I would never buy a new home from Linnar again I have never seen a more sloppy construction job. Has take hours and hours to get things fixed If I had it to do over again I would just set aside 10k and hire people to just fix it, the hours I have had to spend are crazy and there is still tons to do Community center is over a year behind schudle and not even close to being done I am amazed Lennar is a profitable company running business this way

We chose 5401 for the location and community - loving it so far! Having lived in other new build homes, Lennar really holds up in quality. The sales team is incredibly helpful and kind, and warranty team seems to be willing to help. The townhomes are a great price for value option especially in todays market! Overall, highly recommend 5401; the Lennar team will take care of you each step until closing day!

Previously, I purchased a Lennar home in 2002 and had a great experience and a well-built home. As a result, I choose to go with a Lennar home again as we transition into retirement. The main difference with this home is the quality. The customer service is exemplary, but the quality of the materials is average. Molding, doors, insulation, fixtures, etc. are not what I'd hoped. The home design and layout are fantastic, and we will enjoy the home for years. However, we will have to make the upgrades we desire as we go along.

Home is very nice. Would be nice if you included ceiling fans, hang down lights above island, a better faucet in kitchen, and better shower heads. Small items, not costly, that a homeowner doesn’t have to do after move in. A little more focus on caulking. Thanks!

We have enjoyed a very positive experience with our new home. Our place was completed on time. Sales person communicated with us throughout the building process. Home orientation by builders team was thorough. They were very accommodating. Only disappointment is the appliances. They are not up to standard. They are low grade. Should consider matching appliance to cost and value of home.

The homes themselves are nice. Overall, the build seems sturdy. There are minor issues with quality and craftsmanship of the individual trades. ie. Paint is not top-shelf. Tile installation was "hollow" in parts and broken. We fixed at our expense despite warranty due to lack of builder response. (More to follow on that). Garage door was slightly misaligned. There were issues that were sub-par on Lennar. Firstly, Communication was horrible. In fact, my closing day was only found out when I asked late afternoon one day. I was told it was the next day at 1pm. And it's a 4 hour drive from our original location. My real estate agent didn't know that we were closing until the DAY AFTER we closed; because we told him! Calling Lennar sales was horrible. Especially, the sales consultant. Once the sale was done, we maybe heard twice from him. And that was because our Redfin agent was on top of him. Items that were supposed to be installed or repaired are still not done. Our shower in the main bathroom is a half pane of glass glued to the wall. Really? It wobbles when you touch it. We were supposed to get a full shower door to enclose the shower. Cabinets are still not fixed 2 months later. Doors are still not level and able to close. Calling the trades and scheduling is taking at least a month or more. As I said, it's the minor things that are a pain. But the house is nice. In the end, to get anything moving, it took our Redfin agent calling Lennar corporate. We are supposed to get a refund from Redfin due to buying and selling with them. We still have yet to receive it; LENNAR has not completed the transaction from what our agent tells us. Liberty Preserve itself seems nice so far. Don’t buy here! My home was not cleaned and there were 19 items that needed to be repaired or were issues. The light over my shower was missing. There was a light switch but no light. The place was dirty. Contractor work was sloppy , paint spills, door sills, missing bolts in cabinet, no sill on granite countertops, I’ve had houses built before in Maryland, but I’ve never experienced anything like this before. They rushed to get the houses up too fast and did not pay attention to detail. I love this model, I just wish the construction was better.

I love our house but follow up has been negative. Once we signed, our rep vanished.

There still pending Items that need to be corrected or completed...workmanship was the worst. Spent my own money and time to get the house in order and thanks to Justin who is taking care of lots of things for me at this moment.

Make sure that the lay out, design and the type of windows are the same as what u purchased!! I was made to believed that the house I purchased was the same and exact layout with all the right windows installed but no one informed me ahead of time why the windows was not the same as the house was being built.They changed the windows into a horizontal design instead of vertical ones!!

Our homebuilding experience with Lennar has been, for the most part, pretty satisfactory. Given the ongoing labor and material shortages and inflationary pressures, Lennar was able to produce an astounding number of completed properties, ours being one of them, in Babcock Ranch over a relatively short time. Our sales representative, Shaun, was very good to work with. He always took time to speak with us and he answered all of our questions within a reasonable time. Our biggest complaint would be the missed completion dates. However, given the manpower and supply chain issues, along with the ultra competitive market and a hurricane, Lennar did a credible job. Build quality was acceptable - not perfect - could have been better, but could have been much worse. Initial construction - foundation, block laying, concrete flatwork and framing all appeared to be very good. Unfortunately, the closer to finish they got, the more glaring and numerous the deficiencies became. But, so far, Lennar has remedied or has promised to take care of any problem we've brought to their attention. Fortunately, all of the problems we've noticed appear to be aesthetic and no structural issues. Since we closed two weeks after Hurricane Ian passed through the Ft. Myers area, probably the best testament to structural integrity is the fact that the only damage our property sustained was a few loose screens on the lanai and some landscaping needing to be re-staked. Another appealing aspect of buying a Lennar home was the "Everything's Included" package. Having all of the GE appliances installed and operational (actually, our dryer did not work, but Jordan, our construction manager, quickly installed a replacement), blinds installed on all the windows, the Ring doorbell and security system, Level lock, Eero mesh wi-fi, and epoxy garage floor coating, not only added monetary value, but eliminated the hassle of shopping for, acquiring and installing all of these items. Since walkthrough and closing, Jordan, has been very responsive. We're hoping that continues. They were very nice helpful

Nothing special. It would have been nice to be able to select a few features of the home. Communication from the walk through and on has been unimpressive, and it is challenging to get the correct information.

It took days to get a virtual meeting just to explain the problem and then weeks before anyone responded to fix the garbage disposal. The furnace didn't work and it took over a week to get anyone here to fix it. It was in the 30s at night and we were freezing. Don't like the delay for the virtual response. Better for Lennar, not me. Other small problems also took a very long time to get attention.

Jay, Michael and the entire Lennar Team are great to work with and they would make you feel that you are in great hands from start to finish. Jay and Michael are very knowledgeable on what they do, very friendly, accommodating and immediately attended to all my queries and concerns to my utmost satisfaction. Kudos to the entire Lennar Team and Thank you so much for being part of my journey of achieving my Dream Home in a Lennar Community!

Very responsive and great neighborhood!

The home buying experience was not bad at all. Don Segal worked to ensure my needs and questions were addressed. Just with Lennar caulked the baseboards. It give the house a more finished look.

I had a pretty good experience. I understood delays and all. I did turn down my first home choice because of workmanship. I am pleased with my second choice. Disappointed the designed changed a little. I've had a couple of service calls for minor fixes. All were done in a timely manner. Overall very pleased with my home, sales consultant, loan officer, lennar representatives all together. I would purchase again. Thank you.

Awesome experience from building to closing. Everyone I mean from the construction manager Ashlee to Carrie my loan officer was always available and communicated with me during my entire home buying process.

All team of lennar are good. Helping with all issues during the process. Construction team is kind and help to fix all issues. Guides how to use all appliances in the home whenever required.

This has been a great first time home buying experience. My sales agent Laurie was superb and was there to assist and navigate along the way. Leslie was also amazing with answering any loan or finance questions and ensure alignment with the title company/requirements. Again, amazing experience and team. All backend/pending follow up items have been addressed or completed. Kristine has worked closely with me to complete all service request and assisting with all pending installations. Amazing team, I would highly recommend any first time home buyers or homebuyers work with Lennar - their Customer service and for simply ensuring what could be a stressful process, very seamless and exciting!! Thankful for my personal experience and seeing the smile on my baby girls face in the end was priceless. The loan process was overall okay. There were parts where they left us hanging on what’s going with the loan. The house overall was very good. Several issues needed to be fix, but took too long to respond to us about when to get it fix. Some parts of the house where missing or missed paint. It was pointed out during inspection that there some several spot where missing paint. Overall experience Okay.
