People are great and helpful but the time line they are given to build is causing a quantity over quality situation putting unnecessary pressure on the workers that are doing the work

we had some question for the contractor , emailed twice but no response.

We love the space, and location the agent was great the guys that we have worked with are super helpful....but cheap paint, cheap fixtures, the granite turns dark green to black has chips in it. Faucets spit, toilets don’t flush properly, paintwork on trim peeling.

Our sales rep Vivian was excellent. She was informative of the process and responsive with any and all questions. Jamal our managing rep however was the polar opposite. It started with no showing me on my initial walk through and having someone arrive an hr late to cover for him. Final touch requests weren't completed or done haphazardly (paint, etc.). I still have a broken rack installed in my linen closet I requested to be changed out in early December still sitting broken. In talking with my new neighbors, they have had similar follow up experiences. Pretty underwhelming.

Please have someone from customer service contact us, we have been struggling with fixing the open items. We have had our replacement cabinets on order for 4 plus months. We have a leaky faucet that has been reported 5 times or more. Need an important person to contact us. Our out side electrical panel needs replaced. All items reported since original report.

The purchase of my home from Lennar on the beginning was great. Lennar’s agent Tina was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the home and what was included. Dealing with the construction ma abet Matt was also great during the building process. We were delayed in closing and he kept us informed on the delays. I have now been in the house for four months with things still left from the original walk through on closing the response time in getting things repaired is unacceptable there is no communication between the department and us and one point contractors just showed up to the house at 8am. They have tried repairing the stucco on the house 3 times and still looks horrible. I realize this is not Lennar’s teams but they need to hold their contractors responsible. I still have open issues, its small repair stuff but never got addressed.

Too many problems in the home and long wait period to get them fixed.

Styrofoam used on exterior … appliances installed way too tight pulling away at cabinets…

Who ever the architects were they never owned a home. Appliances are cheap for the price you pay for the home. I have issues with my driveway. It’s a cheap pour. I’ve brought it up I’ve received nothing but crickets.

Lennar Loans are horrible. Rates differ from buyer to buyer. The incentives towards closing cost gets adjusted so that they won’t give back any money towards down payments. Unit with higher cost might pay less emi compared to the units with low cost at same interest rates. First time home buyer be careful of these traps. Constructions wise things are good.

Lennar really dropped the ball on Phase 2. Quality of everything was lowered yet the price increased. Phase 1 had GE Monogram appliances, open rail staircase, finished garage walls, tile roofs and the same was expected of Phase 2 considering the price increase, yet Lennar closed off the staircase, switched to Frigidaire appliances, and unfinished garage walls and asphalt shingle roof. Higher end finishes were also shown online but none of these were included in the home. Noticed many work that was unfinished after moving in. Good thing we have the warranty for a year, but you would think for the price point that you would get a quality home. ... More

There is no changing anything, very thankful I was able to purchase my own home but hindsight maybe I should of looked around first. Garage door cracked while trying to install a security lock, inside of the drywall facing windows had to be repaired before blinds could be added. was told I would receive 1 tree in the front and two in the back just to find out others were told the same but the two in the back would not happen even with emails and text correspondence. now I'm coming up on week three waiting on the HOA to give the permission. no faucet on the backside of the house of which I forgot to look for and no outlets down one complete side in the garage. The sod that was used is smack full of weeds, the sod I bought outside of what was provided has little to none. ... More

I paid a good price for this home but I see many of the materials us3d to construct my home are poor or low quality that will not last more than 4 to 5 years like the exterior siding made out of compressed wood not cement hardy bia4ds. I also see loopholes to avoid some warranty repairs like trees that died 2 weeks after purchase date etc. Overall, good price but I will not buy a lennar home again. Thank you for the survey

Lennar has cut multiple corners in quality. They have done an abysmal job in leveling the lawn. The house finishing has multiple rough finishes. They have door a very poor job in closing out the gaps inside and outside the house. I would expect a lot more if I am paying more than 600k for a house.

I looked at home. The price was 403K there was some fraud found on my credit report, so I had to take care of that took me about 2 to 3 weeks to take care of my credit report called my agent again and wanted to put an offer on the same house. Within that period of time same house was $10,000 more Lennar Holmes have no sympathy on people like me who had credit compromised and found out by accident

Ceiling and wall visible taping many settlement cracks.appliances cheap..oven lower drawer falls out..1 day microwave installed bad had to have company fix. 1st floor so cold.air coming into room from electrical switch and outlets along west wall.envolpe compromise 2nd floor bedroom floor cold over garage also spare room over front door cold. Wam bam get you in construction. Heat comes on every 5 minutes due to first floor so cold along west wall had to purchase humidifier but can't keep up humidity do to furnace keeps running drying out house humidifier good for 2400sq ft.

I will tell you that you are awful with keeping people updated and aware of what is going on. I will say that I had to call 2 to three times to get answers on most of my questions. I think you should have told me more about the running of Lennar and veranda preserves. I am happy with the moved but not thrilled with the organizations. Quality wise, defects everywhere, aesthetics and appliances, very different from the model home that entice you to buy. Customer care responds fast but after that the process of making things done/ fixed takes ages, I believe this is all experienced by most of homebuyers of Lennar sad to say.

Have several issues with the grass the Lennar Company tells me that I need to call the grass Company but I purchased the house from Lennar not for the grass Company also have other issues that they haven’t help me I think personally they don’t care

Came to colonial Heritage, probably higher expectations than I should have. Lennar was portrayed during the sales portion as a quality builder unfortunately, those expectations haven’t been met. I would have expected better than below average workmanship, which is unfortunately what we got.

Purchase this model only for because of the layout and having my mom close. Excellent floor plan. Quality of work and materials used could be better. Compromise only for floorplan layout and lot size.

I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in the quality of materials and labor . I bought this Townhome because' Lennar' was the builder. Ryan Homes has comparable prices and locations but I chose this because Lennar had such a good name in the building industry. My other home here in FL was not a Lennar but my dad's home, built 2003, is Lennar and the quality of his home is excellent, I would NOT recommend Lennar to anyone these days. They do not build anything. They sub it all out and the contractors get paid for the job, not the quality of the work. -- Granite countertop seems are very obvious. -- Cheapest CERAMIC tile you can buy .. but when I asked b4 i bought, they weren't sure if it was porcelain or not. -- Shower rod fell during first shower. -- Kitchen corner cabinets have no top so grease and dirt fall to the base of it .. they should have put no bottom then, at least it would be able to be cleaned.. etc, etc. Just cheap materials used , lazy contractors, every corner cut to save a dollar ... ...
