This isn’t second Lennar home. I am a single woman and was very nervous about everything. I had to buy a home after the hurricane and I went to Lennar because I knew I had a great experience before. Kristen walked me through all the financial steps and answered her phone and texted me back always and very promptly. Colten answered all my questions about the property quickly and with detail, Mike followed up to make sure I had all proper documents and Brian has been in touch and over the top in any questions or other Ned’s with the home. I love my Lennar home. The community is in a great location. We have access to a big park and the mall is only 8 minutes away. Our area will continue to develop over the next decade and I’m looking forward to the future. For anyone who’s looking to buy a brand new home I would recommend Lennar.

The house is great, we have had a couple of issues, but customer service, took care of it.

We closed on our home on Feb.10,2023. We are extremely thrilled with our experience. Yes, there was a few hiccups, couple of delays, miscommunications, and a couple of repairs to be done but everything was straightened out in the appropriate time frame. Our real estate agent, Paula, was our shoulder to cry on, our uplifting voice and our insanity stablizer !! We are first time home buyers and it was more stressful than we expected but Paula was always there for us. The perfect person for us !!! Our mortgage lender, Elizabeth, was absolutely great ! She was always there when we needed her and tried her very best to keep us in the loop !! Our builder manager, Brandon, was the right person for us. He answered all of our questions and was honest if he didnt have the answer. But would always get back to us wirh the answers !! Love the home the finishes were great and love the location

Starting from initial tour to final closing, requesting minor patching/paint issues - Lennar took care of everything very smoothly and in a professional way. Very Happy with Lennar and will buy again with Lennar. The whole team from Sales, and Builders to Lennar finance took care of everything in a timely manner.
