There are a few things that lowered your score (not sodding the whole yard, upgrading appliances, or especially not installing water purification for the incredibly hard water situation here that will mean appliance and plumbing replacements in the near future). Angel and Bianca are the best who worked with us through the process!

Multiple issues when I moved in but after communicating with lennar they scheduled people to come fix the issues. Paint left on floors, lights, door frames, screen door was broke also kitchen cabinet was broke.

Spec sheet for the home stated finished stone veneer. When we moved up to the new home it was completed with siding. No adjustments have been made by the builder except to say "it was my fault". Have asked HOA to further investigate. Was hoping for either adjustment at closing or replacement of the siding-nothing has been done-felt like a bait and switch.

There have been multiple issues with the home that have needed repair or to be addressed. Prior to closing customer care was very responsive. Since closing the responsiveness has gone significantly downhill. Also that I continue to find issues related to the quality of the craftsmanship of the home that demonstrate sloppiness in the building has been concerning. The insulation for noise and weather is great. The community is well taken care of.

There is a lot of issues in the house like electrical, paintings, dirty windows etc. we did mark some of it during the walkthrough but they just remove the tape but not fix. I placed request for repair but some contractors takes time to respond and come. We closed in August but until now we still have problems. Although our customer care coordinator, Destiny is very helpful.

We had a James who was a great person to work with here in Florida. He was very responsive. Even when they moved him from us to someone else. He would still answer and or resolve any issues. As for the home itself keep in mind that what you see as a demo is not what you are getting. I was told we were being upgraded to quartz from granite. Only thing is was the thinnest quartz I have ever seen. So much so that I went to several countertop shops and was told they would not sell me such a thin slab due to concerns with quartz getting damaged. That leads me to think if they took a short ...

The main reason I'm going to the trouble of writing this is to state my displeasure at one aspect of the purchase, but I'll save that for now. First I'd like to state what a good value for price my home was. It seems to be quite well made with an unusually generous part of budget having been devoted to excellent ambient lighting and electrical outlets. One generally must pay a premium for that. That's where it ends. The lovely garage comes without a garage door opener. Seriously. And zero trim work with white paint everywhere. Barren as a baby's behind. Now for my complaint. The mandatory ...

They cut corners on a lot of routine things. Air conditioning not working properly with temperatures and humidity control. Told about it when had inspection but they stated that it met code. Only 1outdoor water spout. Cheap noisy garage door. Sod that was placed is dying even with watering as suggested and longer.

Lennar 50 ft

In a 2400 sqft house, lennar provide only one sink in master bedroom and their original design is questionable. Plus using wood floor instead of tiles in all bathrooms. Only one Ethernet connection in the whole house which is only in living room. The room facing main road has only one small window in lennar wildflower II collection in Marigold elevation B plan. Overall plan for marigold is really good. And spacious. Bath tub size is too small to fit in secondary bathrooms. These are all small design changes that gives more satisfaction if it were included in original plan.

Many individuals that you work with following the purchase if there are issues seem to be quick to respond, communicate well. Just understand you get what you pay for then you will not have any issues. The overall workmanship, especially on the finishing leaves a lot to be desired, everything from uneven tile work, caulking & grout work, finishing cuts on trim, etc.

We never were allowed to talk directly to the construction manager or supervisor only thru our agent who was good by the way. I asked for superintendent several times to call me. We did not get one phone call. Many issues could have been resolved before our walk thru before closing. This process should be changed. We had grading and drainage issues from the house next door and the common area which is on the other side our house. I was assured they would be fixed after closing and as of today they are still not fixed. I should have never closed before they were fixed.

I feel like I was rushed into buying my second choice of the units since the release procedure was somewhat unexpected in terms of timing. Sometimes only a few hours before the Buyers response was needed to confirm. Eventually, my sales agent did give me a heads up on a unit that was available, but wasn’t my first choice, the reason I took it was your prices were going up every week. I guess The services and offers were much better in northern California compared to Southern California My friend got a house in El Dorado, California from LENNAR and her solar panels were paid. Issues with the condo as soon as I moved in. Whoever does the final walk through missed numerous obvious issues. They use very low grade contractor grade doors and counter tops. The sheetrock and paint work was very poor. Issue with bathroom vent spent the first month trying to get that fixed. The Hvac company not very knowledgeable at there job. Oscar air

When I first reached out to Lennar, I was really excited about buying a Lennar home. Come to find out the whole buying process involved poor customer service with all communication by text or email and long waits for your questions and concerns to be answered. You will get phone calls when they need something but do not expect lennar to pick up your calls. The mortgage people sucks and will not communicate in a timely manner. We love the floor plan but most of the things in the home are standard and is what you see in the model home. You get what you pay for. The overall walk through was ...

At first, everyone we interacted with seemed genuinely focused on our best interests and providing solid support, but that changed. Communication was poor, with each follow-up passing us off to someone else, making it feel like everyone was just going through the motions. During the pre-walk, several issues we raised but some were left unresolved, and we were given an ultimatum: either they address the items and risk delaying the closing, or we accept things as they were. The foreman was possibly the saving grace, addressing some of our concerns within their scope, but dealing with customer ...

My wife and i have had someone out to fix cabinets twice now. The first time the cabinet guy said that the quality of your cabinets was poor and the issue we were having was going to be a continuing thing. (Front face falling off). He fixed them but failed to do it correctly. So 2 weeks later we had another work request. This time before the job was even complete Elijah starts telling my wife that they will not be out to fix them again and there is nothing they will do anymore. Then the repair man discovered that they were not built right to begin with and he has supposedly fixed it now. ...

Real Estate is way over-priced in Idaho, with that said, Lennar is a good choice for a Spec Home. Good floor plan, average to above average materials, interior workmanship above average - exterior workmanship below average. HOA a little quick to pull the trigger but it's expected, they're new at their job and folks are still moving in. Biggest complaints: single door pantry when there's room for double, no towel storage in bathrooms when there's room, closet shelves are too deep and closet depth too shallow, no rain gutters and only ONE outdoor water faucet??? Biggest Plus: Warranty Response ...

The craftsmanship of the homes is questionable, especially given the speed with which they were built. There are some structural issues that Lennar has been slow to respond to, which is frustrating. The value is good but be prepared to have to deal with Lennar's slow post-closing repair process. The representative for Balm Grove - Rob - is unresponsive at best. Do better.
