Make sure everything works properly during walkthrough.

Prepare to wait longer than expected but hopefully it will be worth it for you! Don't push them so they rush the build!

Still don’t have an security operating security system that was part of purchase price.No one seems to know how to fix it. Also do not have any screens for windows.

Worth the money. Don’t get a loan through Lennar. Save more else where. Never see a person. Everything on line.

Are consistent with expectations.

Finance and sales team were awesome. Lots of small blemishes that need to be fixed, scratched front door, over painting, missing CAT5 jacks, chipped tile on pool, terrible seams/drywall finishing. That being said, the team that fixes those issues are easy to connect with.

The home is well built for the most part. Although we're dealing with quite a bit of little things here and there, like outlets not working, or homes not able to be wired by internet companies even though those are our only options. Not sure who's at fault but some of this just seems a little silly given it's a new construction.

For the price we paid for the home some of the options they offer should have been included in the price.

Overall, Lennar is a great reputable builder and makes beautiful homes. The issue is that when you purchase a model home, things like the automation, thermostat controls, things that have been installed for years, should have been checked and resolved prior to close. Although our consultant and customer care rep were great, the other teams at Lennar really dropped the ball since we had so many quality issues upon move in that we couldn't have known about during the walkthrough. For the price and area we bought in, these types of things should be the standard.

The home is great, not perfect but overall I am satisfied. There were some minor issues and was fixed but it took a while to get it done. Most likely due to world wide shortage of materials due to Covid. Overall I am satisfied.

We've been here for like month, so far we love the house. Some concerns with the electrical. We called Jason, but it takes time for the electrician to come and fix the issue. Some hardwares not yet installed.

I pretty much knew what I was getting from a track home before purchasing it. The one thing that I thing was exceptional was the sales representative Melissa She was fantastic she send me pictures throughout the process of the build. Kept me up to date on where the construction was and was overall a huge help. She is a very sweet person. My family just loves her.

Our first home that we purchased brand new. As we have lived in the house, we continue to find ourselves solving one problem after another. This community has extremely HARD water due to the city having well water. Everyone I'd well aware that residents would need water softner, yet the home had no room to install one. We had to get various companies to come out to give us a quote and pick ONLY the one who could install water softner components in two different locations, which asked for TOP dollars. Entire process was long and frustrating a d we had to use hard water until water softner was installed. There should have been room allocated in the closet for it. Extremely disappointing experience. The community mailbox is located on a steep slope and doesn't have appropriate access to get to it. You have to walk on the grass that's a downward slope and stand next to the mailbox slanted without having anything to hold onto and get your mailbox opened with a key to access your mail, all while being in extremely cold and snowy conditions. How can an elderly and a tiny woman feel safe checking her mail? She has to have family come and help as it's hazardous for her to do. This needs to be resolved. Please consider better ways. ... Attention to some of the detail work is not as good as it could be.

Over all this is a very well built home. It’s just the little things that I feel should have been corrected on inspection.

First time buying a home, so was very unfamiliar with process. Salesperson and Mortgage broker were AMAZING! On sight construction reps, Andy and Gina helped coordinate any issues immediately and professionally.

I which they had explained all the explained extras @ Such as the water softener and no set up, no screens on the windows etc. All things that raise the cost

They completed our house on schedule, when many of my neighbors have complained their builder did not. Part of the reason may be the lack of options offered and workmanship that was good but not great. Customer service guys are great!

not completely happy with the house cheap cabinets noisy appliance all construction work done fast to get it done with very little regard to building a mid price home

Promises made on closing day we’re not kept

Some of the materials they used around the house, especially the vinyl flooring seem to be really low-end quality.

After moving in found several issues with house, i.e. floors squeak, doors don’t stay closed, the cleaning crew is horrible

Builder lacks an eye for details. For example, the concrete pad for the air conditioner is at about a 15 degree tilt with chipped corners. The dishwasher is no doubt the cheapest on the market and has leaked since day one. The garage floor and front porch were covered in drywall mud splatter and paint.

It was good experience to purchase house built by Lennar, however, the finish touch of garage is not satisfied at all.
