Was an amazing experience , purchasing a home in NC from NY, everything was done so smoothly, thank you Lennar and the amazing team who was involved in the purchase of our new home .

Overall we like the house but it hasn’t been a great experience.

Not worth your time. They to get everything done. A lot of dings on all the doors, cabinets and cabinets doors. The material that they use is really cheap. They take t there time to come by the fix there mistake. Overall it has been not good experience for my wife and I.

My experience with sales was okay, Robin. The construction manager had promise to fix my problems at closing , still waiting .

For poor service and attention to details from Lennar lender. Made several mistake and miscommunications throughout throughout the process. Myself who is in the financial industry and worked as a Mortgage specialist found this process to be very difficult with horrible communication. After closing we arrive back to the home to find the contractors from next door tracking mud in the home eating. They had finger prints on the wall and etc. when I contacted the builder they stated “Lennar never marked the house as sold”. So the contractors were hanging out listening to music during there lunch break in my new home. As I don’t think that justify why we had to move into a now dirty home with marks and dings throughout. We found several issues that weren’t fixed following the walk through and inspection that created a long process for us to try and get completed. Workman ship is terrible. Truly a mess, so many things don't fit correctly, a lot of damage to new cabinets put in, putty filling is awful, cement work is terrible, I couldn go on but no point. Taking a long time to see problems resolve, so far one item out of approximately 20.

Very friendly and helpful staff. And no surprises. They also listen to and take prompt action for any issues we have found with the house so far.

We love our home! Such wonderful quality! Thank you Lennar!

This is my second new build. I thought I was buying with a premier builder when we went with Lennar for our second new build and was expecting a better experience and better quality than our first home, especially when buying a million dollar home. I was wrong. From the very beginning I was disappointed with the quality and workmanship being put into the house. It appears Lennar's contracts with the cheapest subcontractors they can find whom put very little effort in the product they are providing. From framers to landscapers, everything appears to be of poor quality. The close out process was terrible, the Lennar superintendents were rude and straight up lied to our faces over and over. The worst, has been the warranty which we are on our second warranty rep in one month and both have been miserable. They constantly give false promises and never come thru, that is if they even respond and don't completely ignore me. It came down to forcing us to close and promising that everything is going to be corrected and completed immediately after closing to completely ignoring us, going on two months. The location is what made us buy with Lennar. Lennar does not let you choose which lot you would like, nor the interior they just tell you we have this for you take it or leave it. One thing that makes Lennar stand out are the employees they are very responsive and helpful (appreciate the team)

Lennar homes has been very responsive to me. If I need anything fixed, it gets done right away . Would recommend buying a home here.

The home buying process with Lennar was highly disappointing. Our brand new home looked like it had already been lived in— dings in the walls, imperfections in the paint, torn up baseboards, paint splatters on our upgraded laminate flooring, and carpet, as well as a dirty home that was NOT cleaned after construction before move-in. Both the front and back doors are difficult to close and take a bit of force, while lifting up on the door to get them to close properly. There was no pride in workmanship to be found in our home but rather lots of cut corners. We were not informed upon moving in how to go about getting the gate code or even which post office we were zoned for. We were later informed that this information was supposed to be given to us at closing but it was overlooked. As a military family, we had to put blind faith in this process as we were out of state. We trusted our realtor to guide us in the right direction, but even she was highly disappointed with the quality of our home and interactions with Lennar. Overall, my family has been highly disappointed with the quality of our home, especially for the price we paid, and sadly would not recommend Lennar to anyone we know. After speaking to several of our neighbors, it is evident that we have all had the same issues and that we were not the only ones with this experience, despite being made to feel that way by a couple of Lennar employees. The only positive has been that our interactions with most Lennar employees have been pleasant with only a few that were less than desirable. ... More

Home buying experience is below average compared to other builders. Issue resolving is worst possible. I have 2 lennar homes (one in Florida, and one in Jurupa Valley CA). Florida house is 2 year old and California house is 2 month old. Whenever I create a issue, computer system picks up my Florida home address and case automatically closes as it is out of warranty. Computer is not picking up new California address for issues, even if I enter it manually. So far I have very tough time in getting issues resolved and I do not know what to do. Hope someone picks up this issue and resolves it.

Lennar does not seem to stand behind their product, and has substandard work, that is only made worse by the lack of customer service to address issues with their new home construction.

The builder gave me the home with some problems that can be fixed easily, when I asked them to fix it, they refereed me to the home warranty, which was not fixed till now.

It's a long drawn out process. Kayla was extremely patient and helpful as my loan officer. Without her I would have bailed out of buying a home altogether. Very helpful.

The sales ladies were fantastic and were very responsive to all my questions. Both construction managers were great and very responsive as well to emails.

I still have someone else’s ring box at my house because the builders were careless and have no idea where mine is. So someone else has mine and can log into my camera in front of my house. My customer care coordinator told me it was rings problem.

I’ve contacted the builders multiple times about a hanging vent and also putting a front door prep hole and nothing just the run around about I’ll get to it and nothing I regret purchasing from y’all everything is cheaply made and designed

This is our 2nd new construction home purchase experience. It was very smooth from beginning to end. Lennar made the process easy by preselected all color schemes and everything included package such as blinds and security system - which is super helpful especially for an out of state buyer like us. It’s unavoidable to find something that needs to be fixed but the team always responded quickly so far! We are very happy with the purchase overall.

The homebuying experience was poor. Sales staff were dodgy about answering questions and not very transparent about the homebuying process. It was a sellers market and this was an apportunity for builders to show what kind of seller they were going to be and they showed it. They quoted us a close date of March (i think to entice me to buy the house), We actually closed at the end of June after delay after delay. I understand it was a pandemic but this was ridiculous. After so many delays and i was frustrated with them, they actually said 'if you don't want those house we can just go to the next buyer.' The post ownership experience has been fine. They have been attentive and prompt to defects and any build issues that have come up. ... More

Promises were made....but not carried out. Fit&finish very poor. Did anyone care? Pretty much no. I would not accept any service people to come in and finish what was promised as I don't feel anything would be any better than now. No faith in your labor.

The Lennar home buying experience was quite pleasant. The on site agent, Angela was GREAT to work with. Gary the builder always made time to answer my questions and never made me feel like I was a bother.

I had a very good experience with my Lennar representatives .
