The home-buying process was super smooth, and did not have any issues whatsoever. The entire Lennar team were friendly and answered all questions i had about the home and community.

The closing process was very stressful and communication between Lennar and the attorney was disastrous. Old documents were mailed, documents were signed after the fact, and signing day was not pleasant. Please do better, Lennar.

The people at Lennar are very professional and very responsive and provide great customer service. The process Lennar uses could bd better. Too many people are involved and it became confusing as to who I needed to work with for different items (mortgage vs. building questions vs. document collection vs. closing agent). Would be great if the client worked with one person through the entire process. Also, the resubmitting of documents became a little tiresome. The same documents nearly every month is a bit overkill.

Well, the first week of living in the house, a lot of nails on the rug that my wife got cut on her feet. Another issue is where you put the towels broke off and most of them are loose. I try contact the person in charge of the warranty, but never got back to me. I’m missing a screen on my second floor. They never got back to me again about it there’s a lot of minor issue, but no one has got back to me

Overall we are happy with the whole process of moving. There are some issues with the responsiveness and accountability of the team. We feel like there are too many people involved in the process and no point person to whom to direct complaints. Not very happy with the coordination of the project.

My entire home buying experience with my LennarHome was a wonderful experience! My loan officer Allison was amazing! She explained the process and was always available for my questions and/ or concerns. The quality of the home and price for the options I chose was comparable to other builders in the community. I love my new home within an active adult community and would recommend others. I can’t wait until the entire community is built with the slated amenities to enjoy for years to come.

Elson was awesome from start to finish. Andrea and Andre needs customer service training. Cheyenne was great. Overall the experience was decent. The process was smooth although I was a nervous wreck.

Lennar is the BEST at it!

The materials used in home are cheap and the construction is not so good. This is the townhome. We always hear neighbor tv sounds and also when they walk in their home, we will hear bang bang noise.

Lennar does not communicate with buyer during the construction nor punch list resolution process. The only work punch list items when you escalate to management. Then you get attention for a day and they ignore you the next day. They make up stories as to why things do not work or why they work the way they do. And it is always the other guys fault. No one takes responsibility to correct matters.

Over all a very good experience. You have to understand that they are really throwing these homes up at an incredible pace. Only a few cosmetic issues that were handled after the walk through. Sales office took care of me, showed me three homes in process and doing the paperwork in less than an hour.

We purchased an Executive level Lennar home. The Kennedy III model. That being said we expected to close on an absolutely beautiful new home. The workmanship & building supplies in this home are beyond disappointing. The cabinets are a disgrace, huge gaps were left where the floor meets up with the cabinets, the outside of the home is not truly painted, it is more like whitewashed, the built in pest control system was “forgotten”, no hot water to the master tub, crushed cable wires, broken kitchen faucet sloppy molding/wood work, weak A/C unit, etc, etc, etc. We purchased a Lennar home as they once had a very good reputation & family just built with Lennar in another part of the state. The house they received vs. ours in Groveland is vastly different. Very disappointing! Right now we truly feel like we bought a $455,810 fixer upper! ... More

Workman ship is lousy. Responsiveness is awful. Forces closings before home is complete

excellent support during construction and regular updates once closed no support. Sorry but that's how I feel.

The handover to my new home was a horrible experience. The puchout list and other outstanding issues were not met. I'm very disappointed at the lennar team.

Lennar did not allow third party inspection, walk through was rushed and wasn't allowed to point out construction related issues during that time. There were some minor and some major issues that required builder's attention. Dryer gas line was not connected, there were scratches all over the place on the drywalls, poor caulking, scuffs everywhere, chipped wood inside and outside of the drawers, improper and incomplete paint in many places, scratches on the side of the cabinets, rust on the bathroom mirrors, drawer handles and column beams slanted, floor creaking in some areas in the living room and bathroom. After multiple follow ups the builder/customer care rep won't respond. They sent a guy for touch ups for a day and I was told he will come back and he hasn't. Still there is some work that needs to be done. I would not recommend Lennar communities to my friends and family where they don't allow inspection before the closing. ... More

Once I closed, it became almost impossible to get the construction team out to complete the home, all items found and documented before closing. While I like my home, it doesn’t feel like home with all of the pending, incomplete items (including missing trim and tape on drywall/paint issues).

We love our new home and have enjoyed working with the staff at Lennar. Though everyone has been courteous and professional- we do wish our punch list items were being handled in a more timely manner

This is my third new Lennar home purchase and final. I thoroughly enjoy the Lennar product . My previous home was a Brookstone- Onyx, the other was a Fairway- Wakefield and now Wildflower- Hanover. When I saw this floorplan, I was wowed away by th space, kitchen, two entrances to the master bed, floorplan, and location. The price was a never thought of price for this up and coming area. Let's just say i have a lot of equity after signing closing documents. Don't hesitate to purchase a Lennar Everything home because you will not be disappointed. The process was direct and straightforward. They provide all they promised, it is good you keep tract of promises until closing. Lennar gives opportunities to homeownership to instrested buyers even at this tough moment in the market. The Sendero community is just so wonderful to be a part of it. My family and I love our new home, for it's a dream come true with Lennar.
