Lack of amenities. Poor material used to build home. Have to install basic necessities in home. Indoor door handles were installed on exterior doors.

My Lender expereince sucked. Barely was able to get in contact with Rich W. Would have liked to have more interaction with him being that I was a first time homebuyer! Other than that, the construction team was helpful and friendly. I will probably not use Lennar as a Lender in the future.

I have been experiencing lots of issues with the doors at my house in addition to a drawer in the kitchen that won't close properly from the first time I opened it. This is my first time purchasing a new home. Maybe this is normal. I did contact customer services regarding these issues and they responded immediately. They put me in contact with my representative and an appointment was made by him to have someone come out to make repairs. I am hopeful that when that time comes around all repairs will be made to my satisfaction.

Too many different places that I had to ask questions from. Things need to be streamlined! I was never told a lot of the rules and expenditures I would have. I did not receive any paperwork and was never placed on certain lists. It was a very stressful situation for me. No guidance at all. I am told it probably happened because I paid out right and never went to a closing. Was done on my phone. The paperwork did not get to the different departments. As far as fixing any issues ; the staff has been excellent. Checking even to make sure the job is done. Excellent experience with Josh and ...

Too many docusigns and different Lennar logins and people involved. Not fun at all. Should be easier process and one “go to person “ to contact.

Im happy with the price of the house but wish lennar gave the buyer options for their house. Having kids the flat white paint is terrible if you get a wet rag it takes the paint off. Also why not include a garage opener for the garage door. On top of that how much harder would it be to just paint the garage if you are painting the whole house just paint the garage too. Also if you are going to lay sod why not just make sure all of the lot has sod and not just leave half of the backyards with dirt. Or for me have 1/4 of the front yard with a pile of sand. Another thing why only paint the trim ...

I do not like the practice of having one lawyer represent all sides, including the mortgage bank. While it may seem to be convenient, I had no one to speak with during the process when I had questions.

This is my second home from Lennar . So I was fully aware of what I am getting into . When I put in an offer I was not even presented with a counter offer . That felt rude . Although the price what I offered was very close the sales in that neighborhood. Then I eventually they came back with offer after a month After you sign the contract they immediately move you to an customer advocate / coordinator by the emails we received it felt like it was more of slap in the wrist and a list of things you cannot do with bold letters . Don’t stop by to see the house .. . Less flexibility in ...

I love the floor plan. Lot is a little less desirable. Some material defects, they are addressing so far. A lot of concrete defects in the short-time in this neighborhood. A review in 6 months would be better served. Being in home 2 months is really not a lot of time to see what issues pop up and how they respond.

We bought in a non-home owners association. Think twice about that. Cars, trailers everywhere. Weeds not being taken care of. It’ our mistake but it won’t happen again. Lennar does not control the crime while bldg homes. I think it’s very dangerous here.

Some of the people that we work with were amazing and sweet but there were others that weren’t too friendly. When we contact them they would seem annoyed. The home we brought was suppose to be “move in ready” by a certain date. Once we closed on the home they clearly did not finish everything in the home, it seemed quickly put together. A lot of mishaps with the home, I’m glad they have a one year warranty on the home but to find numerous things wrong with the home that weren’t fixed during the blue tape walk through was disappointing. It seemed that the workers were fixing things in the home ...

The finance part of the process was for stressful. Loan officers sending me emails on a friday evening requested me to get documnets that was need from companies closed on weekends within 24hrs. I also had to reach out to them every time for an update on my application and see what/if any other documents were needed. Other than that the process was okay. The quality of the home is good for first time homebuyer and the price.

If you ever want to build a house with Lennar make sure to bring a realtor on your first visit. The building process is very straight forward, you get what you get with Lennar no added features other than picking your finishes. Final finished product 6.8/10

We were informed several facts by the sales team that turned out not only misleading, but completely untrue. These statements had to do with the HOA, and permitting for exterior changes. Additionally, the HOA requirements were conveyed as minimal, whereas in reality, they are extremely detailed and confining. we were told when we purchased the HOA was still being managed by an hour would not be so limiting and rigid. Unfortunately, this also was not true, the management company being paid is difficult to deal with and seems to be only interested in the letter of the rules but you cannot ...

Please be aware when dealing with Lennar. You have to constantly reach out regarding the home & updates as to when closing is. On the day of closing, it was a horrible experience due to lennar mortgage waiting till the last min on getting paperwork together and etc. Amanda with lennar mortgage made our home buying experience a disaster and I would not recommend. Please have y’all ducks in a row before getting to the closing table. Tate, & Brad were great with the actual home building updates.

The finishes in the house could use some improvement. Don't ever give a Lennar subcontractor a caulk gun. they suck at this. Painting is another thing they need more practice at, after move in, i was finding so many areas where they did not use any quality control with painting and caulking.

Who’s the community of Timer Creek seems nice and the home was built fairly quickly, there have been multiple quality issues that are unacceptable. I used to build houses and speak from experience as a licensed BC. Missing crown in kitchen, big hole in drywall, and other glaringly apparent defects should have been resolved prior to closing. Lennar mortgage and tactile have horrible communication with the customers. Not impressed!
