I initially didn’t have any issues however when it came time to move in my house had not been cleaned and the builders left mud, trash, dirt, and urine stains in the home. My sales rep assigned to me left all my texts and emails unanswered about this issue and some other questions I had. It wasn’t until my realtor got involved that they began responding to me. They sent a cleaning crew in a few days after I had moved in who were here for a maximum of 10 minutes and did not clean up all of the mess that was still here. Lennar's mortgage process was very chaotic but the representatives were always trying to help. We experienced changing contacts throughout the process which made it difficult to know where we were in the application & approval process. As far as quality, flooring was installed poorly; has squeaks and damaged boards. Have painting residue on woodwork. Found black mold under insulation in basement which they have remediated. For the money paid, we expected better quality.

After many emails from “concierges”, never laying eyes on any that I was passed around to, final walk through was done by Rebecca. She was nice enough but it was obvious she did this day in, day out, so was very pushy about getting done. All issues found were corrected on the spot! Lennar was very dishonest when it came to me having my own realtor. I was told I was filling out a form to receive updates on new home availability and later found out it locked me in with the sales office as my realtor. The project manager was great but is given limited information. Love the neighborhood but would not recommend Lennar, unless you come with a buyers agent.

I would say at first, it was very stressful buying a house and going through the process since I had never purchased a home before. To be honest, it didn’t feel like they cared much. The congratulations seemed insincere and no one bothers to ask you what it’s like to be living in the house even after a month or two. It had a lot of cosmetic and house problems, they’re too much in a hurry to get the house on the market that they miss even the biggest things that are wrong with the house like some of your roof missing. Theresa our sales consultant was amazing through the whole process! Theresa was amazing to work with!!! However, our loan officer Ashley with Lennar Mortage made a MAJOR financial mistake that caused a huge financial burden on us. When we talked to Kristi about this in Theresa's absence since it was her day off she stated "well do you just want to cancel" instead of being sympathetic of the situation and try to rectify the issue. My experience was ok but I believe there is some areas for improvement here .for example washer /dryer (included as part of the package) got installed abt 2 weeks after my closing. There was no instruction provided on how to activate or get access to the mail box . Had to speak to a neighbor to get the post office address and then initiated the request. Went through few iteration as post office needed deed. Lot of hassle and this could have been avoided if proper information was shared before hand off. I didn't realize how bad this really was but the concrete work and trim work I have seen in this house is some of the worse I have seen. Holes in the concrete were sloppily patched. There is sloppy touch caulk all over the base boards. I think it also would have been beneficial to offer at least blinds. A new house without any privacy until you get the time to install them is really annoying. This would have been a minor addition for a builder as big as Lennar.

The sales rep was very helpful with the entire process. My only complaint with the property is the carpet was not cleaned and the cabinets are low quality so a few corners are mashed in. I am extremely disappointed that the builder decided to add fencing to the entire community except for the first few houses were purchased. What's worse is that although different lots can vary by price, soon after I committed the price of the same model dropped by $20K.

The house was not cleaned when we got the keys, stains and paint on the floor, tubs, toilets and countertops, the first costumer care representative was slow to respond to our texts if we were responded to at all.

The AC was not working when we moved in. We did not get internet services for one month from the day we signed. There is a septic truck outside the house every second day. I am not sure if this home is connected to the city sewerage system . Other minor issues need not be mentioned.

Issues with A/C and people digging in our front lawn to connect power to the electrical box in our backyard with no explanation. They also used a ladder to enter our backyard with no permission nd left a pile of dirt in front of our house for a week. Our lawn was dug in so we’re not sure if they’ll fix the lawn damage.

Response to new home 2nd walk through have never been corrected. Sliding door handle is very small making it hard to open from outside. Painters did not pay attention to finishing doors they are peeling and paint has stuck to frame.

If you have a model plan in place and you decide to go with it and don’t get everything you saw at the model home that will make you upset, need to have a better communication from beginning to end and have some accountability to make it right for your customers. Some items were find after move in and we summited a work order and we was told that those issue had to be addressed before closing and now we have some damage window.

At first I had a great experience with the seller’s agent… however she left the organization and I lost a valuable contact as the new agent never called me or returned any of my messages. During the celebration walk trough the agent was a bit dry and kept making comments about how her house was not as nice as the one I was buying. She would get annoyed when I pointed out things that needed to be addressed, then the finance processing was a nightmare as I was not even sure if I was going to close until 30 mins before closing. Closing walk through was rushed, prior inspection revealed many issues, these were to be handled before final walkthrough, yet most were not. “QA” person mentioned he had another appointment and that we needed to hurry up. When pointing out that many previous issues were not addressed, we were asked if we could “live with them”. Loan officer Miranda was amazing. Was told corrections were being made at final walkthrough that weren’t when we moved in. Took 2 days to get access to a home we owned without explanation. After move in warranty response is unreliable including having contractor show up at 5 pm after being home all day to say he can’t do the work. No follow up after. Loan officers are super helpful and answer all emails and questions. The home is good value for price, but some parts of the process are highly lacking in customer service.
