Decent construction overall for the price. Instead of spending money on "smart home" items use dollars for better materials,better trim workers, 16" centers on studs instead of 24". Use a better company than Interior Logic for important work. I was shown a model home that mine was supposed to look like with separate master vanities,separate closets, but then when I moved in I had none of those. Worst trim carpenter work I have ever seen. Dirt and sand painted right over on base trim.

Great home for the price. Larry with Eagle Mortgage was outstanding, as was the onsite customer service staff. The staff that works with you to correct any issues during the walk through are awful. My suggestion is make all flaws found during walk through are corrected before you pay, otherwise good luck getting things corrected. The lawn and landscaping are terrible unless you like dead grass and lots of weeds. After 6 months of living there, I finally gave up hope on getting things corrected, so I did them myself. So this is a wonderful area...new homes that are spacious with lots of floors! My partner and I have been here for 6 months and have ran into some issues, like every new home owner does.. some of the people have been very responsive to our queries and others have been less than, We as a community put money into these homes that seem to not require attention from the builders, once the home owner is moved in. Very nice house with landscaping drainage issues

The houses should have gutters on the sides of them..... The houses are built so close together that when it rains the water runs off of both roofs so hard and so fast that the water cannot drain into the ground fast enough and it creates a big mud pit between the two houses. They want to charge me $800 for each side of my brand new house to put in a drain and regrade the ground to fix the drainage problem. Why should I have to pay to regrading the ground or to install a drain on a brand new home.

Outside was a mess

We have been mostly pleased with the inside of the house but the outside is a mess... Sloppy workmanship and poor quality materials. We had siding boards peeling off of the house after the first month and have had to have the irrigation folks out four times to fix shoddy work.

I don't think I would buy a Lennar home again at this point. There are many things that they cut back on, that really cheapened the house. For instance, our engineered wood floors have had so many chips, and peeling issues that it feels like we have a standing appointment with the flooring company, and their fixes only last a little while. Our yard is a mess. It does not appear to drain correctly, so we have algae growing on our sidewalk. Chip, our project manager says he thinks everyone is watering too much. But that is not the case. Get A Home Inspector

Do not depend on Lennar's inspectors, get your own Home Inspectors. May cost a few $'s, but worth it down the line in not having to wait on contractors to fix or complete items.

I am experiencing some poor craftsmanship on the house. Some of the items that were completed for the punch list were done poorly. After the side walk was removed the yard was not graded very well and had several leaks in the irrigation system. I am having difficulties with the HVAC cooling the house properly. I have hundreds of small flies that get in at night and they cannot seem to know where they are coming in. The person that came in with the window and door company was worthless. All of the door locks have issues constantly. Yu have to slam the door to get one to work and then try to get the other one to latch after that. It's a constant irritation! If things need to be level, this will drive you crazy. There are multiple areas that just aren't level, the bathroom countertop slants down and if you put anything down that has a chance to roll, it will roll off. Clearly the trim paint used in the model is MUCH different than what you get. The master bathroom fan constantly sounds like you have dripping water coming down. Still no yard at my home, meanwhile homes that haven’t been closed on yet the yards are being put in before ours that closed in March. Den floor is hitting the air duct in the basement and making noise when it is traversed. Contacted Lennar to set up 6 month appointment and advised of issues, no follow up has been made.

Great process until follow ups. Follow up work is terrible. Great sales and financial group. The building manager is a super nice guy but the contractors used do poor work and are filled with excuses.

There have been a decent amount of issues that we have had since moving in, especially with appliances. There are things we have noted around the home that are done cheaply for the price and size of the home.

Overall my house is nice. There are things that were shown and discussed that were changed or excluded by Lennar that I was not happy about. But once you are in the process, its hard to walk away.

Overall it has not been a bad experience but there have been things that have not been what I expected of buying a new home. For example I don't know how to handle my sprinkler system and I have asked a couple of times and no response to that. A couple of other things and all the responses have been not covered by warranty and that's it. I believe when you buy a brand new home, you should get help and things should be taken care of. My requests have not been big or unreasonable.

I ran into issues but it wasn’t anything to drastic that would warrant a bad review. I do however think they rushed a lot of the jobs in my house like the paint, rug, cement in the garage, doors have defects, placement of the sprinklers were off, ceiling fans were missing, tried to charge 7k-9k for a fence that cost me 1700, st Augustine grass had an infection soon after moving in, which wasn’t covered under warranty .
