Very friendly and helpful

My wife and I are new to San Antonio and our salesman Jarrett was very helpful and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. Jarrett was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. He told us about the advantages of using Lennar financing versus other financial institutions such as no out of pocket expenses and lower interest rates. He also told us about military disability discounts which was a big selling point for us. Kim was our loan officer and she was also very helpful and available to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. Brenda was our person in the escrow department and she was clear and concise with the paperwork and made our closing quick and efficient. Love our new home!

Love the house and the service we have had. There are a few things going on with appliances that are pending. Other than that we are happy with our home.

Process was smooth and everything was done perfectly by the time we needed. Wonderful experience, with great people and it is a beautiful home. We couldn't be happier. Our whole experience has been great. Step by step throughout we knew what to expect and had consistent communication. The follow up on any concerns has been almost immediately. The materials and craftsmanship are fine, but this isn’t a high end home. We definitely have the value we paid for and we love our house.

I am the "go big or go home" type of person and decided to have my first home-buying experience be: building one. Lennar and their team made the process that others have told me I would dread smooth and seamless. Unlike other builders in our area, I was able to choose the colors, tiles, siding, brick, and cabinetry I wanted that were in line with the trim level I chose. The process was so fun to see the land develop from farmland to street, to the foundation, to the framework, to my home! Of course, there were some delays that some people would be upset about, but being new construction, I understand utilities and some other issues will arise. Experience has been outstanding in every way!

Knowledge and professionalism of Lennar staff from sales, loan officer who put extra hours to meet deadline for closing (this loan was not an easy task due to 5 hours time difference and special documents required for loan approval), walk through staffs and builder pre/final inspection went smoothly. Our family appreciate all the coordinations to make it happen, putting us into a newly build home we enjoy and love.

My whole experience with purchasing a home from Lennar was a great one. Everyone that I dealt with along the way was extremely helpful and attentive and I certainly would have no hesitation recommending Lennar to anyone who asked me. Thank you.

Worked with Klarissa and she answered all questions and made home buying process easy. I would ask for her, if you are buying a home at Willow Springs, Murrieta. It makes a huge difference to work with someone who is trustworthy, diligent, and truly seems to enjoy helping people. She is quick to respond to any inquiries and takes initiative to make sure the closing process is easy. She follows up, if something is missing. I also spoke with her supervisor Matt and he also does his very best to help resolve any issues. No problems with the home so far and I am certain that if we ever have an issue, it will be resolved. I recently moved in my new Lennar home and it was a very simple process! I was kept informed and they have a real system for customers to easily buy their home. Jimmy has been a great help following up on minor issues!

Very satisfying experience so far. Workmanship seems very good and getting a few items straightened out has went well. After 2 months things are going well and very satisfied. Good value on the price of townhome.

From the moment we put our deposit down the communication with with the sales office, Eileen and the loan process everything was fantastic. The price for the home was very fair.

Lennar in IN is a world of difference from Soflo. They maintained a list and addressed all of our concerns prior to the final walkthrough which was a 180 from our Florida experience. Everyonewas exremely helpful, and nice, and knowledgeable. We did not have to mention the same things multiple times, and we didn't have to negotiate to get things done. Very good product in IN.

Lennar is amazing. We purchased our 2nd home recently and though there have been some repairs/replacements needed, Lennar has responded fast and efficiently. Love our home!!!
