I have seen better fit and finish for certain. Overspray, runs in paint on nearly ever door, our banister stain is awful looking, one of our door thresholds had a 1/2" gap letting visible light through. Our pool cage doors both drag the block because you cant lower the sweep enough to seal as they are not level. And we have a massive issue with our pool cage gutter, requiring my complaints multiple times and now our fascia and flashing is visibly mangled and covered in excessive caulk creating an eyesore on our brand new home. Lennar was transparent about all options

My experience with Linda and the Lennar team was exceptional.They walk me through every single detail and what to expect.I would truly recommend Lennar builders and team to anyone who is interested in building their forever home.

We feel that the interest rate incentive was a bare and switch. We were told we could get the 1.99% but then when we went to buy we were told we had to close by the end of the month.

The best! We had a great experience, I will recommend for sure.

I had the original contract to purchase 205 Donnington Dr Hutto TX 78634 for $324,700. There was some issue identified, during the process of purchase.. I was stuck on multiple issues on post inspection.. were worried to move forward. The builder without acceptance of refund or acceptance in signature. Cancelled the contract. Later one week esclated and reengaged in contract for same home with $15,000 penalty higher in price, its sold to me at $339,750. Now this situation is escaltaed to local attorney, I am in process of court action and serve notice to Lennar in middle of Feb26.

Be prepared to get a garage door motor opener . No screens in any windows. No blinds in any windows. No gutter around the house.

Definitely builder grade, but the layouts are conducive to family living of today. Price is too high for what you get, but so is everything else these days

Love my new house and Lennar made it easy. I would definitely recommend.

They did a good job by cleaning the paint stains but forgot couple so I guess they’ll have to return .

Buying process went super smooth and happy with everyone who made that possible

We bought a Lennar home in Arizona and we were very pleased about the quality of the home. Our experience in Texas has not been the same. Not one towel rack in 3 bathrooms. No loop in the garage for installing water softener or water filtration system. No refrigerator or laundry washer or dryer. No hooks in bathroom. Over $8000 in expenses. Plus no garage door opener or painted walls in the garage. No baseboards in the garage as well. I’m sure all these things left out will have an immense impact on Lennar’s bottom line. And no window covering over the back door. We use paper taped over the window until we find a suitable solution. The house has a great layout. If Lennar had only paid attention to the details. The design of the space for the refrigerator allows for the pantry door to open into the refrigerator and one of the cupboard doors to open into the refrigerator. Another cupboard door opens into a wall. We put rubber stoppers on the doors to soften the contact. So many surprises we didn’t expect.. A much different experience from what we expected after our experience in Arizona. We should not have have thought that we would have the same great experience with Lennar in Texas as we did in Arizona. ... More

From the start, the builder was great to our requests. But I don’t know why there is a concierge! She did nothing really to help. The salesperson was okay and a little helpful. Some of the items we were promised did not happen as far as getting the home ready just prior to closing. Everything pretty much is online; not very personal. Like I said, the best person was the contractor in charge.

The whole process was made so simple and they guided me all the way through each step. I’m very happy!!

so far so good with this home and community. I am happy with the environment and this home. quality of the workmanship is ok. There's a few things that could have been done better or at least with more care. For the price, it was a great value. Today was the first day of filling a claim for something and the response was quick. Somebody is already coming out in a couple of days.

The homes in our development are pure junk. The developer used the cheapest materials possible everywhere. Many neighbors already had issues with pipes, smoke detectors, heater, roofs, cracked foundations etc. I just found out we have a heat pump instead of a gas heater. We have paint spots everywhere. Our floor has a piece home out in the 2nd day. They incorrectly marked our property lines by more than 3 feet along the entire back and didn’t put grass there. Our front property marker is actually under the sidewalk.

My husband and I traveled South in Oct. 2025 to look at new home developments here in Conway.. We fell in love with the area, and with Kingston Oaks..We are semi retired, and we wanted a home with low maintenance, and with a nice open floor plan.. Our sales agent Scott was great to work with and he accommodated us with all of our needs. We love our home and look forward to spending time here with friends and family.

We have had minor issues with the home. Lennar was extremely responsive in addressing those issues. We wound highly recommend Lennar homes.

We have nothing but love an appreciation for the wonderful people involved in the whole process It was was a smooth transition moving into our new home, it feels like a dream, it went by so fast Thank you Lennar

It's been great so far dealing with Lennar since our closing. They have addressed our issues and concerns.

I had the worst time buying my 1st home. where I knew it would be stressful but not so horrible.. I lost sleep and many of tears was shed throughout the whole process. My loan part, my loan officer wouldn’t keep me updated on anything that was going on I would email every few days to find out what was going on. If I needed to do anything. Keep in mind this is my 1st home so I have no clue what to expect or what to do. I sent an email asking if my loan got approved or what so I would know what to do next. And the response I got back was…. It was just a holiday so we are just getting back in office. Like who says that. Im just getting back in office too but all my paperwork is done and the paperwork for the next week will be done as it comes in. So I get it’s a delay but for him to just say that. I was really disappointed and disgusted if I didn’t put my $2500 down I would’ve just went somewhere else. I was contemplating about just losing the down payment too that’s how mad and upset I was with them. ... More

The entire experience was trash from start to finish. Poor communication, wasted time, mixed messages, and zero follow through. I had to chase answers, repeat myself, and deal with unnecessary confusion that should never happen in a basic transaction. The only good part of this experience was Ana. She was helpful, responsive, and actually did her job. Without Ana, this would have been a complete failure. Everyone else dropped the ball. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience

The home is build with inexpensive materials, like simple wire shelves in the main closet or pantry. It does not have any bathroom amentities (think toilet paper holders or medicine cabinet). During the orientation I listed various items on a punch list to be resolved before closing, however two months after closing nothing has happened and Lennar went quiet.
