Great experience with Lennar, Ahmed was our loan officer he was very welcoming . every question we had about tuning in paper work he would be on top of it and got us taking care of we now live in our new home we love it thanks Lennar !!

We started three years ago to find a new home to retire in, in the state of Idaho. We saw the hand of the Lord move in finally bring us to the Lennar development known as Mandalay Ranch, in Caldwell, ID. After searching for the time that we have and picking out the features and design of the home we wanted, the home Lennar offered provided 90% of all we wanted in the asking price. We did not have the experience of choosing features of the home and would have preferred a different layout in the master bathroom, but that is the 10% that was not our preference. But having worked with many home developers over the past 3 years we were glad to work with Lenar who built a beautiful home at a price that fit our budget and provided so much of what we wanted. We needed a lot to build an RV pad and the unique lot the house set on was perfect for this. We have made a substantial investment, in getting the backyard in place. The only think I would encourage Lennar to consider is the put gutters on the entire house. A couple of thousand dollars more would bring to your customer the ability to say they took care of it all. Our previous home was built new by another builder. Lennar is totally professional and delivers a great product. Minor issues at closing, but Lennar’s team from construction manager and assistant to warranty team corrected issues promptly and at our convenience. Sales team, Ethan in particular, was a true professional and understood all our needs. Thank You Lennar

Right at the very beginning, we had a flawless buying experience with Lennar. Their process is well coordinated and the people we worked with have been professional and treated us in a manner that we felt they cared. Pete was our Home Consultant, Kevin is our Loan officer and all through out they sure delivered more than our expectations. We thank them and Lennar for making this home buying experience a very pleasant one.

U are not regretting anytime if u pick Lennar Exclusive package . For me it was what i got as i liked it . The Built Quality compared to others around is Best what Lennar Offers . A smooth overall process and I will definitely recommend going with them !!!

We were very fortunate to find the home that we did. We lived in California, but wanted to be closer and able to help with our daughter's second baby in Colorado. We found this house online and our daughter FaceTimed us as she took a tour of the house. We both wanted it right away, so we went through the process of buying the house. Lennar made it so easy for us and showed us the steps of building the house along the way, so we felt involved and could really see what we were getting. In just over two months, we were ready to move into a newly built home! We drove to Colorado and were very happy and impressed when we finally saw the house and the neighborhood where we were going to live. We closed a week after we saw it for the first time. Everyone we've talked with and met has been extremely helpful...and the quality of the house has been very high. everything included in the home. It is absolutely move in ready. Loved that there is standard design and no selection (which is mostly a way for builder to earn more money) process. all the employees are helpful and knowledgeable
