Both buying the house and once I moved in, everyone at Lennar is so helpful. Any issue is taken care of immediately. Quality of the house is average, as far as hardware, carpeting (poor), bright white paint (I've already changed that), garage unfinished. Appreciate backyard was landscaped (and front yard—we are told don't touch/change anything). Clubhouse, pool, open areas (lots of green space) are beautiful. Love the walking trails, paved even. For the price it was a great buy to be living in this beautiful community.

Everyone took the time to make sure I understood what was being explain to me.

We have built a ***** before with the contractor listening to us and providing options. There were minimal options with Lennar. Also I had to search home decor stores for samples of the flooring, countertops, stone, etc. Lennar only provided thumbprint pics via email. The employees I had contact with were great but couldn't do much but follow Lennar rules.

More follow-up after purchase. Didn't receive key to mailbox or mailbox info at all (that started a 2 month journey with ***** that still isn't resolved) or any info really about the neighborhood.

The entire process was "all about Lennar" - a steamroller, so to speak, every step of the way. Since we've bought several houses previously, we could handle it but it's not something we would recommend to other buyers, especially for a primary residence. Obvious cost management and keeping new owners in the dark as to lack of internet outlets and poor locations of the ones provided (Lennar cutting costs); with the block walls, this makes running new ones a huge challenge. Bathroom vanities are big but lack lower drawers; kitchen cabinets only have a single pullout drawer, limiting storage (again, citing costs at expense of livability of the home). The walk through as not helpful, no useful information on the HVAC was left behind. That said, the selling agent (*****) was excellent and, from his side of the process, made it as good as it could be. We would work with him again, 100%. ... More

I feel the builder contacts were doing their best even though they were short staffed/on vacation. They were great with communication & connecting with me at home. I do think they could improve the quality of their contractors (manager for our yard repair - his team was great). The manager/boss was short, aggressive & openly talking ***** about Lennar's quality of home in addition to suggesting the worst possible solution to our problem. He suggested he was doing us a favor many times even though this was something Lennar agreed to fix at closing. His team came out & agreed with our suggestion of just removing our gate to access the yard was find even though the manager 3 times said he would have to cut across either neighbors yards to access ours. The manger never measured the access gate or knew what equipment he had access too. I think it might have been a him problem but pretty unprofessional & icky none the less. ... More

Poor quality material, terrible management communication!! Lennar is making me pay Lennar's water bill even though it's on Lennar's account!!

Working with Lennar Financial has been an absolute nightmare. Even after closing on my home over 45 days ago, I am still dealing with Diane and the underwriting team, responding to what feel like unnecessary and excessive questions. I have already made my first mortgage payment, yet Lennar's financial team continues to contact me and demand additional responses well after closing. This is completely unacceptable. Once a home has closed and the mortgage is in place, having to continue dealing with these issues weeks later is an unnecessary burden and a complete waste of my time. Lennar should be ashamed of how this process is handled. The lack of closure, continued requests, and ongoing back-and-forth well after closing reflect poorly on the company and its financing operation. I closed on my home over a month ago. I should not still be dealing with this. Lennar needs to take accountability for its financing process and do better for its customers. ... More

Lennar provided such a smooth process for a 1st homebuyer.

Very happy with our new home. A couple of small issues were addressed quickly. Overall a very positive experience.

There were a few minor issues with quality work done by subcontractors, but that is expected on a large project like a house build.

Good build, but some of the detail work needs more attention. Include better appliances.

We found Many issues in the construction of the house, there is no inspection of the house or is deficient and the customer has to made a very good inspection to report all issues

I am familiar with Lennar and many other builders from slab through completion. I felt comfortable putting in an offer on an Lennar home after reviewing the floor plan, subdivision and area. After moving in I can say I am not disappointed at all. I found the townhome better than anticipated, especially the quality of the finishes and the backyard.

Lennar's representatives, from the team on-site to the title group and the mortgage team, everyone was fantastic. They were responsive, kind, understanding, very information, willing to help with any and all questions, and they went above and beyond in helping us make sure we were comfortable making this decision/purchase.

We’ve had a wonderful experience purchasing our home with Lennar! From sales and lending to closing, the entire process was efficient, smooth, and handled by knowledgeable professionals. A special thank you to Erin ***** for being incredibly helpful in crafting our deal and guiding us through the process. We also appreciate Corey for helping coordinate our closing walkthroughs and schedule our home inspection. The only area for improvement would be the final cleaning, as we are still finding construction dust around outlets and behind appliances. Everything that was not totally correct with the build Mr Hank got it together for us also I want to include we got a delivery to our new home and they damaged our siding and Lennar fixed it for us and they didn't have to My wife & I really appreciate the total service and support we received Thank you Thank you Thank you

Quality of work. Keep they promises. They did what they promised. They responded in a timely fashion. Good job exceeds expectations.

From start to finish, Lennar made the home-buying experience easy and stress-free, with a great product and a complete package. From the first view on Facebook, everyone was so friendly, polite, and professional. Tiffany in Internet Sales, Leigh and Estella at Lennar Mortgage, Christina at Lennar Insurance, and last but not least, the best real estate agent, Lee *****. She was with us throughout the entire process. Lee explained everything in a way a normal person could understand. And boy, is she thorough. Then there was the "closers", my concierge Marion who walked me to the finish line. And Haley *****, who was the quality control manager who did my walkthroughs. She is so thorough and meticulous. I thought I was in her house. But talk about taking the stress off the process. Overall, I bought a great product from a great company. But it was the amazing team I had that made it all possible. Lennar did a great job through the whole process. The only hiccup was that the day of closing there was a ***** outage (completely out of their control) so our remote closing did not work. They were able to schedule a in person closing immediately and were very accommodating.
