Very smooth and no surprises

Overall all of the people that we worked with were very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a few minor issues to deal with, but nothing significant, and in each case everyone was very responsive, and went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied. For sure would recommend Lennar to others!!

I have had a great experience from start to finish with LENNAR. All my questions were answered promptly. I was always informed as updates came in. Friendly faces and great. Customer service was above average.

Lee has been outstanding. I noticed a small window leak and related drywall damage soon after moving in. After submitting a warranty ticket, I got a call within 24 hrs, and repair scheduled within a few days. He was also quick to check in and follow up after the repair to ensure everything was done. I’m grateful for the Lennar Customer Care team!

Ted was great very responsive. Noah was also great and so helpful. JJ chef at tiki bar is a gem.

Jenna has been very helpful and responsive. Cyrus and Matt were also very helpful.

I recently closed a townhome at sicklerville, NJ and I couldn't be happier! The location is fantastic, with easy access to parks, shopping, Atlantic city, Philly Downtown. The open layout is perfect for entertaining, featuring a modern kitchen and spacious bedrooms. The quality of construction is top-notch, and the community is well-maintained. Special thanks to sales persons at Pennington, NJ and sicklerville, NJ for their outstanding support throughout the buying process. This is my 2nd town home in Lennar. The home buying process with Lennar was super easy and smooth. I would definitely recommend Lennar to friends and family.

My family and I had great experience buying our home in Bonaire, GA. Our home and the buying process exceeded our expectations of a large home builder. Build quality was above average and the home has a very functional layout. Additionally, Lennar was flexible in dealing with our unique situation and desires. Finally, when minor issues did pop up, Lennar was diligent in addressing them promptly and to my satisfaction.

Norman was my salesperson. He reached out to me, keeping his promise to call me when it was time for me to make an offer.At the point of signing, I suddenly developed cold feet. However, he encouraged me to proceed. Today, I am very happy in my beautiful brand new Lennar home. Thank uou Norman.
