Everyone from the first contact to the last contact and even after signing has been tremendously helpful and made the home ownership process super easy. Everyone was timely with their response to address concerns and any issues that arise. I'm greatful to have chosen Lennar for this new home journey!

Very helpful people from beginning to finish.

I am first home buyer with no knowledge of procedures or process. With Lennar,its simple, easy and transparent. My home consultant Felipe walked me through all phases of construction, right from signing to move-in. I am pleased with the quality and materials. The customer care is very responsive till the issues get closed. I am very happy with my choice of Lennar as "Everything is Included". And I love the smart house accessories that Lennar provided to all of their smart home communities .

I am really upset that yall gave all our neighbors a welcome sign and red carper and we gone none. This was my first time buying a home and that actually made me sad and unwelcome

My wife and I appreciate the Lennar community of Fendol Farms with its design and layout. We had a wonderful purchasing experience with the selling agent Matt and Lender Kaiser. Overall, we are please with the home; however, we are disappointed (and still disappointed) with certain aspects of construction that to this date have not been addressed. These issues were brought up at Orientation; at the Walk-Through; after closing; and with the Warranty Department. Had these issues been addressed in a timely fashion, the overall homebuying experience would had been great.

Lots of sloppy job done. finished product is not up to the standard. I had to hire handyman to finish touchups needed. The home is not built with love. lousy paint job, imperfections in drywall, baseboards are not aligned with the floor properly. etc.

Outside of the project manager who took over at the very end of our build, the building experience was terrible and Lennar as a whole excused away poor quality and lack of communication as just "part of building a new home".

For the price of the home I would have expected better quality materials. The amount of construction issues that we've faced as well as damaged, unfixable items like a completely scratched bathtub is unacceptable. Likely my last time going with a large homebuilder as homes are just churned out as quickly as possible.

The whole process was a mess, things that were promised on walk through still not done. I’m currently being ignored by the guy who did my walk through and I put everything into the system and with Lennar to fix not one thing has been done. Haven’t had a functional garage door since move in either and a leak in my sprinkler that was promised to be repaired before move in… still not done.

The home has a nice floor plan and amenities. However, several customer care items remain incomplete. Customer Care contact is slow to respond.

Overall quality especially painting/caulking was poor. Everything was done in a rush. Did not have a good experience with our loan officer either. Learn to focus on your clients and not just mass producing homes for the most profit. Everyone on our street got a welcome home sign and balloons and we got nothing. Highly disappointed.

I’m surprise you ask. From day one there have been issues. Some resolved others still waiting and waiting. My current (but not least) issue is a situation whereby the way the roof is pitched , When it rains, the ground below becomes saturated and flooded by a deluge of water pouring off the roof. If it were concrete below, it would be a none issue but being dirt, it can only stand enough water before flooding and doing a surmountable damage to the ground below it. I have noticed there were many Sunrise model homes that had gutters installed to alleviate the damage done after each rain. I was lead to believe that Lennar installed the gutters to prevent further damage but am now told to ‘row a boat’. This is a serious enough situation that should be given careful consideration and not just poo poo it. Why is it that the homeowners have to spend considerable amount of money to fix Lennar’s cheap mistakes. Everything included ? Including the headaches. ! So in answer to your question, this has not been an enjoyable experience and as each occurrence a raise I tend to regret my choice of Home ... More

I would not recommend this home buying experience! Workmanship is not good and many things have to be resolved after moving into the new home. Stressful and disappointing situation! It's obvious Lennar is putting up homes as fast as possible and not caring about the finished product. I think after all things are resolved, we are hoping to love our new home. I just wish we didn't have to go through this process. The initial walk through should be a better experience as well as the day of closing. There are ways to make this experience better.

Many issues, not the quality you would expect. They respond to issues, but speed to resolve is slow. They install cheap appliances.

Between the sales lady and the lennar mortgage guy we were going into this situation blind. All my mortgage conversations were held over email or after 9pm phone conversation. It's not a good way to find out closing date got moved by a 2am email and no one answers the phone the next 2 days. Sales lady didn't inform us of any progress on the home only time we heard from her was to get us set up to buy and get our 1% deposit which we didn't k ow about till the day it was due. Moving from out of state they made it very difficult.

While we are overall fairly happy with our finished home, the overall fit and finish for the price of the home is substandard. We have purchased 8 other new construction homes over the past 30+ years so we know what we should be getting in terms of quality of workmanship. While Lennar advertises "Everything's Included" we found that not to be the case and there was very little we could customize throughout the process. We purchased the house about 8 months ahead of it being completed and had a relative watch the progress. I only wish I was here when it was being built and finished out to challenge Lennar on the workmanship. Now it appears I will have to pay other contractors to fix and bring the house up to my standards. For that it is disappointing but not much that can be done at this point. We will attempt to have some things fixed during the 1 year warranty but I am not going to hold my breath. To do it over again I might not choose Lennar but I think we can make this house viable in terms of a home we want to live in. ... More

Curt and Kelly did a great job working hard to resolve a closing date issue to get us back to our original date. Greatly appreciated!

Uses a lot of cheap material.Rushing the work and it shows. We went through the walk through and they said they checked everything but things were not.

Kim , Home Sales Rep provided us an excellent support thru the nine month buying process and her support and services are very much appreciated.

Denise was great to work with in the sales office. Chad was great at the walk through and handled all our concerns before closing.

Overall good but with some final finishing were hurried

I hope this information is shared with other potential buyers. People must understand that buying a house process, is a for-life transaction, which makes the house buying decision a very important one in your life. In looking back to the time when we closed on our house; it was a very difficult road to get to the point where we are today. We had to make sure the final buyer walk were done, and all details found on the house were notated and addressed. in a timely manner. We hired an independent inspector to inspect the house. All issues found by the independent inspector were mostly workmanship issues. poor termination, wrong doings, and poor quality control issues. I am not a first time house buyer, and my expectations are, that the builder turns a house to the buyer (me) as promised. My expectation was to walk into a house that resembles the same standards of the model homes that I was shown, when I was doing the shopping for a house process. And this was not the case. It took many calls, emails, text messages, etc. to get the customer service dept. address the issues I kept finding in the house. I feel, this whole process of calling Customer Service Dept. would had been unnecessary if the house I purchased, was turned into me, the buyer in the same conditions of the model home I visited.
