Still waiting on resolution of many issues with the builder. Electrical, appliances, painting and gutters need to be addressed.

The reasons for low review score is as follows. I had to point out that my shutters were not put on. They tried to tell me that my house didn't come with them on that window. Fence work is not good at all, huge gaps under fence. Had to ask to have a 2x4 removed from roof then they didn't even clean up debris when removed. They tell me they are working on garage issue but nothing is ever done. I had to go to post office to get mail delivery issue fixed myself. I'm finding lumps under carpet where either it's a nail or floor was cleaned properly before installation. I do not see any oversight happening on craftsmanship from a job supper or anything like that here at all. I expected better for price payed. ... More

Construction began 9/9/21 moved into incomplete unfinished home 8/15/22 with assurances that quality control issues would be completed in a timely manner. Communication as to expectations has been none to weak today is 9/27/22 still have no bathroom mirrors or glass for an example. Stay calm be patient.

Lennar makes the home buying experience easy. However, after moving in to my new home, I discovered that it seems like hired contactors do not pay attention to details. Poor paint job....drips everywhere.

We’ve only been here a short time but so far we like the experience. The best thing about the community are the neighbors. We all want to enjoy our time here and everyone is trying to make that happen. Not much is open yet, but the community garden has been a great experience. We’re looking forward to the clubhouse being completed and activities set up. We’ve had some issues with our house, such as cracked sidewalks, sloppy workmanship, and “smart” technology, but hopefully those things will be corrected. Communication with management is an issue as well.

The experience wasn’t bad could’ve been better some of them could’ve been the shortage of materials some of the craftsmanship on the lower cost house seems like they went the cheapest way

It is what it is, but the build quality is barely good. The walk through I had some issues that were not addressed. It's a cheap tract home I get it, My concerns were only cosmetic, but you can tell the GC doesn't look after the workers and it shows.

Moving into your first home is supposed to be a great experience.A month in sewage backing up into showers ,kitchen ceiling is leaking and causing damage to kitchen.Doors either only shut with force,won't stay closed or can be opened from outside even when its locked.For a week or 2 I slept with my children at my parents because of the door that could be opened from outside while in locked position.I know new home will have issues but this is ridiculous.I report and told will continue to bug the individual that can take care of it.I don't see it as bugging when my hard earned money goes into this home,a place for my kids to lay their head,I call it a dwelling can't call it home because we were rushed to close just to be living in it and areas taped off for repairs .Just not what was expected and if I could turn back hands of time. ... sales personnel are great. construction management is horrible

Andy, our sales person, was great. We felt at ease with him during this purchase. We were disappointed when he was moved to another neighborhood because we felt we'd be out of sight and out of mind when it came to questions during the build. Andy still communicated with us regularly and advocated for us , even remotely. Unfortunately the person responsible for our build wasn't as good. He answered our requests and questions with answers he was unable or unauthorized to do. If we asked "can you do this...?" in our house, he'd say yes, then it wouldn't happen. When we continued to ask for updates he stopped answering texts, emails and phone calls. We learned later that he could not deliver on those promises. He's evidently no longer with Lennar. There are some significant quality of worksmanship issues. Drywall is nowhere near smooth, screws were showing in drywall (not "pops" - screwheads were visible), paint was not good enough- it looked like the paint was watered down in some places where the drywall was still visible. It was mostly just the trim and finish that should have been much better. All of the functions work fine. No electrical, plumbing, or structural issues. ... More

Family and I chose Lennar due to the growing presence in the SA community. We love our first home, but regardless of being a first time owner or subsequent owner the overall quality of the home is worrisome. From nails in the window frames to missing caulking throughout the home, the house was painted wrong then repainted the correct color with lack of attention to detail, frame can be seen outlined through the sheet rock, slanted window, and nearly every door frame was installed by the world heaviest hammer (broken sheet rock). It’s either move in and get things fixed post closing or don’t move in and lose out on great financing. The only thing that makes up for the lack of craftsmanship were the people who directly work with you. Whether it be the customer care representative who has been there every step of the way, or the construction manager who made sure to point out what flaws were present before the blue tape walk through - taking ownership to handle some of the issues before I could even see them. The mortgage financing team and sales associate were just as awesome. We still have issues to address throughout the home but the reassuring approach from all representatives let us breathe a little and get acclimated to the home. Hoping when we move from this one (potentially using Lennar again) we can have better craftsmanship experience. ... More

They hurry you into closing by putting same date of delivery and closing. The quality of work has degraded.

Bad finishing and house doesn’t feel like cleaned. Windows are dirty and issues regarding finishing all over.

I can’t say enough good things about our sales associate James and mortgage associate Chris absolutely great. House quality is good, not great, but good. I say only good because some items such as appliances and plumbing fixtures are downright cheap and of poor quality. Service after the sale is unacceptable. I reported problems on Feb 28 and no word on scheduling repairs and it’s now Apr 6. Stainless steel kitchen sink has rust stains after one week and Lennar won’t replace, they say it’s my fault. All in all I’m happy with my purchase, but there is MUCH need for improvement in customer care after the sale. ... More

My experience was not the best of all, I do not want to make any further comments.

We love the neighborhood, trails and play area. The house is okay, but it does lack quality. Several issues since move in and they are slow to get things resolved. Our customer service rep is nice but all around there is major lack of communication. Otherwise we love the home and floorplan, just wish quality was better.

It’s a beautiful home…but builder’s attention to detail towards quality vs quantity, a lot to be said Missed a lot a details that stick out now…spend to much time trying to fix details afterwards…

Lennar offered great designs, indeed beautiful houses, but not really impressed with details. From cleanliness to items not ready @ delivery, to customer support, many items were left unplug, uninstalled, open access to controls, lack of explanation on upgrades, the list is long. In my experience, there was lack of communication, customers deserve RESPECT for our commitment to our biggest investments of our lives, please DO BETTER for future home owners. Despite all complaints, I still love Tavola and my home elevation.

I have a good experience with Lennar , they have a good customer service.my new house foundation is well done .the house is so energy efficient but so expensive on the current market

They did not meet move in dates. Walk thrus we’re a waste of time as nothing was completed. Now that we are here we sent in a list of repairs two weeks ago and have not heard from them. Not sure what the procedure is but two weeks and more is unacceptable. Joey in sales was very nice and did a great job. Waiting till all is done and we can start to enjoy our home.

Homes are nicely designed, making good use of the little space. But home is not still complete with issues waiting to be fixed after 3 months.

Difficult getting a hold of anyone. Dealing with multiple people to get items fixed

First time buying a home, wish I knew what to look for before signing off, lesson learned.

Overall good buying experience for us.

Nice layout however finishes are low end and workmanship was marginal
