Broken patio door lock ifentified 6 weeks ago. No action. Issuess with front door lock and latch. No action. Air leaks everywhere. Cracking of plaster in bathroom

The home is beautiful but the amount of punch list items that we had at closing were unacceptable. From poor workmanship and a filthy home to unfinished kitchen cabinets, we have worked way to hard on getting our home right. And btw-it's still not. As hard as home warranty team tries to service us, the list is so overwhelming that they are swamped.

Please do not EVER purchase a home with Lennar, the customer service is awful. They do no reply to request. The home are rushed and have so many errors. The materials are cheap and the quality of the home is poor. Im looking to sale my home ASAP and build elsewhere with another builder.

Overall we're happy with our Lennar home at roughly 2 months of living in it. Quality of the finish work leaves a lot to be desired though. Lots of little things that are somewhat hard to catch during inspections that need repaired or replaced. If you can avoid closing until every little thing is fixed do it, much easier to get it fixed before you close.

Buying the home is the easy process, but once you are getting ready to close it's a rush rush process. You go through your walkthrough and point out items that need to be fixed prior to closing. You get to your final walkthrough and home isn't ready, but you are promised that by the time of closing all will be taken care of, NOT TRUE. You move in and repairs are promised, you are bounced around from one person to another to get no where, and you are inconvenienced by the mess and the delays. 1.5 month in the home and repairs are still not complete.

Absolute horrible experience from beginning with our sales person to the very end. They have no ethics and do not follow true building codes. Sakes people tell you lies, the floor plan is 3rd grade pictures, craftsmanship of the house is beyond low grade, project managers aren’t even licensed builders which is why so many issues occur. No follow up from top to bottom. I closed in September and have 3 page punch list that has taken forever. I’ve had to have outside vendors come in. 48 outlets on 2 breakers isn’t even electrical code despite them trying to convince you it is. I can go on forever with all of the issues that have and are occurring. Lennar doesn’t care so avoid buying a Lennar home. The whole process was very easy.

Initial Real estate person, Suzy, was incredible! Knowledgeable and helpful in every way -- very patient and personable. Second/third real estate person, Patti, was just as kind and helpful -- always pleasant and great at solving monumental "problems". Ozzie is simply the best! Can't give him enough Kudos -- always helpful and willing. Whole buying experience was "a piece of cake"!

The home was poorly finished. Lennar massively delayed completion, cut corners on construction quality to try to force completion, and skimped on promised appliances and fixtures. I am repeat buyer from Lennar, but my experience was so poor this time that I will not buy another home from Lennar and advice friends against it as well.

Be sure everything is exactly as you want it. Once you close on yours home they are not so Really available! They do respond eventually, Just not as quickly.

First, the pros: 1. We love our house. The floor plan and lot size are perfect for our family. The interior color palette options are all very tasteful and cohesive. 2. We were primarily in contact with Marc and Ryan throughout the home-buying process. We really enjoyed working with them! They are both incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Cons: 1. After we selected our homesite but before we paid our deposit, Lennar opened it back up for bid. Although all was well and we ended up with our homesite, it was a little frustrating though attributed to miscommunication. 2. Horrible experience, will not recommend anyone to buy a Lennar home. Pressure their client’s to close on homes that are not finished and getting them to do any repairs is a hassle.

Overall the house was well built. I found some imperfections in the details to which I got a response of “within the tolerance” or “built to code”. My biggest disappointment is not getting a stoop. I have a cover, but, the stairs were an afterthought because the designers didn’t contemplate the elevation. They go all the way to the front door unlike the vast majority of the homes in neighborhood. I like the included security elements that made me feel safe from the moment I moved in. Despite the imperfections, I am very happy with my new home.

If anything can go wrong, it will. No water, no heat on the coldest days so far. No heat in the dryer because of a faulty wiring. Now no tv because of the same thing. Now the blinds in the living room will not stay up. I am about ready to put this place up for sale.

Once the house was turned over to us, it was hard to get warranties done

The wait time was long but worth it! We love our home!!! Our loan processors with Lennar Mortgage were AWESOME!!!

I did not enjoy doing everything online. My phone calls were not always returned in a timely manner. The builders left sticky stuff on the floors, the paint lines aren’t very straight, the quality of the paint is terrible although a beautiful color. The interior doors and cabinets are trash, the finish is peeling off them on the edges. The dampers weren’t put in, so our downstairs stayed cold and upstairs stayed hot until that was repaired. The sliding door frame was left a mess with concrete mud or something all over it. The garage is too small for anything other than a compact vehicle and I drive an SUV. There is no room for visitor parking because all the people who live near it use the spaces. And the outside water meter lid won’t stay in place, it keeps falling into the hole. Pay for HOA that we were told would take care of the outside of the home but we get emails about winterizing. ... More

The home buying experience has been an interesting one to say the least. I have owned a home prior but not a new home so the steps involved with the new construction process when I moved in has been different. Lennar has contacted me about all of my service / work orders. The issues I seem to be having are because of issues that are not Lennar specific but more of the contacted work. Lennar has been responsive and let me know who I need to call to get things corrected or had that company contact me.

Issue started from Day 1 after closing and response from Leenar is unimaginable, till date its not yet closed. Very bad build quality, lot of issue construction with electrical material quality

Eldy was very helpful from day 1, worked with us all the way through and was always a great resource when we needed him, would love to work with him again. Ryan S. was amazing as well, loved working with those 2 gentleman. The house has been great so far, I only wish our floorplan was offered with an island.

I really like the floor plan (Splendor) but did not get the elevation I wanted (really wanted a front porch). The premium lot is awesome, over looking the conservation area to the west (great sunsets). Sales personnel was good to work with and the construction of the house is very good. The closing was very efficient and the walk thru process was also efficient. Training and description of the technology in the house was very poor (I'm still learning about the technical items available in the house). When I closed I signed off on a list of items not complete or not completed properly. It's now January 2023 and not all the items have been addressed. I do understand that it was Lennar's end of fiscal year and also the holiday's but they could be a bit more efficient on getting these items complete. ... More
