The craftsmanship put into our brand new home is absolutely atrocious and frankly, I am appalled. From the sales staff to the construction manager and everyone in between, it has been an awful experience. Corners were cut while finishing our brand new home and it looks terrible. I want Lennar held responsible for hiring a dependable high quality finish carpentry company to come and fix the embarrassingly low quality, garbage level of work we are forced to live with and pay for. This is unacceptable and when expressing my frustrations to our Lennar warranty rep. we are left feeling like the house is our fault and that it is a "Production" home and there is nothing they are going to do. Great buying experience start to finish. Brooks our sales person was very helpful in answering questions and guided us through the buying process.

Lennar is the worst. Zero accountability from top to bottom. Everything needed extra work or repairs and when problems were reported it took multiple calls and complaints to get any work done. NEVER close unless everything is 100% done and checked with a fine-tooth comb.

With Lennar it's so fast and quick turnaround time when it comes to building a new home. I loved it.

Overall good experience. However the house was not as complete as it should have been since it was rushed through to meet a May 31 quota deadline. Still finding poor craftsmanship after 2 months.

Expect to be frustrated going through the process. Lennar mad us close on our house before it was ready - the finance people must run the show. They somehow got the CO but our AC didn't work, we had missing drawers, a vent cover, the pool didn't work, missing tile, a warped wall, and more. I asked them to redo many areas of trim and the redo was worse than the original. The subs are not really skilled craftsmen so expect a lot of uneven, misaligned, or warped areas. They do respond to warranty request if you are willing to put a lot of work into submitting, tracking, scheduling, and talking to them and their subs. We are two months in and still waiting for lights on garage, the pool heater to get turned on, trim work to get finished, electrical items to get corrected. The construction manager is a nice guy but he doesn't wright anything down or follow up. So the subs seem to ignore him knowing he probably will not remember or follow up. ... More

The value of home is good. But still unresolved issues: Fire detector not replaced yet (already in my second month) Few windows doesn't close well Outside lights not lighting at night (front and back where garage is)

The workmanship in the entryway of the front door was poor. The front door wouldn’t open all the way and I had to advocate myself to get it addressed. The first attempt at resolving the issue was sloppy. Then the construction manager stopped replying to my messages. I then had to find another Lennar representative who would help me. Hopefully the warranty manager that I am working with now will resolve the issue but I currently have a front door that doesn’t open all the way.

I had very hard time with Lennar sales person and Mortigage people ,they are not co-operative and they will not include any upgrades,we have to go with their recommendations , so f you want smooth process I will not recommend Lennar homes at all .

Our sales associate Tanna is always excellent. She’s very helpful and responsive. Jody also did a great job. Jody helped us with the loan and was very friendly… And responsive. We had a great experience… We would recommend to others.

Sales person was very good! Overall quality is average; it is an expensive track home Home was not cleaned very well at closing Warranty items are usually handled in a timely manner; warranty person is very good Our mortgage Loan through Lennar mortgage company was a difficult and a frustrating process

Follow up on service requests are slow and incomplete. Not what I expected from Lennar. Very disappointed

My experience with Lennar has been exceptional! The entire home buying process has been worry-free and my sales rep Lourdes quickly answered any questions I had. I am really impressed with the quality of my home and all of the features that are included.

Love the house however there has been numerous issues. Took 14 months instead of the 4 months I was told it would take to build. Had about 3 sales contacts after making down payment and a period with no contact for updates on home progress due to high staff turnover. New Home Sales Consultant is hard to reach but Warranty Customer Service is very responsive. House appears well built, but electrical ground rod was left protruding through grass, contractor tractor drove over cable tower causing damage and deep tire tracks in lawn, nail was left protruding through porch floor, contractor left empty water bottle in attic (ADT installer found it when running wires through attic for alarm/camera system), empty water bottles and construction material was left in grass so I wasn't surprised garbage was left in attic. House also delivered without sod in front which HOA sent email about 10 days after moving in. This has been addressed by Lennar, but landscapers installed dead grass so will have to follow-up on that again. Seems like issue is with the contractors. Some doing good work and others doing sloppy work. Warranty department is responsive in regard to addressing aforementioned and other issues, but seem to have a hard time getting reliable contractors to address issues. It's been 2 months and some issues like separating pavers in drive way and exterior paint touch ups have not been addressed yet. Homes were also built without gutters and pavers are not sealed so home owners have to address themselves. Love the layout and look of my house though, inside and out. Appliances are okay. I upgraded from tile to wood laminate floors and it came out absolutely beautiful! Flooring contractor is on point! Carpet is soft and plush. Kitchen cabinets and counters gorgeous. ... More

Lennar wants everything to be done right away as far as paperwork during the escrow process but when they are the ones that need to send or sign a document they can be slow. Our closing date was postpones several weeks because Lennar and our lender too took forever to respond. The worst came after move in though. Two days after moving in our guest bedroom flooded. They were quick to send a plumber but........it's been 2 months and our guest bedroom is still not done. And they are not even nice about it. I mean I like to be understanding and not push people but there are people that just don't appreciate your patience you know. With all that said I would like to mention Robert, our home rep, who is and has been amazing. He has done above and beyond his duties to help us. ... More

We unfortunately have had on-going issues such as a main shower water leak and a secondary bathroom exhaust fan leak that have yet to fixed - almost two months now since we moved in! We will not shower in the main bathroom because of the large amount of water that will leak onto the floor after showering. All together we have had about 15 service requests, many of which have been fixed. However, some have not been to date. The quality of work/attention to detail is not apparent in many parts of our house. In fact, our front porch had to be resurfaced due to staining throughout the whole porch. We are hopeful that all issues will be resolved in a timely manner. We do enjoy using the beautiful pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc. And we have met many nice neighbors. Lastly, Alex and Victor are pleasant to work with and have been extremely helpful. ... More

Worst new home buying experience ever and I will never buy Lennar home.

After our move in we discovered a major leak behind the wall between two bathrooms - the two needed redone and Jason with Customer Care was on top of the entire project and very responsive in seeing everything was done and done well. He even called in a mold mitigation specialist to make sure everything was clean and safe. While we were not happy with the need for the mitigation, we were extremely happy with Jason. He is the best and always cheerful.

One of the worst experience we ever had with Lennar. We had a bad experience dealing with salesperson Melinda to construction lead worker Louis said they would take care of the stuff but never did. We found a lot of water in the crawl space and pointed out sidewalk concrete damage during the construction workers. They trick us into accepting the defaults in the house and convince us they will take care of it but once we close the house they leave us in the dark. Honest advice we would not recommend anyone to buy from Lennar .

When my realtor and I went to the Lennar office for our scheduled appointment, we were told we couldn't use the prices on the sheet we were handed as there had been a price increase. That evening we received the updated sheet from Michelle, and yes there was a 5 thousand increase. The next day, March 1, we returned to the office as I had make the decision to go ahead and purchase the house. I left a voided check so that my account could be debited for the deposit. The problem was that the contract didn't get written and processed until a week later. During that weeks time the price increased another 5 thousand dollars. To this day, I feel that was not right for that to happen after I had agreed to purchase at a given price. I feel it was not Michelle's fault, as her coworker, Brandie, had been and was out sick for awhile I believe with Covid. Being in the office and seeing the number of people coming in looking and asking questions, the phones ringing, I could see that one person could not handle it all. So, in my opinion Lennar was at fault for not having adequate help in the office. Michelle, said she went to bat for me with the builder, almost having a melt down, but got nowhere with being given consideration. She said there was an across the board increase. Well and good, but a house that was agreed upon at a certain price and that should have had the contract filled out, the buyer should have had that price honored. I gave an overall 3 star rating because Michelle was professional and nice; her work load was just too much for any one person. ... More

We have a great home buying experience in the way that we were able to see how they build our home. Then we have that happy feeling and contentment when it’s done. The loan process was stressful but worth it. Kathy and Rachel help us a lot and never left us behind. Ferrin always updates us all the time. Jose and Noah work hand and hand for us in any repairs we need. We knew we have a new family in this community.

I had good experience starting from initial deposit till closing. However I found issues with quality of workmanship and materials which were resolved to some extent but not fully. Other downside was experience with Lennar mortgage and did not had expected experience. Other improvement required is speed in response to issues created for maintenance requests which are part of warranty.

This was the most disorganized, poorly built community I've ever seen. Craftsmanship in overall decency is non-existent. I've had a couple of people within the organization that has been good, caring people. Ninety-nine percent of the rest do not care about you, your home, or your future family. The builders have rushed through the jobs without making sure that things are safer, making sure that things are secure, or complete. We had people peeing in the toilet painters. We had painters painting outside of the house that we're supposed to be washing the brush we've had every single thing possible Under the Sun wrong with this house we were forced into closing this house and where are already almost nine weeks past closing and the home is still not ready. We haven't been able to move in. I'm not going to write bad reviews or reviews. But I tell you, I'm not going to write bad checks or reviews. But I tell you, if you are going to buy a home, I will steer clear of Lennar homes right now. I can listen to every excuse imaginable I have, but nothing is got me closer to complete. I've only asked for one thing build the house the same way you'd want it made for your own family, no better, no worse. I have yet to have one person say that they would be okay or want to move their family in there. We've been put out; shutout left out. We had the home built drywall in with no we had the house being constructed drywall in with no windows in the middle of rain storms without even putting a piece of plastic over a window. We were told that the windows in the garage that had been sitting there for three weeks were not the right fit. That had to have been the reason to find out after seven more weeks they were the windows they put in the house. They were also covered in paint. we're still not even home yet and they are still at least a couple weeks away from fixing the things that they've already broken. I hope this somebody out there at least question what's going on. Jose again there are a couple people that have been tried to be helpful but their voice to actually do a change has been shut out by the bureaucracy within the organization. ... More

I had good experience with lennar home . Everything I got good only that one when I walk in my upstairs floor it makes some sound that is not good and also I can feel unbalanced carpeting . Thanks
