Make sure to have an agent that will help with title. Title company was a nightmare.

This is our second Lennar home and all I can say is I will never do this again. Home buyers - If you can, please look for other trustworthy builder.

Mixed experience. Pretty good value with their Everything's Included packages, however the catch is that there is no room for customization outside of flooring, window treatment, and cabinets/counters if your timing is good. What's not included is solar, gutters, and drainage, which are some basic items other builders have included. But overall a large number of "upgrades" that are standard. So if you like a lot of options, Lennar is not the builder for you. Customer service is a bit sub par compared to other builders. Perhaps it had to do with COVID and the absolutely insane seller's market of 2021-2022, but they treated customers like a number instead of a potential homeowner. They're attitude was, "we're gonna tell you how this is gonna work and if you don't like it, go somewhere else." Zero visibility into the sales process. Very disappointed in the quality of materials and craftsmanship of the home. Extremely sloppy grout, wood work, and painting. We did not expect to move into a brand new home and need to fix SO MANY things— The amount of carelessness, cheap materials, and inexperience of their trade workers is evident in every room. Literally everything from the exterior paint peeling off after only one month, the cracks and water standing in the yard, to the windows being impossible to open—to the bulging outlets, drywall seam lines, and the amount of extra grout smeared on the shower and floor tiles— there is nothing luxurious about any of it! It was easy to buy a home with the Lennar! The process was quick always and reliable

Like any new build there are sometimes are a few issues here and there that need to be corrected and the builder will stand behind those issues in this case there is a lot of things in place with the company to get you to tell them what’s wrong so that they can come back and take care of it the only problem is their systems keep crossing and the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing it’s been a very bad process so far and the quality of work on chip has been much less than in the past with this builder

The home is not worth what I paid for it, only the location is. It's a shame the quality of work, cheap appliances and material were used to build this type of home. I have a list of repairs from the first 2 months I have owned the home. Baseboards poping off in several locations, scratched glass doors, and toilet seats, warped doors, etc... I have reached out to the area manager to address a few issues and have not had a resolution within the last 4 weeks.

Our home buying experience was excellent because of a woman named Jennifer. She kept in touch with us through text and emails with periodic pictures of the progress of the construction. She made buying our Florida retirement home from New Jersey very enjoyable.

Michael and Joe say they will fix a reported problem but never follow through. Upstairs floor boards are creaky and depressed feeling as though your going to follow through. When reporting problems pertaining to workmanship of home the buyer is told that it’s a cosmetic issue and that it’s not covered even though it’s the fault of the builders. When buying a new home you should feel good about it and not feel that there is a mountain of problems. We had multiples issues that needed to be resolved and still waiting to be... -Missing sliding doors -Walls with holes unpatched -Doorbell not working -Missing cabinet moulding -Still no key for main front door -Missing kicker in the kitchen -Master bathroom with defective faucet They should improve the PDI a little bit. We were expecting a fully finished home!

I am very pleased with the overall buying process. The folks at Lennar were very courteous and professional. Most of the paperwork was able to be done on line. Lennar kept to their initial closing date which made me and My wife very happy.

The material used to build these homes are of the cheapest.

We purchased the home virtually and the experience of dealing with the Lennar team is awesome!

Lennar is a great company and i love my new home. They take care of the buyer from beginning to end. I recommend them highly.

If you only want good reviews what does that accomplish for making the company better. You're all a joke

Think twice before buying a home from Lennar. The quality has gone down a lot. Had lot of issues just in the first month itself. 1) Crawlspace moisture issues (Puddles of water in crawlspace) 2) Crawlspace didn't have vapor barrier at all the places. 3) Leak in the garage. 4) Weather strip for the doors not installed correctly. 5) Faulty transformer for ring door bell. 6) Dry wall issues 7) and so on. I believe a homeowner shouldn't experience these many issues just in the first month if the build quality is good and is properly inspected.

The process was very Stressful one minute we was disapproved and the next minute we was approved with no apologies or sorry about the process

Nothing but positive things to say so far. The sales process and mortgage team were great, so simply and easy. The warranty issues so far have been addressed very quickly and I am pleased with the overall quality of the building.

Needs to do better

In the seven weeks since closing, have had an electrician in the home three times fixing an obvious mis-wiring issue (no lights can come on in one room unless lights on in another room) and two electrical boxes that were backyard-rigged with no to code. Have also had support out to fix the water heater, fix property drainage issues, for windows that needed fixing, and still waiting on doors to be fixed (on a month long waiting list). Additionally, one section of the irrigation system was installed without sprinkler heads, and that issue I've been promised would be fixed three times, but... Other issues I've found that I've not yet submitted for warranty repair: Front door doesn't seal (can see daylight through >1/4" gaps), more than thirty nail pops (so far), and one full wall that has significant waves in it plus an obvious sloppy repair on the bottom of it that looks like something heavy hit and broke through the wall and was hastily repaired. Not my first new build. I expect some issues with a new build, but...the quality Lennar put forward here is terrible. We had a great experience either the entire team at Lennar. The price of the home was a little steep, and the quality of the material was not that great. Otherwise everything else was ok.

Everything about the process was great. The house is well made and has all the modern “smart” features. We love our home.

Extremely bad experience working with Amanda. Not responsive at all once the house is signed. heard the same feedback from all my neighbors I spoke to.
