This should have been an exciting and happy time but it wasn't. The quality of the work is horrible. The frames around my doors look worse than the home I live in for 30 years. We were rushed into closing on the house and there is paint on everything. The cupboards are a mess. My last home was a new build and looked nothing like this one. Shame on you Lennar for making this a stressful experience. You have no quality control.

I own 1 WCI home, 2 Lennar Veranda Homes, and a Terrace home under contract. My experience with WCI was great however, unfortunately, my experience with Lennar Veranda homes has been miserable, to say the least. I closed on one Bromelia in May and am still waiting for things to be taken care of. I have called and left multiple messages and I have sent several e-mails without any respose at all from Lennar. You guys are irresponsible and I can not recommend you to anybody.

If I have to start again, I will only buy ready to move in house. We were promised to close our house house on march and we got the house on September. They delay it for 6 months. Because of that we are paying $850 more every month. Key hand over process is lame. I am buying a house not a toy. They handover the key at outside of the garage and he/she left the welcome goodies bag on the floor. It was awful.

Average experience. Closed on a new construction home almost 2 months ago. Sales office wasn’t particularly great at communicating, nor was the loan officer and processor team. Lennar is building at a furious rate and likely running their staff into burnout but I am not a first time home buyer and felt better attended to in previous experiences, none with Lennar. I don’t have any glowing praise to offer. The 1 year warranty inspection will tell the true story of the build quality, which in Lindera does not have a stellar reputation thus far. They did hold to the closing schedule which I appreciate, and kept their word on the interest rate float down option. ... More

I knew coming into this that buying a house can be stressful but it definitely could be better with the right help. When i went to see the house Ana was good, however the second i was moved to lennar mortgage the nightmare began, the loan officer Wesley he eas good at the beginning, then there was a LOT of miscommunication, changes of information and to make it worse to be honest i felt i was gaslighted towards the end, putting me in a position where i had no choice but to buy. The person that was supposed to contact me and introduce herself before closing I NEVER received such call, waited 2 hours at the office and saw her once for like 1min. I was told an amount at the beginning ended up being a much higher one that to be honest I would’ve pay that amount for the house I actually wanted but because Wesley at the beginning after like 5 very persistent calls he reassured me a much lower cash to closing. Then i had an issue with a credit card payment putting me for the very first time in 4 years in red with the bank for a n extremely late paymenT. I trusted the team even tho i have several family members with awful experiences with Lennar, but I wanted to give it a shot, and it was a very disappointed, frustrating experience. After move in, its been highly difficult , the address doesn’t work , i find myself walking 20min back and forth from my house to the office because no delivery seems to find the address, I finally after a month got my mailbox keys and they don’t even work. My neighbours are great, and im trying to grow love towards my house, thats the OnLY positive thing. ... More

Our sales rep Tony was awesome to deal with. Even though the closing date kept getting pushed out our sales rep kept us up to date and we totally understood the delays due to COVID related impacts of materials and labor. We were super excited to get our new condo to enjoy with our family for vacation purposes. The community had every amenity we wanted ; gated, golf course, fitness center, various pools. However, the closing left a bad taste in our mouth about Lennar. The work crews were pressured to finish the building by end of the month, which also happened to be Lennar's quarter, When we arrived to do our walk thru the day before our scheduled closing, it was like a war zone with trucks , workers and materials everywhere. Our unit was only primed and many options were not in place. When we told our sales rep we felt the unit was 2-3 weeks from being move in ready and we did not want to close until all the work was completed. We were told since the county declared it was habitable, we could either close or lose our 10% deposit. I felt very pressured to close and it seemed almost illegal, We couldn't stay at our unit the week we closed since painters and workers were still there working on our unit for a few days after closing. We still had almost 15 things which needed fixed after closing including leaking drainpipes and missing kitchen cabinet and crown molding. This made me hesitant to ever buy a Lennar home again, which is a shame since we love our condo and all the people at Lennar who helped us with our purchase. ... More

Lennar made our home buying experience easy! After a long and frustrating search for a home we decided to check out the Meadows of West Bay. Michelle was welcoming and allowed us to see all the models available, even though we showed up without an appointment. We fell in love and bought our first home. No more putting in offers and being outbid or finding issues during home inspection like our previous home searches! We used Lennar mortgage and they were available and helpful all throughout the mortgage process. Lennar Title made the closing process a breeze. Thanks to Lennar we became first time homeowners to a new construction townhome and we are so grateful for the wonderful experience. ... More

Lennar delivered my home and saw to my concerns quickly and very accessible. They provided all the valuable information and delivered early

I am a former Lennar Associate, retiring from Lennar Las Vegas in December of 2019. I will always be a Lennar Associate in my heart. My Roxbury condo is my 2nd Lennar condo purchase. Alfredo and his team did a great job constructing my unit. There was a delay in competition due to missing A/C parts and Alfredo kept me in the loop. Alfredo and his team were so helpful with my move in, they went above and beyond. Although I don’t plan on moving again, it would be to another new Lennar home.

Overpriced but mediocre materials used in construction and very bad responsiveness to issues. Cabinet fixtures are not built properly, the Carpets have nails poking out and the bathroom showers have scratches all over during construction.

Many things in my home is not in working condition or damaged. I am still struggling to get them fixed even when I notified the problem before closing.

Wonderful staff they really go out there way to help u with anything u need and don't mind helping you to understand things when they seem difficult

Most of everything is included. Good quality.

Main house ac was not properly connected and secondary ac was cooling the entire house causing an enormous electricity bill in the summer. Multiple paint and cleaning issues not fixed by closing as promised, but nothing major. Quality is not as high as Beazer homes

Lennar makes buying a home as easy as it could possibly be. Their sales agents are very helpful and accommodating. It is evident customer satisfaction is their priority.

We had a rough experience from start to finish. I highly recommend being patient with the team as behind the scenes; they are working with a whole town of issues from third parties errors and neglect. I feel it's more on the contractors than Lennar themselves. Rest assured, Tony from our area has empathy and will work hard to make sure the issues get resolved. It takes some time. Our turnaround for matters to be resolved is about 30 days or less. We are shocked to see a new home is in such poor condition and has so many shortcuts, which lead to other issues. During our walk inspection, we found a can of open beer behind our washer. That most likely explains some of the rush work and errors we are experiencing. ... More

Lennar is very good with customer service. Highly regarded as one of the best home builders in the nation. Would work with them again.

Had very bad experience, Lennar pushed to close on 8/31, today 10/18 and we still have many things not done. A huge hole in a countertop, horrible painting, many things around not done . Contacted Lennar SALE PERSON, AND MANAGER NOT HELPFUL AT ALL

House was delayed by 4 months. Have closed for 2 months now and there are so many things not finished and broken. Overall extremely unhappy.

Over all my experience with Lennar was not so good as I expected. Everyone wants to buy a house at least in so good condition as seen visiting demo house. But unfortunatelly Lennar has a lot space for improvement... Twice was changed the closing date...it costs me, of course. I was shocked for the amount of undone jobs and broken materials, building materials were laying all around house, unclean pool, unpainted walls, unfinished frontyard etc. during New Home Orientation. Obviosly the closing should be held at least 2 weeks later to let the builder finish my house completely, but the pressure on closing by the end of the month did not let enough time for total completion... The list for undone and unfinished jobs was really long, and - after one and a half month after closing, all of them are still not completed...This deal with Lennar costs me an extra money and I still can't start a rental business because of Lennar's delays. I am really disappointed on the manner how Lennar doing their bussiness. ... More

Still waiting on resolution of many issues with the builder. Electrical, appliances, painting and gutters need to be addressed.

The sale rep & loan part was great 5 stars. The problem comes in with walkthrough and after closing with issues. I suggest you record the walkthrough and catch everything cause everything isn’t written down they say on I can fix it now and will tell you that outlet works on finial walkthrough but it doesn’t and you call New home rep and never get response

For the most part a good experience and a good house. Overall things are nice and well completed. The wood used to build the fence and porch area is awful and alreadyfalling apart, they left the basement very messy and I've been trying to get an unpainted part outside fixed since our walk through, it's been over a month and a half and I've been completely ignored multiple times and it's still not done. Otherwise we really like our home and are glad to be in it.
