Issues with walls and microwave and microwave. Fortunately Richard has been very expedite getting things fixes

DO NOT close until everything is set up. It’s been almost 2 months and we still don’t have a mailbox. Also, we still can’t get cable/internet services because the builder didn’t work with the companies ahead of time and there are no cables laid out for this services. Please do yourself a favor and go with a different builder.

Still waiting on walkthrough issues to be addressed.

I feel the property was not ready for us to move into. I didn't receive mail for over a month because Lennar did not set things up correctly with the post office. My address still does not appear on google maps so it's hard to get deliveries. I'm here almost 2 months & my list of the 30-day repairs have still not been addressed. I'm still missing a screen, a garage door window, etc. Things that should have been taken care of immediately. I have a chipped tile. I have a bathroom sink with a chip. Our home is beautiful and the construction manager (Amanda) is very informative & helpful. But the sale agent, she was a little bit rude & not really care to give a good information when I first time visit model home. My another complaint is the drive way & side walk got cracks & damage not look really good. I have to fix my own. Overalls, we love the house, especially the kitchen.

Several problems in the house since I arrive first time. No answer at all from sales representative and from Lennar customer service to my requests. Problems still pending after 5 weeks from closing.

There have been a few things that haven’t been great. Carpet was stained before we had our walk through. I called it out and it was bandaid fixed but the stains are all back. We have reports in for a fix but it is taking very long and response times are awful. We have also had issues with our stairs that have been reported and her no response. Disappointed since this is our 1st house. Figured Lennar would of been better than this.

Mortgage communications and administrations is lacking. Sales is average. Construction quality is minimally acceptable. Construction management was lacking. Communication in the whole South Carolina division is lacking. We have requested information regarding the town house project and ownership for a month and have received NO information. We have heard nothing regarding the homeowners association. We have lived here for 6 weeks and have never received owner mail. It took us 3 weeks to get WIFI and to find out there is no cable tv. As you can tell we are extremely unhappy about our new home. Contact us and set things straight. Stop avoiding the situation . You have three townhome owners and 81 that are sold out. I would say to prospective homebuyers, Run! Do not stop in the office go as fast as you can to a better, reliable, more professional builder that will use quality products and stand behind their workmanship! I owned my house for a month and is already showing signs of decay that are not covered by the so-called warranty.

We were not given any options for input into what was used in the house. It was basically take it or leave it. We went ahead with the purchase because the pricing was good and within our budget but was not completely satisfied as what we got was different from what we saw .

Overall process was stress-free, after discounting factors outside builder's control - time for getting permits, interest rate environment. Overall responsive both before and after closing for any issues that came up. Satisfied with workmanship and product.

Questions with new home consultant were never actually answered, they were ‘danced’ around. Had 9 pages of fixes to be done after initial walk through. Upon the ‘final walkthrough’ there were workers still in the house fixing things. I left explaining the final walkthrough should mean everything is done and ready for review. Still not all things have been corrected almost 2 months after move in. Very disappointing as a first time home buyer. Don’t recommend.

The Lennar work family ate very nice. As for as my home. I not to happy on how they respond to issues. I prefer phone call instead of emails if I have a service request. My kitchen light is hanging down, my bathroom plug doesn't work, and water stands in my yard for days after it rains cause I don't have a good run off system. I'm having this issue after month of moving in. They are great people but I'm not too impressed by the quality of my home.

During the turning over or congratulations ceremony pay attention to small details about the house. As it will be very difficult to ask for service after. It took almost a month to have the garage door fixed bec the RC was not even programmed and when we tried it totally didn’t work that even the wall remote won’t work. If you are not a busy person you have all the time to do all but if you have work and a busy person and rely for service it will take u a while of waiting for the service to be done. Overall the experience was great! House was still not fully complete upon moving in, but out contractor was good at responding to stuff.

Make sure EVERYTHING unfinished or unsatisfactory is done LONG before you close. MONTHS after closing, still outstanding issues. Lots of lip-service, slow to respond and slower to address.

Horrible craftsmanship for an upscale home it sucks for a 2600 sq ft home they screw the home owner and put in a 3 ton ac unit left exposed molding in kitchen cheapest kitchen upscale home my rear end biggest mistake I ever made buying from this builder the yard floods when it rains garage floor is already cracking I’m tired of typing you get the idea stay away

Sold my first Lennar home and bought a second in the same community. Overall the home is beautiful and Lennar does a great job. But they set the bar high on the first one and fell short of my expectations on this home. They had me close long before I should have. They cheaped out on a lot of things (ex, appliances). I'm almost 2 months in and many basic things still have not been fixed. And I wish they would let you customize a few things.

The only good experience from working with Lennar was our salesman Jarrett. Any time we had a question he would respond immediately respond. Our build was delayed by 5 months which I do not blame Lennar…that was Covid. A week before we moved in we had so many issues and were told by Eddie and the contractor Ming would be fixed before we moved in….a month in new house and nothing was done..had to do warranty claims. Cheap appliances, poor customer service.

Overall experience was great from start to finish. This was our first home and Lennar made the process very smooth. Will definitely work with Lennar again in the future.

Jeff Merk, Shayla Norton, Marc Friedlander are amazing and if I decide to get another home. I would pray and hope I work with them. But walking into my home I seen a lot things that were done that is not up to standards. Quality of workmanship could be way better for the price of the home. I feel like I shouldn’t have to do something of things that need to be done.

While construction was delayed 15 days, the end result was sloppy work. Water bottles were found under our sod, detail paint was not completed. Lawn grading below par. Little attention to detail all around home, inside and out.

Would not buy a lennar home again!

Overall great service, house was delivered on time.
