The house is nice but you won't have internet access for an extended period of time. Verizon blames the developer who blames the contractor who blames Verizon. There is no communication among the 3 of them, except to pass the buck.

The quality of the framing and finish leaves much to be desired. The second-floor creaks, and the plywood on the second floor isn't laid in a staggered pattern. The ceilings aren't even because the builders didn't level the trusses before installing the drywall. Buyers aren't given a blue tape inspection before closing where they could point out deficiencies. So, we have to live in the house and wait for them to fix these issues under warranty, if that even happens.

First disappointment is that I wasn’t made aware of the promotions going on at the time I went to visit the community. property I tried to talked them into transferring my deposit to one of the models on promotion but got denied. Moving day came, it was a hot weekend and AC wasn’t working at all. Made an emergency call to have it checked. Found the AC had faulty wiring, 2 nights without AC. BTW, filter was also filthy and customer service did replaced it but it took 6 weeks. Garage, patio and porch are still looking filthy with discoloration. The finance people, and sales person was awesome. The concierge person seemed a bit unorganized or lost. Wasn't told to switch sprinklers and ended up with a water bill of $2,000. Many blue tape items were not addressed.

This is my 2nd Lennar home and it does not measure up to my previous experience. I paid more for my current home and received less perks. The construction was also rushed and I have been experiencing problems. Granted the Customer Service team is quick to reply, I am just not excited when I find additional issues to report.

Overall, I had a good experience with Lennar. However, I felt like I was just a number. This was also my first time ever purchasing a home. So nothing felt personable or anything. Because Lennar is such a large builder and they have so many clients, I felt like a a dollar sign to them. Don’t rush into the purchase. Know the HOA rules before committing to the purchase. Example. Trash can screen was required for home without garage but was not told that by the realtor or sales rep. The screen costs an additional $500.

I think the sales agent was nice but the process which I’m sure is trained feels rushed and forced. You are not allowed to review documents. It’s sign and make a down payment. Will not be my last purchase but will definitely use a realtor or attorney going forward. Same thing for ky walk thru. Never got to noir or green tape so refused to sign for the walk thru. 2nd round although I taped half the tape was still up and not touched up. Overall I’m still happy with my purchase.

The house was done on time and the transition through inspection and closing was smooth. Clean up around the house was terrible as trash and building materials were left laying around the house. The back patio was covered in nails and other debris that was just left. The people we worked with were great, but could have put more focus on giving us a clean and pet/family friendly yard.

Lennar's mortgage process was very chaotic but the representatives were always trying to help. We experienced changing contacts throughout the process which made it difficult to know where we were in the application & approval process. As far as quality, flooring was installed poorly; has squeaks and damaged boards. Have painting residue on woodwork. Found black mold under insulation in basement which they have remediated. For the money paid, we expected better quality.

Very poor communication from the sellers. The materials used for construction look and feel low quality. They should improve the materials they use. The complex does not have lighting, for the safety of the community this is something they should take into consideration.

First, I never saw my sales rep and in my opinion it just felt like and we were treated like we were just another sale for him (his name is Michael). he wasn’t even there when it was the day to get the keys.. so we actually never saw him except for briefly when touring the homes. I don’t think that’s a great first time home buyers experience to not have established a good relationship with your sales rep and have them not be present for anything. Plans showed a long main bath counter but came w a small one. Lennar made no effort to correct the mistake, except told me they would let me back out of the contract without fault. They claim it was a marketing mistake. Then they continued to show the incorrect plan for the new home. It was very disappointing during a time that was supposed to be exciting. Lennar Mortgage was great though. And it’s a home I could actually afford, so I can’t complain too much.

Our sales experience was really a horrid experience. We had originally walked away from everything as the lady we dealt with was unbelievably rude to our realtor and would get loud and talk over you CONSTANTLY. We loved the location of the home, floorplan and neighborhood and with the promos still decided to go with Lennar. My home buying experience was traumatic and stressful. I’m told by other home buyers that that’s just the way it is. I don’t see why. We recently closed on a single family home. The closing process was all one way. The builder set the schedule and we had to live with it. Living in another state required us to cancel flights and reboot them as their schedule changed.
