Highs and lows through process with Lennar staff, was provided incorrect information for lot and I caught the error right before signing contract. Staff responsiveness has been inconsistent especially following closing. However, I love my home but the community has debris throughout my phase, so hoping this stops as construction wraps up.

The overall experience was positive. We did experience difficulties when we needed to modify the contact because the house needed to be titled to our trust rather than too us. Sales staff was available and followed through on all requests and questions. The walk-through was very extensive and thorough.

The house is great, and we love the neighborhood. The home is well built and any issues we have had have been promptly addressed. Our concierge was not helpful at any point, and scheduling with them was definitely not easy for working parents. Hopefully they do actually provide a service to others. However, our closing day was a nightmare, with the Lennar Mortgage Team majorly dropping the ball and causing our closing lawyers appointment to run past 6pm on a Friday, after hours of waiting on them to do their part. This cost us hundreds in mover fees while the moving team sat waiting on us in our driveway. I now look back at that day with sadness instead of excitement. Some things were a little different than in the model home which wasn’t expected especially the paint! Did not like the flat white paint throughout the home.

Their homes are spacious, the interior layout has been meticulously designed to ensure that every area feels comfortable, the site planning for each residence provides the necessary space for privacy, the materials used in kitchens and bathrooms are of high quality, and every finishing detail has been carefully considered. This is a company that spares neither expense nor resources. It is difficult to find flaws in their homes; on the contrary, you end up reflecting on all the virtues you never expected to find in your future home. Such an easy and smooth process!!

We were sold a home that was supposed to be completed to the model standards and the home we received was sloppily completed. We have go e back and forth with Lennar to fix our backyard which was not leveled or graded appropriately. The walk through was a joke. The attention to detail is not there and they rush to complete the houses. Paint splatter on floors. Caulking sloppily completed, paint on carpets, electrical fan boxes sticking out more than 1/4 to 1/2” shower rain head not secured by not ceiling and floor can go on and on.

While the build quality of the home is excellent, the customer service was disappointing. Communication was poor throughout the process, with a noticeable lack of updates or follow-up. Furthermore, HOA fees spiked by 20% without notice just one month after closing.

My representative, Kyle was wonderful. If I didn't have him to help, support and guide me I don't think I would have stayed and bought a house from Lennar.

We were originally told that our closing date was mid March 2026. Sales Mgr moved it up to end of Feb. My husband was recovering from a neck fusion surgery and was not going to be able to be cleared for travel until first week of march. Lennar pushed us anyway stating that they would keep our deposit and could cancel. While we understand the contract terms, this left a very bad taste with us. At final walk through there was paint and caulking debris throughout the house on the floor. We were told at that time that the floor would be acid washed before we closed. It was not. They eventually sent the painter in and cleaners weeks later but we had furniture in by that time so not a complete fix. The pool heater was causing the breaker to trip and we were told at final walk through that it had been corrected. After move in we discovered it was still tripping. It is almost the 1st of May and we are still trying to get that breaker replaced with Lennar service. Sloppiness of workmanship on things like paint and caulking were very obvious. This is a production builder but we have touched up several things ourselves as it looked very sloppy. ... More

The commutation was great! They answered and explained every question I had. Everyone was so helpful and the homes are beautiful!

Overall our home was good- many areas seemed rushed and involved little to no quality assurance. We had to drive very critical mistakes in our home which was a safety concern. Other issues were denied and later found were not installed correctly. Really would have been a great buy or experience, but when issues found denial was the only response or no communication. Just identify the issue and make the fix - but still working with QA and resolution team - was very dissapointed.

After contract signing, communication with Lennar was non responsive. It would take numerous call, voicemails, and texts to get a response back. Plus we were promised regular updates from the Lennar throughout construction, which we never received. Lastly, you cannot believe what you are told during contract signing. We were told our house would not be starting construction for 8 months and it would not be ready for another 18 months. After signing, the house began construction less the 2 months later and was done a year early. Best part, the only way we found out construction started was we saw a promo video for the community and not Lennar. ... More

Our Salesperson (Katie) was our advocate from the start and worked with us through every step. We felt fully supported throughout the whole process.

I ended up closing 2 days early, so I'm thinking that is the reason for not cleaning the house I bought. my furniture and household goods were in the garage for 5 weeks after that waiting for their contractors to go clean the floors where they tract the adhesive from the vinyl flooring. it was a mess all Lennar did was send a heavy set guy to take pictures of the floor, 2 weeks in a row. I finally hired a 73 year old gentleman from my church . On his hands and knees with wet rags and dawn dish soap he cleaned up most of it. I saw he was tired so gratefully I paid him $290.00 My other issue was that the landscapers never went and rolled out the sod. I also made several phone calls and submitted pictures nothing was done to resolve the issue. the sales person Alyssa was my best experience, She was very professional and curious. Our buying experience with Lennar went very well. We had visited the area but we were still living out-of-state. Our purchase in Sequim was handled all on-line. The communications were excellent especially with Lennar Title. The sale of our home in AZ closed the same day as the purchase of our new home in Sequim. The process went very smoothly. Our new home orientation had to be conducted on-line since we had not relocated yet. The new home coordinator on site in Sequim did an excellent job and she was, and continues to be, available if we have additional questions or need more information. Not the most transparent process, advertise competitive rate, yet with acceptable credit score plus incentive dollars, rate advertised was NOT secured.
