Builder was decent. Problems here and there that were all fixable. Had to call a few services in for some bigger items missed. After repair, home looks great.

I was very happy with the home buying experience. Jen was very responsive and helpful all throughout the process. I would do it all over again.

Quality and workmanship are lacking. For the price I paid, I shouldn’t have windows that you can feel a breeze coming in, the woodwork was hardly attached, stonework was messy, siding had clear gaps and just over all not super happy with the home. I want a well built home for this price. Speed doesn’t impress me.

Love the design of the home. But the fit and finish is not the best . The molding work is not good the finish painting is not the best. Seems rushed. Someone should do better in over seeing the finish work..

There had been a lot of inconveniences with my property, including the flight I made from Colombia in august because you told me that there was no option to sign in September and where I lost the money for the trip because the closing of the house was more than one month later. Every time that we have raised a question or a complaint, we have not received an answer from the Lennar team or it has been full of references about the deposit and the contract.

I am a first-time home builder and was not sure what to expect. I was always told that Lennar was a great company, but my experience here certainly hasn't reflected that. No one who pays what we pay for on these homes should be forced to put in warranty tickets on damaged or substandard materials in a brand-new home and then wait months for replacements or repairs.

Lennar only cares about closings. Our house was not even close to being ready to close, but Lennar insisted that it was going to close. It took three weeks after closing before the house was clean enough to occupy. Paint, drywall compound and grout were all over the tile. Paint and stains were in the carpet. Installer cut lines and marks were and still are in the tile. Gas was not turned on for the dryer; hot water was not connected to the dish washer. The overall filth in the house was just unbelievable. Very poor drywall and painting work. If not for the cooperation of Wllma, our construction manager, this review would be much lower. Wilma took over in the middle of the construction when many of the problems were already present. Lennar prides itself on many of its features but whoever heard of a house with no drawers in the bathroom vanities. The list of issues are really too numerous to detail. ... More

The buying process went very well, everything went very smoothly and everyone was helpful.

Overall I’m happy with my decision to buy here. The construction manager is AMAZING!! Nick! I mean, I cannot say enough great things about him and his overall support. My experience was however tainted by Christine the sales person. She was rude, distasteful in the way she spoke to me and my realtor.

We are happy after two months to be settled in our house - we love it and the issues we had have been addressed and new builds always have minor things to take care of.

The process was painless, the rep was simply helpfully and professionally great

Disappointed with the corners cut, like using non-sealing grout on all the tile in the master barhroom and using weak shelving in the closets and pantry. I am still waiting on my shower door in the master bathroom after almost 2 months. Also do not know where my window screens are. Additionally have a large gap under the front door and damage to the guest bath tub.

Very satisfied with my home buying experience with Lennar.

Leannar mortgage was great made everything easy everything went smooth. Quantity vs quality for sure lots of mistakes

What a nightmare, not recommend. Cheap quality & overpriced. Terrible workmanship

I purchased a Lennar Patio home at Green Gables three years ago. The place was delivered in pristine condition at acceptance on closing day. This time I did not experience the same thing. The place was very dirty paint and other debris everywhere and I felt pressure to close that day.

House was left dirty. Dirt was left behind the washer cannot see. Dust on the window shelves Garage was dirty The edge was broken I have never seen this in any home I bought I bought 3 new homes in Chicago Never like this this was the worst experience

The responsiveness to issues is good which I liked from Lennar, The agents are very friendly The areas that needs improvement are: sometimes escrow and mortgage agents were too busy sometimes to assist the buyer and doesn't respond, my sales agent was good. One real challenge with Lennar is, please give sufficient time to the buyer to arrange funds and get the keys, The fence was not ready and I still agreed to pay and take the keys but the escrow folks didn't give sufficient time after giving the final escrow price sheet (fence was not ready) Also, I was living a little far, couldn't get keys from Lennar immediately, they insisted me to take the keys asap from the key box, as they are using the same key box for multiple buyers, need to allow time for the buyers here as well. ... From the first person (Lori) who showed us different models here in Simi Valley to Becky and all the people who took us through the loan process, we had a pleasant experience. The person who took us through our walk through was so friendly and expertly answered all of our question. The builders who are completing the few remaining homes here are amazing. They never leave for the day without making our beautiful community looking like they were never here. Our new home is wonderful.

Lennar has been awesome to work with it. We had our questions clarified in time and had a good experience with the sales agent who was ready to answer our questions leading up to closing. The construction team was also very diligent in fixing issues we found before inspection as well as the items found during inspection. Lennar's warranty service has been pretty slow and unresponsive and hope this can be improved.

Lennar builds with cheap materials and labor. Their finish work is horrible. Regret being one their townhouses in Clovis.

Lennar is a great team to partner with and fulfil the dream project for a Home! Very well organized teams handling the entire Home Acquisition life cycle. The sales team is central to any product and my experience with Lennar has been great. Found great suggestions and absolute transparency in to the property and good insights on decision making parameters. Tom from the team deserves a shout out. Bill from mortgage team and the extended team with good technology enabled setup made the entire paperwork seamless and a valuable learning experience. Closing team and prep work towards closing with construction management team reflected the professionalism Lennar builds its reputation on. Construction materials and planning was well sized and executed. It is a difficult industry with the wide spectrum of people and process. Lennar’s tech enablement gives it the edge. Challenges exist as with any other industry with some finer aspects and I am sure Lennar will find its way all through to make it meaningful for Buyers and partners ... More

From the beginning everyone was kind and informative. The day I signed the contract until they day I closed everyone involved went above and beyond in making this a smooth transition. It had been 15 years since my last purchase and move but everyone made my experience a positive and I am glad that I chose Lennar.

This is the second home we built with Lennar in the Vista Blue community. The true reason is that we love the community and the fact that the houses are built to a demanding hurricane code. Where Lennar falls short is in the details of its finished product. The EII program (Everything Is Included) was presented as meaning that top of the line luxury items were all included. But the reality is that the cheapest version of every item was included. We have owned the house for two months and already have replaced all of the appliances and fixtures that were provided by Lennar. EII actually eliminates any choices a buyer might usually have so the selection phase of buying the house is eliminated. Lennar can then build the house sooner without the delays that come from people making choices about what they want. Then Lennar throws them up so fast and so many at a time that nobody could be expected to maintain quality standards--and they don't. ... More
