood paying a lot less!

Very disappointed, marked areas with tape and tape was removed without the work being done.

Overall, the home buying experience went well. Every person was very professional and courteous. Thumbs up to the employees. My house sits in a smaller subdivision. The lot I am in contains a very large Cotton Wood tree that should have been cleared by Lennar. The tree’s branches have already caused major damage to the small house next to me ( also new and has not sold) and resulted in one side of the house having to be rebuilt. If anyone from Lennar reads this please advise whom I need to contact to address the removal of the tree and leveling of my lot. When I asked about the property lines and the brush, dead trees I was informed by a Lennar Representative that it was to be left for drainage. This is not the case I found out with the township. The excavating and ground work was done very poorly and should have included leveling my lot . I am now left to fork out a large sum to properly clear and prepare my lot. After living in the home for two weeks, I feel the craftsmanship of the home was done very cheaply and very economically for the Builder. Materials used as far as fixtures are the cheapest Builder grade they can get. With fixed windows in most of the rooms, other than bedrooms where you need to have egress in case of fire. Cabinet storage is very sparse and the garages are very tiny. This is kind of on us. We should’ve looked closer before our purchase. Lack of use of three-way switches is very annoying, having to return to a far away switch to turn the lights off and then walk through a dark hallway to turn on another light. Interior noise level is quite high. Being able to hear air traffic and car noise from a road that is over a quarter mile away is very annoying and once again displays poor build quality. ... More

Sales person was great! The customer service and handling issues is quite disappointing. I'll stop there...

We are still waiting on various move in, punch list items to be completed.

Received an overall beautiful home by Lennar. We were able to see the home as it was being built and check in on it periodically. At one point we noticed a giant in the concrete subfloor behind the fridge and asked our homebuyer concierge Cary Krepelin how this could be fixed. She said she relayed this information to the build team. Unfortunately we were unable to check on the status of this hole until we moved in and the flooring had already been laid on top. The foreman Robert told us this hole was covered with flashing..... which was a complete lie because we removed the flooring and the hole was still there, no one had made any attempts to fix it. I would rather not have been told a straight lie and just been told that the hole didn't need fixing. Cary K was a below average homebuyer concierge. She told us she would be the liaison for anything we needed during the homebuying process. This was just not true. She was hard to get in contact with, never had up to date information and would just talk in circles without addressing any of our legitimate questions. We always had to defer to Bridget (whom we had a great experience with and I highly recommend!) ... More

In the beginning stages of the home buying process I was appointed Sabrina as my home buyer concierge. I was informed I would contact her for any of the home buying process and needs for scheduling and working the process. Working with her was very unprofessional. I called her multiple times for different issues such as scheduling and trying to confirm dates and times for things such as the blue tape walk and closing date. She was unresponsive to multiple phone calls with no intention to call or respond back. She texted me one day after calling her multiple times in the morning and said “one sec I’ll call you back, finishing lunch” and never called back and I had to call her the next day and she answered as if she was confused. I understand people are busy but this type of customer service is unprofessional and make it seem like buying a home isn’t a big deal. This is my second home purchase and honestly I’m kinda glad because this expierence did not feel special. I litterally had to hit up my loan officer Frank for help on things the homebuyer concierge should be doing. I recommend to remind the concierges that these our peoples biggest purchases in there lives and should be taken seriouslyz ... More

Home buying experience was amazing everyone was very helpful. After we bought house and moved in we noticed a lot of issues with things missing and appliances damaged. We would put in work orders and then they would respond with “ contact manufacturer for warranty,” even when it was builders fault for issues. The builders left a lot of things unfinished we had to get them to come back and fix. Phillip the project manager to a different community has been the most helpful. If it wasn’t for him we would not be very happy with our experience with Lennar.

My home still does not have a front door lock. My construction manager told us he ordered the lock a day after we closed on October 21, 2024 and told us he would have it in two weeks. It is now December 12th and the construction manager does not return my calls. He has our garage door opener which he was supposed to use to open the house to install the lock so I will need it back or a replacement. This whole experience is unprofessional!

The quality of the build is sloppy. Paint just was terrible. So many areas with globs, streaks, wall paint going on trim etc.
