Since the beginning we had issues. First the list of things from our final walk thru were not completed and I had the biggest headache getting them done. We were never provided a blue folder which explained a lot of things like warranty and other stuff that a new homeowner should’ve known. I still cannot get a free paint from sherwin williams because I cannot register. They do not recognize my address. And my biggest problem is that we signed the contract on Black Friday and according to Lennar Black Friday special we supposed to get a large tv and surround system. No one knows anything about it, my calls and emails still unanswered. I have tried to escalate it but it’s going nowhere. No one wants to take any responsibility. Not my sales person nor his manager. Also recently I found out that my warranty requests are no longer valid because someone from Lennar said that we are living here for more than 30 days. I was not aware of that since again the blue folder was delivered to me after my 30 days occupancy. I really think that Lennar is doing this on purpose to get away from fixing things that should have been fixed before . ... More

This was the single most stressful situation of my life with next to no help from the builder/lender/title company (Lennar in all instances). My husband does not do email or anything electronically, so I had to do it in both our names. We decided the day before Thanksgiving that we wanted to buy the house. They called me and told me the initial loan application must be submitted before midnight in order for them to honor our agreed purchase price. I spent hours online trying to do that. I even received help from the Lennar Representative on property. She stayed on the phone with me until after midnight. Again, this is the night before Thanksgiving when we both should have been cooking. That was only the beginning. I was inundated with electronic paperwork coming to both me and my husband until we closed on 12/23. So for a month I did this. The biggest frustration probably was tge Docusign paperwork, which might normally be a good way to handle online paperwork, but in my case doing it for both of us it created much confusion and frustration. Each Docusign would come in each name and each one would have an access code. It was all coming to my android email that received email for both of us, so I could not tell which access code was for which document or which code was for my document or his. Several times they requested documents that were difficult to access or wouldn't download and no screenshot or picture was acceptable. Several times I went to the Lennar sales office and the nice lady there helped me. It also took her quite some time to complete the tasks and not without difficulties. At least once or twice she herself had to call the loan officer for assistance because it was so difficult. Each time, near the end of the process the loan officer would tell me if I didn't get it in by a certain time we would not close on the day we were scheduled to close. Each time I stopped whatever else I was doing to complete the documents he needed. I missed Dr. appointments, pulmonary therapy, and Holiday events with my grandchildren.When we finally thought they had everything they needed.and we were scheduled to close on 12/19, they wanted more. I was told if it wasn't submitted by 3:30 p.m we would not be able to close the next day. I hot it in before 3:30. Then I heard nothing from anyone about where are when to go for closing. No one would answer the phone after hours of course, The next morning I called the local rep from the sales office and she didn't know anything. I called the Loan officer and he wasn't available at first, then he didn't know when we would close. I called the cobtact at the Title company and she didn't know. They said maybe Tuesday, maybe Wednesday, on Christmas Eve! I told tgem wecwere not closing on Christmas Eve, we had family plans. This is Friday before Christmas on the next Thursday. We were planning to drive from Central Texas to Central Oklahoma to spend Christmas with our daughter's family and our grandson who was 1½ and we only had seen him twice. Lennar told me if we delayed the closing we would have to pay a 2%(I believe) fee for late closing. We canceled our travel plans and waited to hear when we were supposed to close. Again, no word by the end of day on Friday the 19th. Monday morning the 22nd I woke up and started calling people. Again no one knew when we would close. We were supposed to have traveled over the weekend and we still weren't sure when we would. Finally, before the end of the day someone called to tell us to come the next day, 12/23. We scheduled a time to be there and they called the next day and told us a different time. I told them we were on our way and should arrive by our appointment time and they said it was OK, we could come whenever, they had availability anytime. When we got there we were taken to a room just us and a few minutes later a Notary arrives. No one else! Not one person from Lennar showed up at our closing! The very first paper she gave us, I had questions, and the Notary said she couldn't answer any questions so I called the loan officer. I thought he might be in the same building because all of their offices were there. He informed me he works from home, (I knew that from the child and pet noises always in the background) and could not come. We were pushed and pressured to meet deadlines in order to close on the 19th, then it was delayed until 2 days before Christmas with threats of a penalty if we didnt close on that day, and not one person from Lennar could be bothered to show up. It was supposed to be a really exciting and happy day, but it was very disappointing and anticlimactic. Then the earnest money we were supposed to get back required electronic documents as well. Overall, it was a bad experience, but we need to buy properties. That’s why we got that one.

We knew going in these were mass produced homes, so our expectations were based on that. We felt a bit rushed at the final walkthrough, but would have taken more time had we known issues brought up after might not be taken care of. The house seems generally well built, but the finish work (especially panting) was poor. We spent lots of time cleaning. Save time to paint before you move in!

Jorge was our construction manager and he went above and beyond with everything.

Our experience with Lennar was excellent. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the process was smooth, and we love our new home. Highly recommend Lennar for first-time and repeat homebuyers.

I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about Lennar and I was very worried and skeptical I closed on my house on 12/29/25 and so far am very happy!

The buying experience went very smoothly. Lennar was very accommodating. The workmanship has room for improvement. Paint on flooring and cabinets. Ceiling portion left unpainted. Also heating difference between downstairs and loft area is about 10 degrees. Waiting for that to be addressed by Sobieski now. Carolyn has been very helpful in addressing issues.

Really enjoyed the experience we had working with Lennar. Everyone was great throughout the whole experience. I really enjoyed the onsite help especially from our realtor/broker. I believe her name was Amy. Wonderful service from her and would recommend her to my friends and family.

My salesman Erik was very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and honest. I really enjoy my condo, the golf and the community. Lennar has been very impressive.

I’ve had a great home buyer experience. The loan officers were great and very helpful in every way. Everything has been great, I’ve only have one issue that has arisen. My ultimate goal is this situation is to be treated fairly with the current issues dealing with, over a period of time. Thank you

We had issue with keys not working after purchase of the house.. Lennar was very responsive and helped us to reconfigure the keys

It’s was a great experience buying from Lennar. people from Lennar are polite and patient ,helpful. My second one will be from Lennar.

The buying process was great, very helpful staff, Rebecca is very knowledgeable and helpful, willing to take that extra step! Site management and their to new home owners could use some work. Follow up on issues can be slow or non existent and you feel like you’re a bother. A little TLC from the site manager would go a long way Also suggest with all the new building you have someone doing area clean up of trash at least occasionally. It’s really a mess with building materials and workers trash, food wrappers, water bottles.,,

I just moved in and the staff was the best, any issues were handled quickly. Would recommend highly.

Takes too long to get your account number to fully participate in websites

Our Real Estate agent Alley was the best. She is very professional and took care of everything. The Best. The residence was in good shape. There were a couple of very minor problems, but were taken care of immediately. We love our new home and the location. We would buy again if we didn’t already own.

We home searched several used homes in the area, but just couldn’t find the right home that didn’t need a lot of updates. Then our realtor took us to Brunswick Plantation. We worked with Ethan who showed us the model home then to the available homes of our interest to purchase. Ethan was great calling/ texting and answering all of our questions. He was friendly, readily available, knowledgeable about the homes and it was a NO pressure sales experience. My only issue was as soon as we purchased, Ethan didn’t respond to any text messages or phone calls with questions asked. Not even please refer your questions to…. He just disappeared after we signed the contract. We had our pre settlement home inspection with James. He was the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! If you don’t mind spending 2.5-3.5 hours- which I greatly appreciated- we went room to room, examined everything. He showed us how every appliance, the tankless water heater, irrigation system, HVAC and how EVERYTHING worked! He made sure every minor issue was fixed prior to settlement . I took pages of notes that were SO helpful as we are in our new home! I can’t say enough about James and hope you get him as your construction manager for home inspection. We are not new home buyers, but ALL of his information given was SO useful and appreciated ! We fell in love with our new home as soon as we saw the model home!!! We love all of the LVP floors ( and color of the floor) , the white granite countertops, the white cabinets, stainless appliances, chrome fixtures, All of the closet spaces with SO much storage available, the 2 car garage, the smart thermostat, the beautiful bathrooms and love the brightness of our home with the number of windows. They even used Sherman Williams paint and it is not a pure white but a grayish white. I don’t feel like I have to come in and paint any time soon. We are SO happy with our home! We purchased the bonus room and even though we will use it only for our guests, it adds 3 very large closets, other storage areas, a nice size bedroom, full bathroom, and family room/ game room area! Well, well worth the money!!!!! I just have a few suggestions: Include toilet paper holders Put LVP in the master suite Add more pot lights in the family room ceiling Put the HVAC system on the side of the house rather than behind the kitchen window. Even though you can’t customize anything, everything is perfect. Made for no decisions except which house to purchase. As we have been in our home, we found a few minor issues that customer care is sending workers out to repair within a few days- a very easy process!!! We highly recommend Lennar homes, and our Hamptons development. There are so many activities that are available to you with golf, the pools and the classes in the activity center. You can stay as active as you want! ... More

My experience buying a home from Lennar was extremely disappointing. The construction quality was poor, with noticeable defects and rushed workmanship throughout the house. Communication was frustrating and inconsistent, and issues we raised were either delayed or ignored. For such a major investment, the lack of attention to detail and customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing a home from this builder.

Buying a brand new house is a stressful experience, but everyone I worked with at Lennar went above and beyond to make it less stressful.

Zero quality in the build. Zero craftsmanship Multiple problems not fixed. Lennar considers everything cosmetic or within “variance” Do not buy as they will not fix items and disniss your warranty issues. .

Lennar is the worst home builder. Their sales representatives are bad and homes do not have any latest amenities.
