Our experience was really good from the beginning. The whole Lennar team was helpful and provide us all the information we needed. It was also a quick process, something that I really liked. We will be definitely buying more Lennar houses in the future

The process was smooth and professional from the first minute to move-in day. Our point person, Tim, was absolutely magnificent. Joe, the construction manager, was communicative throughout the build. The finance department led by Kyle was friendly and informative. I would highly recommend Lennar.

Russell and Maurice were great in my transition to Lennar homes. They were responsive and prompt with everything I needed. I really enjoyed working with them.

I felt like a valued customer! The construction manager took me through the home several times as it was being finished and has always been available to answer questions. The couple of small issues I have run into have been responded to and dealt with immediately. The whole process was so easy and there was help from Lennar all along the way.

The home is absolutely beautiful! I couldn’t believe that Lennar made it so easy to get into a wonderful home! The house is beautiful, and the building, sales, and finance teams were all very responsive and easy to work with.

We love our Lennar home. The location, lot size, and price couldn’t be beat. When it comes to issues (which all homes have) a Lennar representative has been quick to respond and get us on the schedule. We are just over one month in our home and have no significant complaints thus far.

A few hiccups wish was resolved quickly. Overall a smooth transition from an apartment to a home. Our realtor kept us informed throughout the purchasing closing and moving in process.

It’s pretty good for buying a house with Lennar.

We were new buyers and needed to be educated on the home buying process. We attended a seminar and decided to start the process. The team that we worked with was phenomenal. Allison i( the agent) was very friendly and made us feel so comfortable with the process. She made us feel really comfortable and was always willing to answer all questions in a timely manner. After putting down the earnest money we were introduced to Oliver. We cannot say enough good things about Oliver. He was so professional, friendly and made a tedious process seems less stressful. He was in constant contact and answered all of our calls and emails in a timely manner. He had such a positive spirit and provided reassurance when it seemed like we weren't going to be able to get the home. He worked hard and diligently and getting this deal to close. We spoke so much until after closing, we were sad that our daily conversations had come to an end! He is definitely an asset to your organization! He is one that I will never forget and will always praise for a job well done! Lastly, Priya did an exceptional job during the underwriting process. There were times We wanted to give up and walk away but she would find a way with encouraging words to keep us focused on the end result. Wonderful experience from start to finish. I had an inspector come and look at the home and there were only four small things wrong and two of those were something that couldn’t be fixed due to code had to be the way that it was built. The other things were just minor a little chip and something else. Nothing big. This is a wonderfully built home and I am Thankful to own it.

Our team was easy to deal with. They addressed all the issues before closing. A couple of small issues came up after closing, but they were right on top of it. I would highly recommend a Lenar home.

My experience with the house until now it had been a new way to leave and enjoy not only a good house but a good neighborhood. Is a good buy for the price.

The individual handling the East Hanover location is very receptive and helpful - I am very pleased with Lennar - small appliance that was dented was replaced without incident and handled promptly

Lennar is a quality builder, no doubt. But our dealings with two people Robin(sales end) and Michael(follow up and problem solver) account for the most satisfying parts of our experience. Both go the extra mile to help us to easily navigate the home buying process. This company should know they integral to customer satisfaction.
