My first morning in the house I took a shower and it didn’t drain. They cut a hole in the ceiling over my kitchen sink to clear the drain it took 3 weeks to get patched. The front door, you could see light and feel air coming thru. It was worked on and 2 weeks later I can see light again. It looks like the door is bowed. Things identify in the walk thru didn’t get fixed. I’m a skilled tradesmen I can fix these things, but with a bran new home I didn’t expect to have to.

I'm gonna be honest I love our home! It's a great location and something my wife and I are proud of! However the issues we need fixed still haven't been resolved. We had a call with the customer care person and she sent all the issues to the rep so he can schedule the trades to come in. We haven't heard anything from them. Responsiveness is severely lacking at willow bend. It seems like they are more interested in seeing how many they can get done this week and forgetting about their clients who have already purchased the property. Being told put it on the 30 day and then to hear nothing from them is disrespectful. We take pride in our home however that is not the same from Lennar. Its clear the priority is to finish rather than the quality of work. We are still missing things from closing but it's ok because Delano has it. Buying with Karen at Lennar was a breeze. She made it an easy process. We have had a few issues since then and let’s just say we have felt the same respect that we had with Karen. You lost a good one

This is my 2nd Lennar home and the process was just like the 1st one, outstanding.

The Mortgage and Loan Dept were amazing and an easy process, thank you for this. After purchasing the model though. Different story, we have had many issues in the home, no one responds because it is the Model, and you buy "as is". You reach out and no response. Windows are not opening properly, Curtain rods have fallen out of the wall and dinged up the walls where they were hung and fell into. Doors dont close properly. There is a foul odor that we cannot figure out where it is coming from, many other issues that contradict the "buy a model, you get the best of the best" If this is the case... Seamless experience with no regrets

The house is beautiful and we are creating a sweet home, thank you so much for all support.

It is the worst I had experienced. They mis-represent items. They are not very responsive, When I have an issue, they won't get back to me until I kept calling or I will need the RE agent to contact them before they will get back to me. The closing process was terrible. The workmanship and the material are horrible. I will never ever buy a house from them again.

I had a great experience with Lennar. The house was ready when they said it would be.

They have good and bad. I dealt with some great people in sales like Mike and hated finance past Christian that is. The mortgage process was good but also a headache for sure. But we are all in all happy. Great community with great families, events and great times

There have been several minor issues that have been resolved quickly. We paid too much for the house because the housing market was crazy when we signed our contract and we were on a waitlist for a while. Now there are several houses for sale right around us. Timing is everything in the housing market. The biggest complaint I have is standing water in our yard after the house next door was completed and water runs down into our yard and pools. The water doesn’t stay long enough for Lennar to consider it a warranty issue with the grading though, so I guess we will have to live with it and figure out some landscaping solutions. ... More
