Post closing attendance has been poor. Problems has not been fixed after two month from closing. Special electrical problems and finishing problems. My experience has been that there is not a person from LENNAR that follows the solution to the problems. The responsibilities are avoided by appointing some other departments and the end nobody follows up.

Our move in was hugely disappointing and challenging. Elevator to our third floor condo not working for several days. No hot water for several days. Dishwasher not working, furnace very loud, can hear people on staircase. No insulation?

Where to start? The house was not ready when we closed. Lennar builds houses and then is completely unprepared when someone attempts to move into it. Appliances were not in until the day after we moved in and then the stove didn't fit. Waited a week to have the cabinets moved so the stove could be installed. There was a dumpster in front of the house so only one pod could be delivered. Move in was delayed. Dirt everywhere. Driveway and stairs were not cleaned so the movers had to walk over moving pads and still tracked mud all over the brand new house which Lennar had to have cleaned later. ...

I did not enjoy doing everything online. My phone calls were not always returned in a timely manner. The builders left sticky stuff on the floors, the paint lines aren’t very straight, the quality of the paint is terrible although a beautiful color. The interior doors and cabinets are trash, the finish is peeling off them on the edges. The dampers weren’t put in, so our downstairs stayed cold and upstairs stayed hot until that was repaired. I really like the floor plan (Splendor) but did not get the elevation I wanted (really wanted a front porch). The premium lot is awesome, over looking the conservation area to the west (great sunsets). Sales personnel was good to work with and the construction of the house is very good. The closing was very efficient and the walk thru process was also efficient. Beautiful homes. Great spaces in the layout. Open floor plan is awesome. The home buying experience was good in some areas but not good in others due to little communication between all parties involved. Surprised the purchasing process has changed with Bids/No Bids. The lighting panels in the homes are really backwards. The color choices were changed due to manufacturing issues but owners had no say in the changes that were made. I had recently moved into my brand new house which is constructed by Lennar. I had that new feel for only few days. I started hearing creaking sounds almost everywhere with in 1 week of closing. There’s are cracks on the walls, air leaks and so on. Initially construction quality used to be good when I signed my contract. But now, I won’t recommend Lennar to anyone.

The loan process was overall okay. There were parts where they left us hanging on what’s going with the loan. The house overall was very good. Several issues needed to be fix, but took too long to respond to us about when to get it fix. Some parts of the house where missing or missed paint. It was pointed out during inspection that there some several spot where missing paint. Overall experience Okay.

Time frame almost 14 months from signing contract to closing was much too long for basic cookie cutter house. We were first to choose lot in section open for sales, however most of our neighbors closed and moved in before us.

My home was delivered to me 5/almost 6 months late based on the initial expected completion date. Original completion date was mid May and the home actually was completed at the end of October. This has caused several issues for myself, I had to bring in my own cleaning services because paint marks were left on the floors and cabinets throughout the house. When completion dates would get changed no one would notify me and when I would ask why it is getting delayed, I wouldn't get answers for days at a time.

Overall I’m happy with my decision to buy here. The construction manager is AMAZING!! Nick! I mean, I cannot say enough great things about him and his overall support. My experience was however tainted by Christine the sales person. She was rude, distasteful in the way she spoke to me and my realtor.

As far as sales,Deb is amazing to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in Sterling Ranch. On the other hand i am extreamly disappointed with the poor construction management and the lack of finishing anything before moving onto the next home. We moved in almost 2 months ago and still our house is being pieced together while we watch others move in weeks/months after us and have a fully finished house and landscaping. This company is more worried about putting up more houses than actually finishing what they had started.

One should talk to some longer term homeowners to get a good sense of the Lennar building and buying experience. Communication on the closing date was truly lacking and if we didn't call we wouldn't know. The attention to detail of the inside final product didn't show much attention to detail by the people performing it. Their stable of subcontractors do not pay attention to the details that new home buyer expects for the price being paid. Follow up since closing with the warranty group has been satisfactory to date. It was fine with the process, except at the closing escrow, it was kind of disapointed due to 3 times and extended, was hectic and not our fault at all. The quality of materials not specified until now. The issues that we found after the second walk, not yet fixed.

Overall experience was OK. There was a huge delay in closing which was understandable because of the supply chain issues around 2021/2022. Quality and finishing is not the best, but not bad and the maintenance department is very responsive. The worst experience was with Lennar Mortgage, lots of mistakes and having to resubmit documents and until a week before closing I had no idea how much my closing costs would be.

We are happy with our new home but the quality it is in the lower end for a new build. Thy need to do a much better work during their internal QC process or selecting contractors. Found several issues after moving in and we eventually had to get an external inspector. Zero attention to detail. Still haven't found a single window frame that it is properly level in the house. Silver lining is that they provide a one year warranty and the customer service rep for my community is doing an excellent job helping us solving them.

We were very disappointed in the build quality in several areas and difficulty in getting issues with wrong location of washing machine water and drain piping - took three attempts to get someone to put it in the right place after being told "we leave it to the plumber. Also problems with location of the attic access hole. Supposed to be located in the master closest and not the master bath,. Again took three tries go get it located in the right spot. DO NOT close until everything is set up. It’s been almost 2 months and we still don’t have a mailbox. Also, we still can’t get cable/internet services because the builder didn’t work with the companies ahead of time and there are no cables laid out for this services. Please do yourself a favor and go with a different builder.

Lennar's salesman sold us a different floorplan then the one he represented to us. His mistake was our loss. Lennar refused to make us whole. They simply offered our deposit back on the home but offered no other recourse.

Unfortunately this time around, buying lennar was not a legendary experience. Lots of delays, cancel inspection without prior notifications, final closing postponed x3-4 times. Too many Customer care representatives and no one up front to attend the customer concerns.. Do want to thank Mrs Oliveira from title/closing for her professionalism and Mr Mike McCarthy for his attention to detail.
