Great community, looks so clean

Great service, appreciate good and consistent communication.

Beautiful home at a great price. The quality in the workmanship not so good. I’ve only lived in my newly built home a month & have had to call to make a claim multiple times. Luckily there is a warranty & Lennar is pretty fast with addressing the issue & sending someone out to fix the problem.

Our sales person Jordan was great at getting us to contract and rude, pushy, and disrespectful as we got closer to closing. Our construction manager was friendly and responsive before closing and then dismissive and ignored us even in person after closing. Promises were made all around that have yet to be fulfilled. Very disappointing. After talking with neighbors, it is apparent the company's goal is to close on incomplete homes and move on to sell more rather than selling complete product. Customer service and client satisfaction are evidently not priorities.

Sales process was great, then color choices, tile, brick etc. became an issue. Forced to revert to other choices. Still trying to get little quality issues resolved in the warranty process. Slow to respond, some final inspection items still need to be corrected 2 months after closing. Not being negative, I just expect quicker, better service.

Overall home was completed in time and love it for the most part. Some materials used were very cheap and quality not great . Doors to my office don’t close properly , will end up replacing with nicer ones . Locks to from door didn’t work , nails left in roof , all windowed left unlocked , garage not painted inside fir a house over $630k my inside of garage looks like a toddler built it . Not painted , steps have nails showing , I will need to hire someone to finish . Landscaping not great will hire someone to improve and fix . Paint on inside very cheap .

My experience with Lennar has been a blessing and I am amazed on how the process was almost effortless and very efficient. Yuki and Jennifer the loan officer was very nice and responded promptly to my emails and calls. I, for sure don't have buyers remorse.

The whole home buying experience was incredibly stressful. My agent was hardly involved, never met in person, even though she was directly in front of me, and acted as if it was a favor to me to sell me a home; not to mention the actual bidding process is a bit of a nightmare. I used Lennar mortgage as instructed, that was another nightmare of lack of and or miscommunication. Now let's fast-forward to the walk through. The house easily needed another week to be completed. The closing was pushed due to COO wasn't issued. During the push, I had to coordinate and communicate with everyone at Lennar because God forbid they communicate internally. Now I'm closed, moved in, and have a ton of tickets and issues that need to be resolved. The post Sales team is nice and willing to work, but they seem overwhelmed, unorganized, and then my favorite, they will ghost you. The house is nice, but sloppy workmanship, minor and major issues, my garage door still isn't wired, etc. If I knew then, what I know now, I probably wouldn't of purchased this home. I have owned several homes in my lifetime. Some new builds and some resales. NEVER have had such a terrible experience as with this home. When I wasn’t being ignored; I was being lied to. I have done my best to patiently work through the Lennar process but at this point I am all out of nice.

I have many outstanding items on my punch list--such as my deadbolts don't work. a cabinet door is damaged, poor shelving has left holes in the wall and the subs they want to send out only work Monday-Friday from 8-4 and are totally impossible to book. It is a nightmare. I took the day off work and the folks came to fix the deadbolts and they brought the wrong equipment-- meaning I have take another day off work with no consideration of my time and danger in living in a house with inoperable dead bolts. Do not sign the closing papers until everything is fixed. They DO NOT uphold their warranty. ... More

My experience with Lennar. Is very poor and disappointing. First I talk to the builder Lance about my sod water unit and I also talked to the Plummer that installed it before the plumbing went up. And told them I had a soft water unit they said it was going to be ok. And it was addressed and I had the system removed from my old home and brought down to the new house and they couldn’t install it because they never installed a bypass because the house has fire sprinkler, the workmen shop is very poor they have to keep coming out to repair issues, they installed carbon monoxide sensor. But they installed it wrong to far from the smoke detector and and 180 degrees, the carpet mail stripe they installed i the stairs we keep on hitting them down with a hammer when we get poked, the power outlets don’t have them in an some areas. Also if we use a few things it the kitchen the breaks pops. Because they are tided together in the same circuit. The house is bigger than my old house but there’s fewer places to store things in it. No medicine cabinets i any of the restrooms. Also another concern. You build i this house to save energy but you installed a A/C unit and condenser that run on 240 volts. The house has some nice things and I love the layout. But just the quality is very poor. I don’t recommend or see my self buying another Lennar built home again ... More

We’ve had many issues with our home after closing escrow from water leaks to appliances not being installed correctly. Getting a lennar rep to fix the issues has been very difficult

Overall quality of work is not present. I did not expect perfection but there are definitely items that lack attention to detail. Overall staff is friendly and accommodating. I would have liked to see better quality paint and finishes in the home.

money what we paid and what we get compare to other home is high. seeing many service warrenty issues.

First and foremost construction was delayed a little bit . Originally they committed to close the house on October, but they handed me new home on November and also HOA monthly fees little bit high compared to other neighborhood considering this neighborhood doesn’t have any swimming pool clubhouse , dog park, children play area or any sort of amenities .I felt we paid a high price for the home

From beginning to end, builders team always available and responsive. Pre sale during construction and after.

This is a difficult review to write. While I love my home and am happy to finally be in it and somewhat settled, the process and experience getting here was very disappointing. The close date was moved multiple times. Often Lennar would blame outside sources but most times it was due to poor project management. The delays also cost me more money in the interest rate and escrow. Both my realtor and mortgage lender had to make several calls to get answers. Once I was moved in there were some minor things that I wished had been handled better. The first was the lack of cleanliness. The floors downstairs were covered in layers of red clay. Lennar team has been overall great to work with, especially the site Super Dan. The build quality of the house is good, but the fit and finish was lacking. Most issues I have with the house are cosmetic and involve pair and trim.

Homes are not accessible to people with disabilities as I was initially told. Had no opportunity to have a shower installed instead of the tub. Made the request but was denied.

Our experience with Lennar builders was bad from start to finish. We were pressured into a walk-thru before the house was completed. This resulted in additional pressure to close before the end of the month and before fixes were complete. We were told during the walk-thru that we would be supplied touch-up paint, which we didn't receive. We have asked several times for specific color names that were used and still have not received. Attention to detail on the finishing of the house was poor, obviously the constrution manager didn't care in shotty craftsmanship. We've had nothing but trouble with all the technology included in the house. We've reached out several times to the custumer care specialist, who refused to return calls or help in any way. Our sales person was relocated to another development, therefore, was not in a position to help with any questions we asked. On the day we closed, which everyone knew was happening, our keys were locked in the sales office with no one working that day to get them. The auto emails have overwelmed my inbox, from Lennar Mortage to the customer care person and there is no way to stop them from coming. We hope the home warrenty process is better than the building process! This was our first experience building a house and unfortunately we had a terrible experience with Lennar!! Our experience with Lennar was a mixed bag. Issues with Lennar Mortgage aside, Lennar was helpful and prompt with questions and inquiries. There were some miscommunications (in regards to ceiling fans and gutters), but the issue was resolved with the help of Alejandra. She did a great job with sticking her neck out for us to help rectify the issue. However, I am fairly upset that it head not communicated to us that we had a transformer box in our backyard, prior to the electrical tech coming onto our property unannounced and uninvited.

From sales to closing an absolute HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Our sales person Matt was MIA most of the time. Our house was not ready for closing but expected us to close anyway. All screens were bent, painting and caulking was horrific. We have a mice problem, front doors don't lock. garage door dented. Because we sold our other home they had us over a barrel cuz we needed to move in. The house was dirty. Their follow up in every department was atrocious and still is. Extremely unhappy.... they don't care! We are seniors in our 80's and feel they took advantage of us. Very negligent. unfortunately this review is not letting me upload pictures. We have been in home for 2 months and still most repairs not completed. ... More
