Great company! We have two houses from Lennar .

This was, hands down the best home buying experience I've ever had. First off, I had very few issues. The quality and care is a cut above the home building industries. The builder is either on top of problems before they get to you, or they have somehow attracted the best workers. Lennar is super organized with answers to questions you didn't know you'd have available at your fingertips. They have reasonable prices without choosing cheap materials. I would absolutely buy Lennar again in the future.

The home was nearly complete when we chose to purchase. At that point we received links to progress along the way, contacts for any questions we might have. The house was completed in a very timely manner with only a few minor findings in the walk through and these were all taken care of quickly. All the people were friendly and helpful the entire way. The community is well planned and has good curb appeal.

We were very surprised how lovely and gorgeous the home design turned out. We are very happy with our purchase. The whole process was pleasant and very professional. We will definitely buy Lennar homes again.

Try to contac Lennar mortgage they were so respectful and humild sincere and trustworthy. When another places mortgages said not , they said yess” . I had dream house , make real just the rest is work hard and work hard. Thank you Lennar to trust me and I trust you.

This is my second home that I have built with Lennar. The houses they build are built well and to code. This house will last me the rest of my life and will be past down to my children. The experience of being able to see my house being built from the ground up was an amazing experience and the crews who built it know their jobs and do it well. I would highly recommend Lennar to anyone and everyone. Every contact that I had through the process from Lennar rep, to the job foreman to the crew were wonderful to work with. From the showing of the home to the completion of the buying experience, everything was smooth. We were in a crunch for time and we were able to agree on a great price and close in 2 weeks. Afterward, some minor items have arisen and been addressed quickly.

Very pleased with the entire experience. Dina was always very helpful. Impressed with the overall quality of the unit and the entire process.

The process from first look to final move-in was seamless. The salesperson, was very attentive to our needs and made reasonable recommendations. The quality of our new is outstanding, what was optional features in most of the other homes we looked at were standard features for Lennar. The builders team from sales, financial to final inspection was over and beyond out expectations. Heather was very attentive to what we were looking for and even helped us get more value for our money. Chesera was very efficient, and quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns through during the financing process Previous experiences required that we complete a pre closing walk though inspection to identify all the flaws we noticed and allow up to ten days for the builder to correct the flaws. Brian had already pre inspected our home prior to our New Home Orientation minimizing any corrections that needed to be completed, which even allowed us to move up close date. Purchasing our new Lennar home went smooth and the communication between Nate@Idahorooted.com and the Lennar sales representative was fantastic. Cristina (our Lennar Home rep.) has also been great when following up on a couple punch list items.
