It was a good experience.

Terrible. Have not been fixed. Nothing. No response.

Communication from Dale in sales was poor. We were promised a weekly status call with the construction manager and received exactly one in six months. Our salesperson was always out of the office so responses were slow. The construction manager usually got back to us quickly. Lennar Mortgage was difficult to work with as well. We received rate quotes and then when we tried to accept them, they changed and acted like the rates never existed. Though we were promised $4500, they used $1000 to buy down the rate without telling us. The overall quality was average. Many studs were bowed and twisted. The yard was left with much construction debris under and in the grass. The painting was excellent. The included smart home kit is excellent and well-packaged. My buying experience with The Lennar Team was very good. All questions and concerns were answered in a timely fashion. I love the floor plan in my home and what other builders include as optional are standard in a Lennar home and for those reasons, I purchased my home. Other than blinds and ceiling fans, there’s nothing that needs to be added. I definitely suggest purchasing a Lennar house..

Paint and clean up was awful for a new construction home. This is my first and last Lennar home.

Overall very bad experience!!! I never ever recommend to anyone to buy Lennar Home and whole team is sucks! They play lot of Gimmick to buyer. Worse Sales Team , always delay in response and then same word every time " sorry" , I forgot! Mortage Team is same and be like , I don't care. If you have q's!

The design is great. However, the lack of a thorough inspection by Lennar construction team and/or contractors have masked a lot of obvious issues. HVAC room not sealed properly, gaps in door framing, lumps in carpet, nails sticking out, uneven tiles, to name a few.

Bathroom faucet is not strong enough, landscape not well done, it retains water and have killed the grass

Lazy and did the bare minimum when it came to supervision of subcontractors. It definitely shows in the final product. Quality and schedule both suffered. The quality is a C- at best and the schedule was non existent. Lennars best quality is the community that’s all, as far as a builder the peopl from start to finish do no justice for the brand. I would not recommend

Cheap homes from appliances to build quality not worth 400k

The experience went well for the most part. Our first point of contact (POC), Nicole, was OUTSTANDING! She was friendly, personable, attentive and resourceful. She communicated with us at every turn. Megan, our finance POC was also on point. She was resourceful, quick and responsive. Not giving 5 stars across is due to the condition of the home and the responsiveness to our requests/communications. Jarred, our POC for construction issues, was great only once. Getting a hold of him has always been a problem. We had a number of issues that needed attention. Most were handled quickly but not all. Voicemails and emails to get updated went unanswered...not what professionals want from other professionals. At this moment in time we have not been assured that all issues were corrected and we're 2 months out/past from closing. ... More

Do not recommend buying homes from Lennar ever. The home is fine, and we enjoy it compared to paying considerable amount of money to rental agencies, and we had to do a lot of work to our home after we purchased, in order for it to feel livable. The process of buying a home with Lennar was 0 out of 5 stars. We almost didn’t go through with the buying based on the communication and lack of willingness to fix issues with the home prior to close. We were so frustrated we were willing to lose our 3k deposit. If you do happen to buy a Lennar home, know that you will like your home as long as you invest your own energy into making it better. 100% get your own inspection done and be thorough. Give yourself a good 30-60 extra days before closing so you don’t get stuck with all the builders mistakes. And be prepared to spend extra out of pocket to upgrade the home or fix things they won’t fix because they’re not compassionate humans, and they work for a corporation that doesn’t allow them to admit fault anywhere. The dialogue is very bad, when you want to clarify doubts, especially for a foreigner, you do not have a clear interlocutor. Nobody takes charge, you have to go to third parties to help you. The electronic means provided for communication do not work. Many interact and finally no one clears up your doubts.

Bad quality construction, cheap products. Lennar has very customer service and zero post-sale commitment. There is no SLA for the resolution of the issues. Uneven flooring, lousy painting, cracks on the walls.

Fred along with Lennar Mortgage made the experience great through the hole. I was on contract. Hats off to construction as well.

Workmanship was much below expectations

My spouse purchased a home in the 70s and subsequently we purchased an additional 3 homes. This is by far the worst experience I have seen with this home builder. The homes built in 2013/4 in local area were a much better home. The materials used within the home I would consider substandard and/or meets the bare minimum housing requirements by law. After moving in found many things that could have made the home and builders more successful.

How many calls you need to make to get a faucet fix in your NEW house? Mr CEO please answer.

Moved into my house with a gas oven but my house was built for electric. Construction manager k ew about it during my walk and guaranteed it wld be replaced by move in day.....didn't happen. My realtor and I called every number for Lennar we could find to get the situation resolved before Christmas dinner. Took three days to finally get it. Customer service was horrible. Can't believe that happened. Manager knew about my issue and stilll went on vacation with his family k owing I had no oven. Ridiculous
