Since we closed we had major plumbing issues and our dishwasher broke the other day. We have lived here for 1 month. I don’t t trust Lennar workmanship at all after hearing neighbors issues and online reviews on Lennar homes. I have anxiety living in a Lennar home due to poor warranty time frames and craftsmanship on the home. The price was ok I don’t think this home was worth $265,000 but we had to move so we took it. I do love the elementary school and amenities. It’s a beautiful neighborhood I’m just very confused on how small the streets are. It’s made for one vehicle at a time if someone is parked on the street. I don’t trust any issues regardless of warranty being fixed the correct way. I also had a horrible experience with Justin as my loan officer to finance the house. He was not doing his job at all. Justin dropped the ball too many times. I hope they build the second pool near Timber Point Dr. So we can use it. This community is too big for just one pool at the community center. Again, my anxiety is high closing on a NEW Lennar home because of the issues that were a problem prior to closing and now since we closed the issues we have experienced. ... More

This review is like A Tale of Two Cities. It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. The sales, purchasing, financing, closing and everything else that dealt this the finance/management/updates was fantastic. Everything to do with the construction, construction management, and resolving issues on site was absolutely horrible. The craftsmanship was horrible. It feels like the home was put together over a weekend. The flooring, cabinetry, dry wall, and painting were all done in such a rush and there are still countless issues that still haven't been resolved. Appliances weren't tested. Jennifer was fantastic. Always there to help us. She advocated on our behalf more than once. We had a terrible experience with the dishwasher. It never worked properly and had to finally 6 weeks later be replaced. I felt Rich did not help as much as he should have. I did not want to blow up before I got the result I needed. Customer Care was not very helpful

I went in to this experience with Lennar with an open mind even though I read many bad reviews. In the beginning it was good and everything was progressing nicely. Then it hit dates changed multiple times which led to us being homeless for some time. Then we finally closed and it was evident that there was no detail to attention but we were promised it would be taken care quickly. Now two months in and I believe I have set the record for warranty ticket which the majority of them are not resolved. In short I will never but another Lennar home if I have a choice.

This is a very good experience to buy a new home with Lenner, the sale person and mortgage officer Wes helpful and knowledgeable, it makes the whole process very smooth and easy. Lenner is quite a reputable company and responsible for all the mistakes they made very reasonable. Stephen

My home was delivered to me 5/almost 6 months late based on the initial expected completion date. Original completion date was mid May and the home actually was completed at the end of October. This has caused several issues for myself, I had to bring in my own cleaning services because paint marks were left on the floors and cabinets throughout the house. When completion dates would get changed no one would notify me and when I would ask why it is getting delayed, I wouldn't get answers for days at a time.

Quality of workmanship and materials are very poor. After an initial evaluation of the home, issues were notified ahead of time. The builder manager agreed to solve the issues and by surprise, the manager changed the mind and didn’t complete any updates as requested. After spending several thousands, I had to close with many defects in the home. Lennar didn’t complete the initial walkthrough issues identified and after two months of the closing, they haven’t fixed all issues. Also, more issues have been identified with several tiles issues (hallow tiles/different shades through the home and now Lennar can’t find the right tiles to fix the issues. ... More

I was able to complete this purchase without taking much time off of work as possible and I was always confident in my purchase because this is the second home I’ve purchased from them. Top notch quality and labor as I inspected the house weekly and customer service that can’t be Beat. You’ll find your forever home here

More communication from realer and builder would be helpful

I guess the house is nice. A bit overpriced for the quality of the workmanship. Responsiveness post closing has been very lackluster.

The appliances could have been better. The dishwasher was billed as stainless steel but is plastic inside. I had to deal with problems like cracked tiles that were grouted in even tho cracked, a dead tree in front and setting up the security by myself. Spectrum was the worst. After 3 appointments a troubleshooter was sent and all was done.

Very easy to deal with Lennar

Over all very good experience. Face to face communication with Derek and Ryan were great. We love our new home. I only marked down one start for quality as there have been a number of items that needed repaire after move in that were missed on initial walk through. Tho this was my first time buying a build home and I had it Inspected by a third party there were still things we didn't find until moving in and to that, so far, all the corrections have been done well without issue. Lennar keeps their end when it comes to the warranty.

Our experience with Lennar was excellent from the initial contact, very transparent. Definitely I will recommend Lennar Homes and Lennar Mortgage to anyone they made our dream come true, thank you.

My experience was very bad. It started with the first walk-through. I identify some stuff. The second walk-through identified some stuff. It is now been 45 days in the items that I identified to be fixed is still not fixed. Follow up from all of the above is very, very poor. I asked for a price adjustment paid 15,000 more for the same home that sold across the street. overall a very bad experience.

I have never seen a brand new construction home that any of my family or friends bought with as many things that requires repair and workmanship on almost everything is like a first time DIYer. The problems found from our Walkthrough at closings 10/19 have not yet completed 12/6. We moved in 3 weeks after the closing to give them time to finish all the things. NEVER GOT DONE. PROMISES ARE IN PLACE. Will see what happens. The house was not cleaned by a professional cleaner. we got the keys with dusty floor, walls, kitchen with broken cabinets, bathrooms/laundry with tiles that show haze of grout and actual grout spots on it. - The grout was cleaned out a bit but still doesn't look professional. The place was cleaned by cleaning professional who also mentioned that the trims were painted with dust on top and she obviously can't remove them. This didn't happen in one room but all. mainly the 2nd floor. Many problems are still there. Too many things to list. BTW, this is what they hope for that the home owners will finally get tired and stop complaining. NOT ME. Btw, every time I asked them something wasn't working, they said don't worry, will SWAP it out of a different house. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE HOME OWNER OF THAT HOUSE? Let me guess, they get stuck if they don't notice the problem like we did. We did NOT PAY 700K to babysit the work that was supposed to be done by your site manager. I have been promised that they'll take care of most of the work. Which I know is a lot of small work. I will believe it when I see it done professionally. The site manager seemed to never cared for the work. Hence, the home owners are paying for it. I will gladly update the review if they take care of the problems. ... More

Very poor quality Lot of missing things during the final walk issues are getting fixed only after so many follow ups Promising that everything will be resolved before final walk. But there were lots of missing and left overs during my closing time. I was in a worst mood when closing the house.

They screwed up one of the key features in our home, offered a small discount instead of fixing their mistake. Lennar was supposed to contact us throughout the process to be apart of different phases. Never happened. Several things were half completed when we moved in or not even installed. Won’t be recommending to anyone I know.

The appliances, minus the extra cheap washer and dryer, are top notch. Putting a $200 crappy washer in a million dollar home is just insulting. At least give the buyer an option to upgrade. Overall, the flooring was put in straight, I've seen worse grout jobs. We really have no major complaints at all so far. Lennar is definitely overpriced for a very basic house, but we liked the space and the neighborhood. They gave us a great interest rate deal at a time when rates were skyrocketing. So zero complaints on the buying process. Any minor issues that we've had, have ALL been corrected in a super fast and efficient manner. Their follow up workers are fantastic! We are still cleaning up paint marks all over the house floors, but I guess that's normal. The plastic seats on the toilet are a little ridiculous and cheap for the price we paid on the house, but overall, workmanship was actually better than Del Webb, Richmond American, Pardee, Pulte and even Toll Brothers. Some of the other builders have more options for sure, but then they added up to way beyond Lennar. So I guess you have to figure out priorities. We would still consider using Lennar in the future. Communication and the process for reporting issues with the home is beyond brilliant and easy. You get a Lennar rep to work with you throughout the process and ours has been beyond amazing and on top of everything! ... More

We had to wait over a year for home after promise date. COVID was to blame and supply issues more than builder. Poor craftsmanship overall. Needs more quality control.
