I will not recommend Lennar. They used contractors who are not professionals in the industry. The guys who worked on my home looks like trainee -no experience at all. Workmanship is very very very poor. The inventory used is of cheap quality. Lawn is half done, Worst and cheap quality engineered hard wood. The floor is chipping out even before I closed. They did some patch work but the entire floor(atleast most of floor) needs to be redone. the exhaust fan in the kitchen makes sound loke a lawn mower. They showed something in model house but installed lower priced appliances.The staircase is glossy for couple of steps and is rough on all other steps The list goes on and I will not recommend Lennar. ... Smooth and easy experience through the entire purchasing and closing process!

We’re very happy with our new home. The sales staff and customer care team have been a pleasure to deal with.

The experience was and still has been so bad, I would not recommend anyone this builder sadly. The service has not been good, still after 2 months of moving in to the house I still have things that have not been fixed, things that should have been done before the closing date.

Experience was overall pretty good but communication was lacking at times when we told it was on track then suddenly we were closing two weeks early which would have been nice to know since that changed our first payment date. When it comes to warranty issues most are dealt with fairly quickly but we do have a few big issues that we are having trouble getting taken care of. I also wish they had an option to include landscaping for the back yard as an option especially since we have a strict HOA. Other than that these issues the homes are beautiful and definitely feel like we got a great price for everything that’s was included in the home. ... More

From first meeting with the sales rep to closing has been a breeze. They are a very experienced builder and know how to get the job effectively and quickly. 2 months from 1st meeting to settlement. As with any building process, there where some items on my punch list but they were addressed quickly. I’d recommend the community and builder to anyone.

It’s really good experience with Lennar. The way they constructed home and the responses on each stage was remarkable. I already suggested few of my friends to buy home in my community and they did. Overall Lennar builder is best.

Enjoyable experience, would recommend Lennar!

I had one roof leak and one air conditioner drain leak in my loft area. The leaks have been fixed however I’m still waiting for the drywall and an upholstered chair that was stained to be fixed. It’s been 3 weeks. Also the garbage dumpster is not emptied on a regular basis. The management company states trucks are in the neighborhood blocking the dumpsters. There have been no trucks on the street for the past three weeks. Lennar needs to change the HOA management company to one that is more responsive. 4 phone calls and an email have proved to be ineffective. I’m to the point of not paying my HOA dues as I am not receiving the services that I am paying for. ... More

I found the Lennar experience very frustrating, and would not be repeat buyer. For the price paid, I am disappointed in the development, the finished home, the Lennar processes, and absolutely beside myself that Lennar will not allow, tolerate, or discuss simple, inexpensive changes to make the finished home more “functional “. The Lennar famous quote “it meets code”, and “that’s what’s on the drawing” is heard over and over when you ask for simple changes; early or even before the build. There’s insufficient space for me to outline the issues and watch outs when buying in a Lennar development, just go into the process with your eyes wide open, and be prepared for spending quite a bit after you take ownership to make the home livable and functional. ... When we first arrived at our vacation home the Lennar team was very responsive to resolving any immediate issues. We still have issues pending that they tell us are in the works. We trust that when we return many of these issues will be resolved. So far we have been extremely happy with the process, It is a breath of fresh air to purchase a new home that when you move in all the landscaping and appliances are already in place.

This is our second investment property we purchased from lennar. We are satisfied the quality with their service.

I purchased in November 2021 with Lennar , the salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable in the process, the builder of the home went above and beyond my expectations with the home , really no delays in the process , moved in July 2022, very happy with the whole process with Lennar from start to finish.

Finishing of edges are not good. Counter top base finishing is not properly. Garage out side liner also not installed and aligned. My construction manager is Ryan.

I have buy a few new home in my life. This been the worse a sloppy job was done on the finishing touch this home wasn’t moving ready. On my 1st call to repair stuff I put in 7 request. Forget outside work that a mother call. Really disappointed

Not a great experience for a 1st time home buyer. Bad communication, there was never an answer on time, still having issues and there not being addressed or taking care of, was not provided the important information.

I’ve spent so much time and effort trying to get Lennar to make things right I’m not going to spend a lot of time on this review. You name it; it’s broken or done haphazardly. NEVER again. And lastly, broken promise after broken promise to make things right. It’s not just me, any time I talk to a neighbor they’re dealing with the same thing. Completely unreal.

This is my second Lennar home and this experience is nothing like my first experience. There was and has been poor communication between us and Lennar for the entire process. This includes warranty people and construction managers. I have been living in my house for over a month and the landscape is still not completed. There is always an excuse for why it’s not completed. We send emails that go unanswered and seems like everyone is always pointing the finger at someone else. They make it where you can’t walk away but if I could have walked away from this house I would have. The market will take care of us in the end and it will end up being a good investment but I will NEVER buy a Lennar home again after this experience ... More

Felt like we were lied to during the entire build process.

Lennar Homes are not worth the money. Poorly built, plumbing not up to code, electrical issues and appliances not installed correctly. Home didn't even come with a garage door opener. 3 service requests in regards to AC not cooling, dryer outlet not working (circuit in breaker had to be replaced), water leaking under front and back doors, installed appliances not working, and unable to transfer utility to own name due to water-test not yet performed by builder and water company; and it's only been 2 months since closing.

House is great as expected. The default upgrade is pretty good. The process from signing the contract to closing the house is quick and smooth. Salesman and Customer service are very nice and helpful.

Buyer Beware..... Issues: 1. Soil not prepared properly 2. Blended Topsoil with compost was not used 3. Topsoil was not racked smooth 4. Topsoil not sloping away from house 5. Proper egress for water off the roof is not being accomplished 6. Sob was laid on top of building Material/ debris 7. Due to improper soil prep, there are holes throughout, trapping water causing patches of mold 8. Due to improper soil prep/ sloop away from house, there is standing water Northside of house/ gate area and back side of house/ area close to water spigot 9. Dead spots throughout lawn front and back yards 10. Sod has weeds 11. Sod has different types of grass mix 12. Sod has mold 13. Sod is not flat, can cause twisted ankle 14. Sprinkler system is not functioning properly, had to manually shut off water to prevent seepage from the sprinkler heads, backyard 15. Oak tree has major damage lower truck, not a healthy tree 16. Front house gutter drains, routed into black drain line, drains into front flower bed at side walkway, creating mold throughout flower bed, this should have been routed to drain close to front street 17. Flower bed not prepared properly, slopped, does not drain water off, holds water, mold is now present in the rocks 18. Flower beds duty weed barrier/ weave fabric not installed ... More

We could not be more pleased with Blake and Marco. Response time for move-in fix its has been less the 24hrs with great craftmanship.....we would refer or buy another Lennar home in a heartbeat!...

We had given up on retiring and owning a home in Florida until we found Timber Creek. We met Freddy and just before the New Year he found an opportunity for us to buy a Villa. We were able to sell our MN home and move to Fort Myers, it was a bumpy transition but overall we were able to use Lennar resources to help. Times are challenging but patience helps, we are very happy to be here in our new home.
